Usualy I wait in line forever it seems today was greeted kindly by new assoc. Outside whom took my info then once called inside was warmly responded to all of my questions and left with all info I needed and then some thankyou william hall!

BEWARE: My advice is to keep all your paperwork. Especially your quotes cause they lie and get your contract then you get a $500 bill. And they are no help. They only care about the sale. They seem nice and helpful but are NOT. Worse cellular company I have ever dealt with. I changed services to get a lower bill but got a higher one since they lie and renig.
The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She was familiar with my phone, and did a great job of freeing up internal memory. She also recommended a couple of newer more capable phones. She wasnt pushy, but helpful. She was very friendly as well. It was a very pleasant and useful stop.

US Cellular on Washburn is super. Some of the nicest people you can meet. They are very helpful and always look out for us and what our needs our. I would highly recommend them.
I like the workers theyre very helpful, but I have had some mistakes made on our account. Waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, I hate going into the store for ANYTHING because of this. Management needs to figure something out for their customer service instead of trying to employ bare minimum employees. Having someone dedicated for payments would be a great move on their part. Toys could be a great store, if they work out the kinks with issues they have.

Wasted time - can never go in pay bill and get out in a timely manner. The customer service once you get some, is great. They answer all my questions and show me tricks for my phone, but I am always waiting to be seen? Is there a time that you can go in and not have to wait?
They have a very knowledgeable tech guy whos name is Chris and a knowledgeable/ respectable manager whos name is Adam wisdom that is lacking from its competition. The line and wait is long and sometimes uncomfortable because Klamath Falls is on the move to something better sign in and then go to subway next door or a quick trip to Walmart if the line is out the door. they will have the 4g network by the end of the year and they hold the door open for you on your way out a sign of professionalism. By the way 5.99 ins per phone vs 10.99 ins per phone for the competition
If u want to watch 5 employess help 3 people while you wait to buy a phone case. Sit there for 20 min while 2 workers stand there pop a pill and say they cant check you out cause there in training than this is the spot for you! I highly highly suggest the one on 6th st
The people at us cellular are the best. I am really bad at new phones or anything internet. They explained everything to me several times, since I wasnt understanding it. I would definitely recommend us cellular to everyone.

Terrible store period. Cant even get on a WAITING LIST FOR THE NEXT WORKING DAY. Told me there was 20 people on the list just before closing and youre telling me you cant help 20 customers in a 10 hour work span for the next working day? lazy people at its finest
Im no longer a fan. The people in the store are very nice and do good work but the US Cellular organization has lost my confidence as a company who cares about customer service.

It was busy, four people being helped and four people ahead of me waiting. I waited maybe 15 min before being helped. Service was friendly amd was greeted within a minute of walkimg in.
The store would be fine with decent management. Whoevers idea it was to take a list for all things isnt very bright. They need to have 1 person for express items (I.e. payments) and the store would probably have a lot fewer people walk out.
I was a U.S. Cellular customer in this stire location for years until leaving just for cost savings.This is a very nice store, with very nice staff. They always have everything they advertise in their very well stocked store.This store is located next to a very nice Subway, kiddi-corner to Wingers and in the WalMart shopping center.

The waiting time in this place is straight ridiculous!! Its like you have to clear your day when you have to go in to take care of anything. I think most of the time they purposely go slow.

I went into the store, for the first time since upgrading my phone, to pay the bill -- I usually pay online. I was informed that I would have to go sit in the lobby and wait my turn, just for someone to take my money. They have no dedicated host/cashier to just take existing customers payments. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, it became clear that everyone else waiting with me just wanted to pay thier bills and get on with their day. The staff was busy selling expensive smartphones to new customers while wasting the time of existing loyal customers. They could keep the lobby population down to a minimum by first helping the people there for simple transactions such as making a regular payment. In the twenty minutes that a half-dozen customers sat there waiting to pay their bills, they could have taken each of our payments three times over. Inefficiency like this is a result of comission based employment with poor to non-existent management.
