Went in with my family to upgrade our phones. Alejandro was excellent with communicating the deals and answering all of our questions. Went above and beyond to help us choose the best phones and accessories!
Alejandro was great! I scheduled an appointment and told him about our bad experience at the Canby location. He was apologetic and told us he’d help us out. He was very professional, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. He got my fiancé and I set up with new phones and accessories and it was such an easy transition. Great experience! I went in today because my phone wasnt working and Alejandro helped me out. He was kind, professional, and helpful. He solved my problem quickly and explained why it happened and how to fix it if it happens again in the future. I went into the store a little frustrated and came out very happy and satisfied. It was because of Alejandro that made this such a great customer service experience. He is very friendly and really knows what hes talking about, kudos to Alejandro for the great customer interaction today!
Came in today with my husband to upgrade our phones. Ended up leaving and will be going to a different location to do our upgrades. Have been a loyal at&t customer for 3 years and have never had an issue with any other store except this one. The workers are rude and act like they have better things to do then helping customers. They do not make you feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.

UPDATE: Emailed them, per their response (see below) almost a month ago and never heard back.....DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Unfortunately, they will lie to you to get a sale and when you try to get it fixed, corporate will tell you they wont help. I was blatantly lied to by one their reps about a buy one get one free phone and then found out on my bill that the phone did not qualify fully for the free phone so getting charged. When I tried to get it resolved, was just told there is nothing that can be done and that they regret they cannot resolve this. HORRIBLE customer service. Go to another store or better yet, another carrier. I will be dumping my account with AT&T as they definitely do not care about their customers and hire sales people who lie just to get a sale.
The worse experience of my life. First off the lady who helped me was rude and had an attitude. I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on customers. The manager there absolutely sat back and watched her be rude and treated me awful. I asked for the distract managers number and they refused to give it.
Best ATT store I have worked with.Danielle has been wonderful to work with. She has very patiently spent 4+ hours over several days working to resolve a technical issue on my account. She has remained patient in the face of ATT technical service’s ineptness. Her calm demeanor has helped me stay calm after 8+ hours of trying to get the issue resolved.Thank you Danielle.

Keizer Station oregon AT&T is the best service I’ve gotten out of any AT&T stores I’ve been to they’re always very courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful I love the Keizer station AT&T store

Antonio was our customer service rep and he was fantastic. Antonio greeted us immediately, assessed our situation, and not only reviewed deals being offered, he found us the best deal to our family money, and to give us exactly what we wanted. From the time of being greeted until the time we finished changing our plan, purchasing phone, importing data, etc. we were there approximately 45 minutes.In the 4 years we lived in Keizer, we have had terrible experiences at other AT&T stores in the Salem area (can’t emphasize that enough) .... because of that we were reluctant to step foot in another AT&T store. Our defenses were up initially but Antonio was so respectful and knowledgeable that it turned our feelings around. We will only go back to the Keizer AT&T location for future needs and services. Highly recommend and commend Antonio for going above and beyond.
Went in today to help my elderly father switch carriers and set up new phone. The employee Kaleb that helped us was a great help, and even explained things in a way my father could understand. The pricing was much better as well, dropping his monthly bill! In any case will definitely get my future business.
Antonio was absolutely AWESOME! We had been to a couple AT&T stores in Salem, and they were all terrible! In less than an hour we were on a new plan that saved us money every month, I had a new phone (with accessories), my daughter got my old one, and we pay LESS now then we were when we walked in! Good customer service: ANTONIO IS DA MAN!
We came in on two separate occasions recently. Once for my phone and later for family. The staff remembered our needs and requests from the first visit and were super helpful the second time in! They reviewed our plan to help us save a bit of money each month and were super helpful in walking through the setup process of the new device. Dayne and Caleb stayed after closing to make sure we were 100% taken care of and we never once felt rushed. 10/10 would recommended coming here. These guys are super helpful!

Wasn’t greeted when I came into the store, associate didn’t even acknowledge me after half an hour of waiting. In the future you should have more associate when you open it’s always busy. Or at-least have the common sense to ask each customer what they’re attempting to do. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock and I had to wait 45 minuets to be told that. I literally watched four other customers walk out during this time. Completely Unacceptable. Will not go to this location with my business anymore.

