OK... Some of the staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing.. Had phone screen protectors installed onto our phones which we paid lifetime warranties for.. Came in for replacement screen and left With a screen that was worse than when I came in... Bubbles were in the screen all over the place and she proceeded to tell me that that its impossible to get all the bubbles out when I have had it done before and she just did my wifes just fine. Glitter from her face is stuck underneath my screen and now I have to go get another replacement. Its safe to say I will not return to that T-Mobile store. . . Also the manager Above reply with an email to respond to to to get it taken care of and never responded... 1/10 *
Honestly I wish I would rate this place with a negative star review. My husband went in to ask a question for me about upgrading to a new phone when the new iPhone 13 comes out and was SCREAMED AT by an associate with a bushy beard and told that he didn’t know what he was talking about and there was no such thing as an iPhone 13 pro max and he was wrong, etc. (he didn’t catch the associate’s name.) He told me when I came out of an appointment next door what happened to him, and I was absolutely furious. That is exactly why I refuse to go back to this particular location. I have been treated poorly by the staff there before. I definitely plan on calling the store manager when I get home. This is unacceptable behavior.
Ordered an item from T-Mobile and set it up to be shipped to this store-was told someone at the store would give me call to pick it up when it arrived. Checked tracking on Saturday 8/14 to see it had been delivered on Thursday 8/12. Arrived to a full store-20+ minute wait time. I’ll try again at a different time.
Nice and not crowded store. Staff was very nice and helpful. Got our plan changed without problems. Fast and efficient.
I just called to find out if they were open on Sunday, Nate answered the phone and talked so fast the only thing I could understand was his name. I asked if they were open on Sunday, Nates response was Yep then silence. I asked if he was still on the phone, Nates response was Yep then silence. I made a comment about him being chatty, no response. I had wanted to ask a few more questions, but instead I told him I had wanted to buy a couple of new phones. Oh boy did Nate start talking, I said goodbye Nate, and hung up.

Want to give a special shout-out to Jordyn. I visited this location on Thursday with my dad, who is in his 60’s and has limited knowledge on technology. We have visited stores in the past, both together and separately, where I have seen representatives quickly lose patience with him due to some of the questions he has. As a daughter who is protective of an older parent, nothing grinds my gears more then to witness or hear that associates treat him poorly or take advantage of his lack of knowledge. Jordyn, you were super patient and kind and willing to talk through all his questions with thorough and genuine responses. Just wanted to be sure and make it known you were appreciated and this location should be proud of how you reflect their customer service! Thank you!

This is the SLOWEST phone store Ive ever been to. Been here over and hour and they have to keep re starting the process of doing anything. And then leave us and then come back and restart. They very clearly dont know what they are doing. And there was pretty much no one else there.

Been a t mobile customer for 15 years. Its not horrible at times they lack in customer service but its usually best stay positive and work through whatever issues come along.
The young gentleman that helped me and my elderly father was very patient, kind, didnt make us feel rushed and he explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything and made notes for me

Ive had To Mobile for about 8 years now and continue to be impressed by their customer service, especially with staff at this store. Theyre super knowledgeable, friendly, have great managers, and very helpful.
So we went into this store on Saturday and there were 3 girls working there. They quoted prices to us. Said that we would only have to pay activation for the 2 lines, $25 each and that we could finance the phone we wanted with no money down and the payment would be $90 a month. So we go back in expecting to only have to pay the activation for 2 lines. Turns out the girls lied to us! The guys that were there tonight knew what they were doing and told us the truth. Dont trust the girls that work there, they dont know what they are doing! They told us it would be 90 a month for 2 lines, but they lied about money down and also quoted us wrong about the monthly payment, it didnt include the finance amount for the phone we wanted!

Whenever I go here the in-store reps are super informative, kind, and always let me know if I can get a deal. Theyre real good at tailoring their sales pitch to me specifically so by the time I leave the store I feel like theyve set me up for the best possible devices and accessories thatll work for me :)
Been a Boost Mobile customer for over 2 years, and I have no idea why I stayed with them so long. T-Moble hooked me up with new phone and identical service as Boost, except T-Moble has Great customer service, and 100% better phone reception. Did I mention their Outstanding Customer Service? Answered all of my questions, even gave me business card, said to call any time for any reason, made me feel welcome. Boost Mobile never did, they even told me to get out, take my questions somewhere else. Again, T-Moble is the best, Boost Mobile su***. Just sayin.

Nice store - pulled off the freeway on a road trip to get a new charging cord after I lost the one I brought. Friendly staff. No wait written I arrived.Overall I think T-Mobile is the best phone plan I have found. Best customer service and tech support in business - Ive tried all 4 major competitors and pushed the limits of what they can offer. Especially good for International travel. Also nice discounts for seniors over 55, active duty military and vets. Its the only plan that enables full phone calling and texting over wifi. Unfortunately, there is still no coverage at my rural home in Mendocino County, CA. Im optimistic that a free signal booster, 5G rollout and a new phone will fix that issue soon.
