I went in this evening with a broken phone I HATED and in a pinch because I have to have a phone for work, I was helped my Jose Lopez and he is by far the best phone sales professional I have worked with. He stayed later than he was scheduled and answered every question I had and set up all my devices seamlessly. He was so friendly in the buying process and super informative about everything. 10/10 recommend Jose for any of your phone buying needs!

Kyle was so quick and helpful with our new i phone 12s. We didnt expect to stay past an hour, but he stayed way past closing with us to make sure we were taken cared of. We are happy with our phones and Kyles service. We have switched phones and companies before, but this has been the smoothest experience weve had so far!

My daughters and I had an appointment with Natalie to switch from Sprint to Verizon and all I have to say is WOW. She is amazing. It took 3 hours to get everything taken care of and when things didn’t go smoothly she kept a smile and joked with us while we got it resolved. I would definitely recommend asking for her as she knows her stuff.

This company is the worst I have had dealings with in months. They charge $35 fee to do their job, they charge $50 fee if you want to buy a phone outright, and $40 to activate the new phone. They told me I had to sign their agreement or not buy the phone. They actually said take it or leave it.I know we have very little choice here in Klamath for services, but you could at least pretend you gave a care.

Always friendly staff willing to work with you to get you what you want at fair and reasonable prices. Ive had a few mix-ups like phone numbers were switched around on phones and they resolved the problem asap and they were very apologetic for the simple mistake.

I was having trouble getting a Google program to stop showing on my screen. The gentleman took my phone an after about 10 minutes, he an another gentleman figured out how to get it to stop popping up, I thanked them an left. 2 blocks down the road my phone pings again with the very thing I asked the to remove! I went in to the other store(by jalapenos) an asked the gentleman the took my phone an SHOWED me how he was removing the app, should it ever pop up again I could remove it myself. I give the store by Jalapenos a 5 star rating. He was much more helpful an explained things for me.😉

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My phone had a software issue and Nichole (Nicole?) was such great help! She stayed almost an hour after the store closed to make sure I got everything fixed and even helped speak to Verizon Tech Assist and the Apple Support Team. She really went above and beyond with customer service! If I need a new phone I know where I’m heading! Never been this pleased from an experience from a phone store before. Keep up the great work!

Went to the store yesterday to inquire about a smart phone for my craft business. After having a flip phone for many years I needed all the help I could get. Justin approached me as I walked in the front door. He was very helpful with a couple different phones and prices. Not pushy at all. Very easy to work with. Without a doubt, the most amazing experience! Wes is a very knowledgeable Verizon sales person. He is patient, able to communicate with persons who are Technologically challenged in a very supportive, respectful, and effective manner ..He. actually made a house call to assist us with setting up our MiFi to our outdated PC along with answering a bunch of questions. My son & I went into Verizon actually dreading the visit, but it had to be done, we needed to upgrade our phones. Based on past experience we were anticipating a lengthy wait before a Verizon agent was even free to help us, and then another hour plus while we got our phones. Nope! Despite being busy, we were waited on immediately & our rep Wes had us out of there in around 15 minutes. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & I was pleasantly surprised of the upgrade in customer service from our last visits.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I’ve been in sales for 40 years, it’s the absolute worst I’ve ever seen!!! On 10/17/19, I initially went in this store to see how I could get a better signal like using an extender or booster of some kind in more rural areas. A trainee and the store manager showed me a LG phone vs. my Samsung, made a pitch the LG had better technology. I would be able to receive a stronger signal in those hard to reach places. Also said I would save $30 a month by changing from a consumer plan to a business plan and would get better cell service because business accounts get priority on cell towers during the times there is heavy congestion. My low tech husband and high tech son were each eligible for new phones and needed them, so I got 2 new LG phones and switched from a consumer plan to a business plan. Drove 10 miles out of town to home after leaving the store and couldnt even get a signal on the LG phones, my Samsung phone still got a signal and could make and receive calls. Went back to the store, they said a bunch of stuff that sounded reasonable, tried all their suggestions... nothing worked! Also told me when 3G is discontinued the signal would be better. I really did think at the time I was receiving excellent customer service. Got a huge shocker when my 1st bill came, $37 more a month, plus was charged a $25 smart phone data access fee each on 2 lines that I wasnt told about. I called Verizon, said there was nothing they could do about it, it was under contract to contact the store. I contacted the store manager, left him numerous text, voicemails and messages at the store. After this went on for 3 months I threaten to contact Cellular Sales Corp office with a complaint, and would contact Verizon, and would leave not so favorable reviews. I also contacted Cellular Sales regional manager who has never returned my call or text!!! The store manager finally sent a text and then called after I left another message. He told me he had been in touch with the regional manager and they were working on a solution to buy out my contract. He apologize and said he had never heard of or knew anything about smartphone data access fees... how in the world can you be a manager and not know about something as critical as that????? Thats been 5 weeks ago and still no contact or solution. Ive been more than patient and kind about this whole thing, WHAT A JOKE!!! SO FED UP!!! Called Verizon again, found out the business plan and congestion snow job the store manager fed me is NOT TRUE! I got very short with Verizon and told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor that can do something about this... Im tired of excuses, Ive done everything to resolve this in a patient and kind manner!!! Ive been a loyal customer for 15 years, always pay in full and on time, this is the 2nd Verizon store Ive had a bad experience with, this is absolutely ridiculous, they need to do something about their contractor stores!!!! You dont treat customers this way and stay in business very long!!!! After ranting and venting a lot of frustration Verizon did finally come through and gave me a plan I wanted and gave my account a credit for about 90% of the charges I didnt agree to. How in the world does Cellular Sales stay in business? Would rate this Verizon contractor with 5 RED THUMBS DOWN if it was an option!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!

