Every person at this site is absolutely amazing. David, Brian, and Franscico have always been the epitome of superior customer service. I would elect to go to this branch over any branch anywhere. Thank you guys for being the bomb diggity...no doubt!

I had several questions about phones and switching from IPhone to Samsung, David listened to my questions about hearing aids and which phone would be best for me. David looked up several different phones, together we found a phone that would work for me. When the phone came in Gabe helped me set up the phone and made sure all my questions were answered. Francisco was friendly as usual and made sure every thing was running smoothly. Id highly recommend site and any of these three gentlemen to assist in anyway.

Store Manager Francisco Mendez provided excellent and timely service on a seemingly busy day for the S 6th store. He even went the extra mile to get my husband and I, a better deal when we didn’t ask for one. Definitely will be going back to him with our future business.

This is a trash location unfortunately. I reached out to them time and time again, they have horrible wait times in person for sometimes over an hour. The only female who works there is terrible at her job as she is lazy and told me multiple times when ive asked for assistance over time that she didnt feel like doing stuff. Very disappointing

Went in and got help from Justin, he was awesome, helpful and courteous. Got a new phone for a great price, he helped explain everything perfectly. Was not rushed or made to get anything I didnt want or need.

Went in there to pay my bill, and get a few ?? out of the way. Well I walked in, only one person is working. 2 people in there already... I stood there for a minute or 2, the guy in there,didn’t even bother to say hello,I’ll be right with you, in a moment..nothing, just ignored me!!! So I left and went to the other store on Washburn way. Wayyy better experience!!! Super helpful people, and friendly...

Not good. Phone functions failing less than a year from purchasing. Samsung wont honor replacement warranty. K. Falls manager tried to help. Spent 30 minutes on phone with tech services. Now what?

Helpful staff and friendly but only 2 so make sure you have the time to wait as they assist ppl before you.
