Unbelievable, $230 for a cheap screen that comepletely changed the way my phone looks. I know for a fact that they used the cheapest screen available, you can tell by the weight of the phone. Furthermore the home button is flimsy and again, cheap as hell. I would have rather had my cracked screen back on. Honestly its not worth it, spend the extra money and go to apple or samsung themselves. Im so dissapointed.

Brought my iPad (4th gen with retina display) for a screen replacement. Paid what I thought was a fair price, $100, and picked it up the next day. A few weeks later, the screen cracked entirely on its own. I took the receipt and the iPad back to Cell Doc thinking Id be getting a new screen, as the receipt says lifetime warranty right on the bottom. When I presented my issue to the guy behind the desk, I got laughed at and was essentially accused of dropping the iPad and trying to pass one over on him. Not only did he not honor my warranty, but he insulted my intelligence by suggesting I knew how the screen was cracked. If I knew how the screen got cracked, I wouldnt be in your store. Your condescending attitude didnt help either. If you want a cheap phone case, go here. If you want an attitude when you ask for help, stay there, because youll inevitably get one.

Terrible! My 8 year old son cracked the screen on his iPad mini and we brought it to the Cell Doc in Smithaven Mall to have the screen replaced in the beginning of August. At that time, the only issue with the iPad was the cracked screen, after having the screen replaced the home button Didnt work. I brought the iPad back (within a month) with my reciept and explained the situation. The man that I spoke with at The Cell Doc would not listen to what I was explaining to him and told me that if I wanted the button fixed it would be another $100. to replace the screen and the home button because they have to be replaced together! I told him that was insane being that the home button was damaged when the screen was replaced by him and he still refused to help us. I will never go there again and caution others before using them!
