I cannot tell you what a relief it was to get to the Kerrville AT&T store after dealing with AT&T online. Hailey was a consummate professional and not only knew what she was doing but was able to handle us shotgunning questions at her while she transferred what data was transferable. The transfer was seamless despite changing from Apple iOS to an android.Thank you so much!

I hope some of her team members can learn from her.There is one person on her Team in particular who is in need of customer service training.Highly recommend this location as long as Hailey is working. I was humiliated in front of other customers and staff because I didn’t have a face mask on. I wasn’t offered a disposable face mask instead I was told to go outside or to my car. I had already been in the store for over five minutes looking at products when I was approached and told to go outside. I wanted a new phone and wanted to purchase it in full. The attitude I received was I was bothering staff. I wanted to update my phone plan, but once I purchased the phone, staff was done. I wasn’t even given a bag for the $1000 phone. Staff asked what color I wanted, but it wasn’t available. When I asked when new phones were coming, a shrugged shoulder said, I don’t know. Staff was not rude, just detached and unfriendly. Answers to questions were one worded, absolutely no smiles or offers for a phone cover or plug. Just “thanks for the money and bye” attitude. It was disheartening. I should have refused the phone and bought online.I went online and the AT&T rep helped me update my phone plan. They were patient and explained my options. I am more than just someone wearing a mask, see me, your customer.

Unreasonable long wait. Sales people won’t even acknowledge you, say hello or give you an estimate of wait time. You’ll be just completely ignored. Was ready to buy an iPad and new iPhone but ended up walking out.

Had a horrific experience at AT&T in Kerrville. My sales person was Anthony Peralta. He was rude, acted like he was too busy to help me, did not listen, just wanted me to leave so he could continue to play games on his phone. I asked to speak to the manager, Geoffrey Zamora, he was just as rude as the salesman. Did not get my phone activated and went to the AT&T in Boerne instead. Boerne’s sales lady was excellent! Will never go to AT&T in Kerrville again. AT&T should be ashamed to have employees like the ones in Kerrville.

The AT&T store has been a blessing to us because we are senior citizens and not familiar with all the features on the phone. The employees are so patient with us and never talk down to us. If fact I went there today because my phone said it couldnt find my sim card. I knew it didnt fall out, so off I went to the AT&T Store. They are great people.

Bought two new iPhone 12 Pro Max’s. Plus upgraded our plan to 5G. Understand 5G not available everywhere but the option is not showing up in settings on phones. Only shows LTE and 4 G. No straight answers. Just AT&T charging more money. UPDATE: Store responded, but only said they were sorry. They never attempted to correct problems with both phone. A apology with no meaning is not worth the effort. Ended up spending over a hour on each phone with ATT tech support to correct the issues. All is fine now but don’t waste your time with this ATT store. Save yourself the anguish and buy phone directly.

I am in the middle of what to put for rating. If I was rating the representative that helped me at the store, Favian, I would put 5 stars. Because we had a little bit of, what I believe is racial profiling, from the manager (looks young and is Caucasian) I am leaving one star for him. I was going in to get an upgrade on my phone and my grandparents were looking at getting an upgrade on their phone as well. With the whole Covid policy, we were told one to one ratio, meaning one representative one customer. My grandparents had to wait outside, even though they needed help as well. I am the one who handles their account and I help them to understand what it is that will be needed, why, etc. Since the manager said only one of us could be in there to get help at a time, I decided to go first. While I am being helped, a lady and her elderly mother walk in side by side to do their business being helped both together. Not to long after, a man and his wife (along with their 10 year old son) come in and are getting help together as well. As I see this happening, I walk outside and my grandmother asks me to see if she can at least see a phone she wants to get. I ask Favian and he assures me it is okay. Once she is in there and I am explaining the differences in payment for the phone and what differences they hold, the manager is watching us the entire time. Once my phone is done, I ask Favian if we could get their upgrade done and he assures me he can. As he is helping us and being nothing but patient and kind, the manager then goes up to us and tells us that one of us has to leave, be it her or me. Mind you the wife, husband, and son are still being helped as well as the lady and her elderly mother. All whom are Caucasian. I will not be returning due to the way my grandparents and I were racially profiled, even though Favian was super helpful.

