The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was my first payment since switching to Cricket. But now Im having second thoughts about the service. The employee pushed wrong button twice on her side paying my bill. She then asked if I had cash as she messed up. I already told her I would be paying with my bank card. She asks the person I was with if he had cash to pay for her mistake. He reluctantly agreed and I had to hear about it... Like I said Verizon is looking better and better. I may be going back.Ohh and after taking up 30 min of my time just to pay my bill she STILL charged me the $4.00!!

I only went in for a phone case and screen protector but the person that helped me was very helpful and nice in that he new exactly what I needed and even put the screen protector on as well as put the case on my phone. I appreciated his kindness and he was more than helpful.

The manager was awesome. Both my husband and I are seniors and I have multiple underlying conditions. He closed the store just for us and fixed our problem in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend 👌

I called about an iPhone 11 pro max that I wanted to purchase. I had great service and was instructed that I would receive my phone after a week. I gave a two and a half week notice upfront and I am scheduled to pick it up tomorrow. I have been trying to call the establishment for the past three days and nobody is picking up the phone and I am not sure if I should waste the trip over to the store if my phone is not even there. Any help with this would be amazing. Other than that I got my phone here last year with no issues.

I have been with several different phone companies and can honestly say that Cricket is the only one that has never screwed me over! Theyre always very honest and helpful and when I have a problem it gets resolved quickly! I am happy with my bill and how much I pay and the quality of the service I received for the cost! And at this store in particular, they bend over backwards to help me! They could have just sold me a new phone, but they went out of their way to take time to look at my phone and help me fix it so I didnt have to buy a new phone!
