This place is great, my headphone jack on my galaxy s7 was not staying in and Frankie was able to fix the problem thats been bothering me for MONTHS in under 1 hr! what a legend!if i went to any official samsung store they just would have told me to buy a new phone... i am a very happy customer!

I didn’t know what to do with my iPhone.. I was having issues for days. I called UrTech and the lady was so helpful, honest and kind. I brought my phone in and Frankie was awesome, got it done quick and explained everything to me so well. A few days later I was having issues again! (Not their fault) I then was able to bring it to the place I purchased it from, I paid for them to fix it yet they weren’t able to figure it out. I called UrTech again, dropped it off and they looked at it quickly and fixed it again and didn’t make me pay a second time! No problems since. Will return if I ever need to! Highly recommended.

Great service. Forgot the password to my Samsung tablet, got on YouTube and saw all the ways to get it back to factory and bypass the password. I tried every one of the button combinations suggested and nothing happened, actually managed to lock up my volume button from pushing things. Was referred to URTECH from another computer repair place that I have taken my computer to. I arrived about 20 minutes prior to them opening and was sitting in front of their door in the parking lot so I was kind of hard to miss and Frankie saw me sitting there and opened a bit early. When I explained what the problem was he immediately took the tablet, did a quick computer search to confirm what he needed to do and quick as can be he was able to unlock it and get it to the factory reset. It took longer for the tablet to reload settings than it did for him to get it unlocked. Frankie was pleasant to talk to while we waited for the tablet to reboot and I was very happy that he was able to take the time to deal with my issue immediately. Also reasonably priced. Thank you Frankie and I will definitely be back if I have any other phone or tablet issues and I will gladly refer others to you as well

Had an amazing experience at Urtech Frankie is asesome i had to get my phone screen fixed and he was done in a little over an hour and he went over and beyond to insure that my phone was fixed but all other components were cleaned as well, i also just bought a custom phone case for my wife that turned out perect!! I went URTECH to get a battery replacement. After a couple hours they called me and told me my phone was ready. They told me that they tried multiple batteries, but the problem still occurred, sadly. The conclusion they came to was that it was the phone itself. They offered and full refund since they didnt fix the problem, I thought that was extremely nice. I give them $20 for their time and effort.