We have had experience with many cell phone carriers over the last 20 years and I must say that AT&T has been the most courteous and professional of them all. Kaleb hooked us right up with the first responder program and got our phones all transferred over the previous carrier. Everytime we have gone back whether it is questions on the billings and discounts, which I know take time, OR trying to establish a new phone line the people in the store, mainly Kaleb, have been very patient and extremely nice. I sure hope this kind of service continues throughout our time with AT&T.

Never use AT&T prepaid. They’ll bill you months after you stop using it and claim it’s impossible to refund your $60. I’m so disappointed with this company and I will do everything in my power to ensure no one makes he same mistake I did. I’m livid right now. Wasted an entire lunch break on hold only to find out they’re stealing my money.
So I was not looking forward to changing carriers after 20 years with brand x but thought I would check out at&t at Keizer Station. Buying a new phone is usually a miserable experience. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and even enjoyable it was. Amanda helped with the transition. She went above amd beyond regular customer service. Wayne the manager even helped with several glitches in connecting blue tooth. These two are the best. Thank you.

I dont like this particular store in Kaiser station and only use it when I have to in a pinch. Everytime Ive been in it, it has been understaffed, you wait an ungodly amount of time for service, and its just an irritating experience. With that said once you do get to be seen. They are friendly and helpful. Good luck

Poor service. Rosa didnt even try and help. So it went to Verizon instead and the staff there was incredibly helpful and friendly.
I connected a line of service at this store, everything went ok as far as I knew at the time. Couple days later I found out they added extra services on my account that I declined during the activation. They do not give a receipt as everything is sent by email so I had no way of knowing this happened, it took a long time on the phone with customer service to straighten it out.Now I dont want to stay with AT&T as customer support did not seem as if they wanted to help. No apology whatsoever.
I was told auto pay was set up on my new account and was not. My phone was shut off. I was told I couldnt port my Verizon number and had to get a new number. I thought I had all my contacts and did not. I will not tell my friend s and family to go here.

Been here since 1:45 and its 3:02 still waiting people been coming in and they been helping them when they saw me coming before them all I get is Ill be with u shortly what kinda BS is that. My bill went to collection when I paid for everything.EVEN RESTOCK FEES I pride myself on fixing my credit and paying things off so for them to still say I OWE them and coming in here waiting for someone to help when they shoulda already fixed it makes me believe that AT&T ARE THIEFS________________________Update so I went in yesterday and had customer care on the line with me because the in-store representatives were saying that my $2086.53 balance was cuz of back ends mistake. Remind u this is the 4th time Ive gone now once customer care was asking for the Id # Kaleb and makayla never once gave her there Id they both looked at each other not knowing what to say the rep. On the phone was asking them to verify the confirmation number when I took the phones remind you I paid $90 for ree stock fees just so they can say I never did and charge me for the phones still!! Both in-store reps looking at each others not answering the rep. At&t are crooks and I SERIOUSLY ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!! when I asked them to call there manager the girl said he on vacation and the guy said they switched management that they couldnt do nothing about it 😡😒😡😡 so they were gonna send me to collections for phones I returned and paid restock fee and they didnt care giving me the run around THANKFULLY THE REP ON THE PHONE NOTATED EVERYTHING AND CALMED ME DOWN HELPED ME WITH THIS BILLWorst service ever in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to have my iPhone unlocked. There were 6 or 7 AT&T employees there but only 3 waiting on customers. So I waited about 10 minutes until one of them decided to help me. He was borderline rude. I would not consider AT&T as a carrier.

Ive only been with @att for three months and now Im regetting making the switch.... I just left the store.... I just wanted to get pricing on the new iPad Pro and only after two mins she wanted me to sign her tablet and I ask her what I was signing and she said for the iPad.... No no no I want pricing, so I walked out before they got me sign up for a contact.... Then had to call customers care to make sure they didnt add anything to my acct.... I only spent an hour and sixteen mins on the phone, great way to waste a Friday night.... Time to make a change to another carrier
