I was surprised to see any negative reviews on here, although Ive never went in for anything cellphone related. I have done several drop offs for UPS etc. Each time I an in and out in less than 2 minutes. The employees have never been rude to me or asked me any questions that wouldnt pertain to the shipping of my item. Yesterday I took in a return for Amazon with just the sheet of paper containing the label and the item to be returned. She took the item and told me what time it woul be picked up. I was out within a minute. Also, Ive already received my confirmation of return

They werent the nicest people,and very nosey about what we sending a friend if ours and they change too much for shipping packages,we will never go there again,we go some place else,were they are alit miet nicer and cheaper prices to Shipp packages.we will never go to all about shipping again.

I shipped a TV from this establishment to Nevada. I was lied to and kept being dismissed and put off. Nearly 4 months later, we still have not been reimbursed for the broken tv.These people are glad to get your money, but they dont take any responsibility for your packages! That has been our experience with this place. Never again. Peace...

DO NOT GO HERE! The lady at the front counter is hostile and unstable. I am more than happy to spend my money else where. I will support other small shipping businesss. I hope she gets help for whatever she is going through for her to be so hostile.

Shipping was quick but nobody will answer the phone ever so you cannot recieve any info if you misplace your tracking number.

The lady with the glasses who works here (who Im assuming is the owner?) is so nasty and rude I could hardly believe it until I saw everyone else having the same experience. I went here to inquire about faxing some papers and she asked if I needed a cover sheet. No store Ive gone to before asked if I needed a cover page so I asked for clarification. She snidely/ rudely said Its the paper that you put your information on so the receiver knows who its from and what the contents are havent you ever sent a fax before? Ive sent many faxes before with no cover sheets so I told her no I didnt need one and yes Ive sent faxes before. You couldve fooled me was her response to that. I grabbed my papers off the counter and told her I was going elsewhere because she was being incredibly rude, she was speechless at first. I walked to the door and she tried to say something else and I firmly said no youre being incredibly rude and left. Dont let these people walk all over you and better yet just dont go here period. Too bad I didnt read reviews of this place first but who wouldve known a local shipping place would be run by such a mean old hag!!

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO. I had my appointment with the All About Shipping & Wireless for my fingerprinting. I had to deal with the rudest person and her attitude. I paid for this service so I would like at least have someone with minimal customer service skills and not someone who says that I can go to Sheriffs Office...

I would never recommend any one to go here. 1 star to much for this place. The women who does the fingerprinting is unbelievably rude and unpleasant. I wont let any of my family go here. The location looks like a closed down pawn shop that homeless people would live in, and they have the attitude to match their dreaded decor. If you are so angry with your life and not patient then you definitely shouldnt be in the customer service business. Such a horrible experience not a single second was worth 1 star.

Has to be in the top three worst places for customer service. Poor instructions for delivery of information. Looks like a daughter and her mother run the place, treating each other awful, arguing about standards of procedures back and forth. The place is a clutter, ugly decor and taste. Low class all around.

The lady is rude and has an attitude. She is also very inpatient when faxing your stuff. Avoid this place at all costs. Half the time when she faxed my stuff it would not go through.