Give these guys a shot if you are in the area. I live 4 hours away from this store and i would probably make the drive for their help again if i needed help. I went in to this store to cancel an order i had made since it was gonna take a whole month for me to get my phone and i wanted to just go ahead and get one there but the guy that was supposed to help me didn’t help me at all! All he did was just sit there act like he was doing something on his phone and did nothing to help, then just left me there without helping me out, i just got up and left, it was the worst service ever!

Phone was acting up and it was time for a upgrade, I was personally not looking forward to it due to current pandemic situation but I also needed my phone for work. I stopped by this location, and they were great! Everyone was adamant of sticking to the social distancing rules, wearing masks, and sanitizing tables/common areas after each customer use. Seeing this made me feel more at ease that I picked the right location, not to mention how helpful Jacob was in answering all my concerns regarding getting a new device. He even took the time out to show me some new tricks on my new phone that i would of never of stumbled across. Definitely Recommending this location to all who want helpful and knowledgeable staff, but most importantly staff who’s main priority is everyone’s well being by taking appropriate steps during this pandemic.👍👍

I really like the store in Kerrville. It was my first time there. Jacob, the rep who waited on me, was very polite and personable. He got my service up and going very quickly. He explained some things about my phone that I did not know. I like the fact that he was a very clean and neatly dressed person. The store was very comfortable and clean. Disorganized in getting to customers. I placed several calls, like I was instructed to do according to signage on door. Gave all information requested on the automated answering device. I waited 1 1/2 hours. I saw an associate come outside. Asked him how much longer do I have to wait. You havent registered. And we show no missed calls. I did exactly what the recorded message said to do. Dont understand!!

In a recent visit to this store I attempted to get help to pay off and unlock my iPhone so I could trade it in and move up to the iPhone 11 Pro. The agent had no problem taking my money and for the phone paid off. I then asked for assistance unlocking the phone and the agent said I had to do it. Fine, he gave me the website to go to. I repeatedly asked for help to navigate the website and he found screwing with his smartphone more important than helping me. Since there were so few in the store, I asked several times for help and got the same response. I then told him, because of his attitude I would no longer buy phones from at&t, too much of a hassle. He said, fine, that is your right. I left, drove fifty miles to the Apple Store in San Antonio and they helped in every way! They made up for AT&Ts very poor attitude. I will move to another carrier as soon as I research coverage maps to make sure T-Mobile meets my needs. Others I know have already left AT&T.

Once again, the employee Adrian and the store manager Cassidy was rude to me.They wouldn’t accept my State of Texas issued License to Carry a handgun which has my driver’s license number on it for identification. He asked me rudely to put my cigarette out while he had a mask on 7 feet away from him. I also had my password to the account. He still said “sorry we can’t scan it and it’s probably a fake/fraud”! Wow. I pay a premium price for horrible customer service. It’s one thing to be told about a policy and another entirely different thing to be treated as a “less than” member of society. Changing carriers now.

Seems like weve all had a bad experience at a phone store at one time or another and Im no exception, but purchasing my new phone this time was great! Stephanie really listened to what I wanted and even recommended a better version. She also asked us about our cable/satellite provider and although Im not a big fan of the upsale, Im glad she did...we got a great deal on Direct Now and its so much better than our old provider. Ive had great Customer service, but had to ask for certain employees only. Once you find which sales personel have basic knowledge vs vast youll get a feel for the ones that love their job and treat you like family. Great location, beautiful store and nice variety of product. On the downside the wait time can get monotonous after an hour twenty, no restrooms and limited staff.

Went into the store because all phones on my account are having terrible service. Ive had AT&T for 4 years and never had an issue. When I got to the store I was helped by Stephanie. I inquired to see if this was a known issue with the towers. She stated that AT&T has smart towers that move to accommodate higher traffic and that my area was no longer in the high traffic and other customers were having issues also. I asked what could be done because she basically told me Id have terrible service from here on. She said to use wifi calling which isnt an option so basically Im SOL. I pay a ton of money to have service that works and am now told I wont be getting that service. I left and immediately called customer service and spoke with tech support. Come to find out a tower is down and its a known issue. Im thankful technology has finally gotten to the point where I can avoid going to a store altogether now. I no longer have instant gratification but at least I wont be lied to and treated like an idiot. Ive been in the cellphone industry for over 2 years and this was absolutely unacceptable.
