My visit was June, 2021 to the Mac boutique inside of Macys at Town Center Mall.My experience was very pleasant and my representative was (Milka) who greeted me with such a pleasant welcome and apparently Milka could see that I was having discomfort with back issues and she immediately seated me which I definitely appreciated.I didnt have to walk around searching because my profile registry helped with one item, however, I wasnt sure on a 💄so (Milka) listened patiently to my description of product and proceeded to bring a variety of shades she felt I would like, and she was right. I was able to select from the many colors and made my purchase. This representative was so professional and pleasant and went above in assuring that I left as a satisfied customer making my experience a pleasant one.So (Milka) Thank you because you went above and beyond. KUDOS to you and 5-⭐ in representing (MAC).
This location needs more than one employee working also I heard her say at least 4 times she was out of something . That’s ridiculous. Including what I was trying to get .
Staff was helpful and sweet! They also let me know that if you bring back 6 empty mac products you get a free lipstick! always support recycling. what a great thing to start up, i hope other company’s follow in their foot steps
Chantelle was AMAZING!!! I came in a bit clueless about what I wanted and she was so sweet, patient and helpful. She took the time to suggest, show and demonstrate possible options in such a pleasant and helpful manner. Usually, I dread going to the MAC counter and try to get in and out as fast as possible. She made my experience so enjoyable that I definitely will be back. If you have any make up questions or needs, go see Chantel at Town Center Cobb!
I cannot recommend this location at all. I showed up for my 3pm appointment and the woman proceeds to tell me that she cannot take me at my scheduled time due to being short-staffed but I could come back an hour or so later. I feel that it is highly unprofessional to not notify someone who makes an appointment if an issue arises. A call in advance to let me know the situation would allow me to adjust my plans as needed. Instead, I am left scrambling for my event this evening, and with not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.
Customer service was very helpful especially for someone like me who knows nothing about makeup
I can’t believe I just experienced what happened wanted a simple look came out looking like a mess I’m so sad it’s mac for crying out loud will be hearing from my lawyers soon bye.