I didnt know how to move items from internal to external storage so met with Marcus to show me how to free up my internal space. Marcus was so kind, friendly and helpful. He showed me the steps to move my photos to external storage and even wrote down the directions for later reference. Great young man and a real asset to Verizon. Me and my wife went into this location to set up a new account with 2 phones. We were helped by Cat. She was super helpful and even when we hit a major snag in releasing our previous accounts, she stuck with us, made some calls, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.The store had plenty of staff so we were taken care of right away. They had the phones we were looking for and even a variety of colors and other phone options we hadnt considered.Overall a great experience and we would absolutely come back to see Cat if we needed anything else from Verizon.

Just got a new phone which went smooth for the most part. I took it home to restore it from the backup iTunes on my computer and it wouldn’t connect to my computer. I took it back to the store and brought my laptop just in case. Kyle was very helpful and patient. He discovered that I didn’t have the latest update for ITunes on my computer so he updated it (which took some time) and was super chill about it. My new phone was then restored from back up when the update was completed. Despite my anxieties, Kyle Alison made the whole process pleasant.

My LG G4 phone died on me in the middle of a call so I went directly to this Verizon Store location. Brian was my service agent and he tried to get my phone restarted. He called online Tech Support and together they did everything possible to get my phone rebooted. Unfortunately, they were not able to make that happen. Instead, Brian and the online agent arranged for a replacement phone to be shipped and transferred my number to an old phone I had so I had a phone until the replacement arrived. The replacement phone, which was new and the same model phone I had, arrived at my home in less than 24 hours. The Verizon Store set it up and activated for me. The best part is it cost me nothing due to my extended warranty and when I returned to the store to get it activated I did not have to do a lot of explaining as to what was needed. I am a forever Verizon customer.

I did stop in with a minor Verizon phone problem, & Anthony fixed it in 2 seconds. But mainly, he went way above & beyond normal customer service to help me get along with my RV trip. I had encountered an accident that I knew would have Hwy 140 blocked for hours. I returned to town needing to find someone to help me. Anthony sat me at his computer & showed me how to get to my destination bypassing 140. Cant thank you enough!

Husband damaged his phone beyond repair. He was so upset thinking he lost everything and now would need to learn a new phone. The Verizon rep walked him through picking a new phone and reassured him that all was not lost due to cloud backup. Then hearing I was considering replacing my phone, he went to work finding all the promotions and getting us the best deals he could. All the while answering our many questions. Phones were all set up and ready to go with all our favorite apps and other email accounts installed. Great customer service
