Customer service?? DEFINITELY NOT HERE. My wife and I were inside no less than 5 minutes before anyone appeared from the back of the store. I could have easily left with the tip jar sitting on the counter. What a joke. The miniscule amount of funds in this container no doubt were a reflection of the absolute terrible attitude of the staff working on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 at approximately 6:15pm. I will not return here nor recommend anyone visit this business. I usually never write a bad review, but the individual wearing the name badge MICHAEL made it extremely easy.

Nice place, great location. Just dont order milk shake. They dont use enough ice cream and its just a milked down shake.

There is no ice cream at this location!!!How is that possible. And it took them 10 minutes to tell us thru the drive thru.

On line states open, closing at 9pm... it is 8:30 pm and its CLOSED!!! Not great for an expectant mother craving ice cream.

I haven’t been to a BR in a really long time and this place reminded me why. 4 of us went in and were told no less than 5 times that they were out of what we asked for. We should have known by the look of the ice cream that it was really old. The ice cream tasted worse than it looked and not one of us finished what we ordered.

Vacationing for the weekend and went thru the drive thru to order my favorite ice cream and received horrible service. First the lady on the intercom asked for my order 3 times then said.. this is too much you usually have to come inside for ice cream..I only ordered a banana split and a sundae 🤔 then a guy came on asked for my order twice. Finally got our ice cream.. the mint chocolate chip tasted old. They had no bananas so we got a 3 scoop sundae in a 2 scoop sundae cup. I shouldve just went to publix for ice cream

Service here is slow and horrible. I ordered and they repeatedly kept asking me what I wanted. (Not because of my mask fyi)! All I got was a milkshake and it was awful. Watered down and didnt even have flavor. I definitely will not be returning.

We were on vacation here in Key West and since Baskin Robin is our favorite place back in Texas, we were happy to stop by and order our favorite ice creams, but unfortunately it was the worst experience ever ever ever.1.First of all, we had to wait about 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to answer.2. Second of all, after someone answered, we had to repeat the order over and over again.3. Third of all, after the rude girl finally put our order down she remembered to tell us that shes out of half of our order.4. After we changed our order again we go to the window to pay and grab the order and OMG I have never experienced a mean, rude, disrespectful, irresponsible customer service in my life. Both girls in the store were ignoring us. We asked how are they doing and they didnt care at all. They just said, thats your order and turned their back and left the window.Unbelievable how especially in this situation where lot of people are finding it hard to get a job, some others have a job and do an awful job at it.The day was July 8th 2020Time was 6pm.

They have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes before we finally said “hello” and got an answer. They always say “we are out of ___ ice cream”. We go the next day and behold they did have it all along. The person just didn’t feel like making it. This has happened more times than I can count. I will never go back there. Go to Miami sub or sonic if you want a milkshake. They have 10000x the customer service.

They did not update their website for covid and we went out of our way to stop just to see it was closed

We just went to the drive thru at 750pm. They told us they were closed and quit talking to us. Sight says they are open until 10pm. What is up with that?

They are always out of things we order and even if I order the same drink it is different every time I get to the window. Today my frozen drink was completely melted at the window. And the picture showed it with whipped cream and they didnt put any on.

We got there about 8p, not busy but booths had not been cleaned. The workers were not friendly. Ice cream was ok, a little too soft.

Rather expensive. But did enjoy two free small spoon samples. 😉

Service was excellent from one employee however the second employee was very slow and did not seem to care or want my business. Would go back for the ice cream, not the service.

Went to Baskin Robbins in Key West tonight March 20, 2018 and was helped by Kris. It was best experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins store. Great job.

Terrible service! My son wanted a small cookie dough and he had to order something else because she told him she couldnt scoop that?. Ice cream was awful. More like ice milk. Bought some bottled beverages and she almost didnt let us buy because she couldnt get them scanned. Took over 20 mins to scoop and serve 7 small sundaes.

0 STARS BUT HAD TO PUT SOMETHING TO POST!!This place was horrible, went in to order 2 people at front neither one offered to help, someone came from drive thur and started taking my order and then started taking a drive thru order and walked away, I walked out with nothing and went to Dairy queen instead!

Horrifying staff. rude. Lack of training. They never have anything. Seriously and I swear to God avoid this place like the plague. Takes 30 min to get one drink and none of them know how to make it.

Terrible service..ordered a shake and got chocolate milk. One employee was working and didnt want to make a banana split for my boyfriend so he told him he didnt have the ingredients to make it.
