My mom got a new iPhone at the smith haven lake grove store and the guy Anthony was so helpful. He sat with us for 4 hours to help set my moms new phone up and was super patient with doing so. I would highly recommend if you are a customer of A t and t and live in the area to go to the smith haven lake grove store and get Anthony.

Honestly couldn’t have been more happy with the service I received here from Anthony. I had an issue with my phone which was outside of their normal service that they provide, and not only was he polite the entire time, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue that the phone had within a very reasonable time. Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable! This is a corporate store and I had a much better experience here than the authorized retailer inside the mall. Staff was friendly and walked us through everything. Nothing felt like a sales pitch. I would tell my friends and family to come here over anywhere else

I have always loved AT&Ts customer service. Whenever I call, they have always been honest and transparent about getting me the best deal they can. BUT, my experience at the store left a lot to be desired. I feel like I was kept in the dark about actual prices of things, was signed up for services I did not need, and as a result would have ended up paying over $40 more than I was paying previously, but was led to believe I’d be paying less! I will NEVER go into that store again. I prefer to deal with straightforward, clear, concise, and HONEST salespeople. Now after over an hour altogether on the phone, I finally think I have a plan I can live with. So why did I bother going into the store at all?

I went to the A t and t store in the Smithhaven Plaza yesterday. I needed a lot of clarification regarding my current plan, devices and more. Mr. Joseph Borrero helped me tremendously. The patience that he demonstrated during the experience was exemplary. As a customer, it is very important that all issues and concerns that I have are addressed before I walk out of the store. At the end of yesterday’s trip to the store-my questions/concerns were addressed thoroughly. Mr. Borrero took my concerns seriously and it was clear that my understanding of my plan/devices/pricing/perks was a priority to him. Mr. Borrero was able to explain what I wanted to know clearly. If I had follow up questions, he was able to answer all of them. Something that stood out to me was the way he treated the people he works with. The environment seemed to be that of mutual respect. It was evident that he significantly contributed to the positive tone in the store. This is not the first time Mr. Borrero has helped me. Each and every time he has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Mr. Borrero is a great asset to At and t.

My sales rep Karll was by FAR the most knowledgable, courteous, and professional AT&T employee I’ve ever dealt with in my 20+ years of being a client. Extremely rose above all expectations! He’s seriously one of your greatest assets and should be recognized and awarded for being so!

I came in along with a couple other customers. Little did I know they had 1 person working and I’m sitting here for over an hour just waiting to buy a charger.

Niki was the friendliest and most helpful sales consultant Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was knowledgeable, proactive and so fast to get everything I needed done. I can tell that this store has a great team because when I had a complex issue with my account, the manager Arash came over quickly to lend some expertise. If you ever need a refreshing mobile phone or smart device experience, dont hesitate to visit this store. I will come to this store for the rest of my life so they better give everyone there big raises so they stay forever.

Honestly have to give this location 5 stars. The customer service in the store was phenomenal. Originally went in to upgrade my iPhone and the manager was so helpful in helping my family get the best deals possible. Then went back to pick up the phone and again the gentlemen in there today were also so helpful. They took time to answer my questions and explain things which was really appreciated. Even while wearing masks during this pandemic, you could clearly see they enjoyed interacting with customers. Thank you!!

Very BAD service my son bought me a $ 2,000 dollar phone to do a swap because of the color of the phone and they gave us a hard time. They looked over the Bussinees acc a few times as if we stole that phone. They have no experience on how to treat a valuable customer. Maybe we are going to cancel 5 lines and return the phone. They do whatever they want, I wonder if the manager is aware.I absolutely do not recommend this store, as they are very unprofessional.

My visit at your store at Smithhaven Plaza, Lake Grove, NY was terrific!! I went to drop my phones for trade in and to verify account discounts. The rep was very helpful and made transaction quick and effortlessly. The showroom was immaculate and I was impressed with their products. I purchased covers for my and daughter’s Iphone 12 Pro Max. Have never seen more pass the buck excuses. I was in to transfer service, which the manager explained was just a “courtesy”. I guess bring my new phone purchased from corporate doesn’t count.

I’ve been having constant problems calling the phone customer service. I decided to go to a physical store to get help. I went to a different location first and I was extremely disappointed and frustrated overall as the sales person was extremely rude and willingly refuse to help with any request and need I had.I went to this store and Karll was so welcoming, helpful - extremely patient. He made me feel heard and calm through all the processes I needed to do - I opened up two phone lines, I did a transfer of line... and also help me transfer all my info from an old phone that everyone else told me is not possible.If you need help with your AT&T account needs please visit this store and ask for Karll!Mariela

I visited the ATT Store in Lake Grove NY to upgrade my existing Mobil phone. The moment I entered the store I was greeted by a polite young man who turned out to be extremely knowledgeable & helped me choose the right phone for my needs. He also helped me to save money on my existing contract. I walked out with a brand new Galaxy 10e plus protection case & wireless charger in less than 45 min.I certainly will visit this store again.

Disaster!!!Lies and misinformation!!!It cost me hundreds of dollars and hours upon hours of my time...The worst experience I have had with a store ever!!!

I have been going to the AT&T store in Lake Grove for years. Ive had some good salespeople over the years. Most recently I was in since I needed a new phone. I had the best sales person by far. His name is Justin. Hes very knowledgable about the products and isnt very pushy. He goes out of his way to make sure you are all set to go by the time you walk out the door. Im not one that does reviews often but this was well deserved.

I’ve been with AT&T for over a decade and I’ve dealt with this location for a majority of that time. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve been by far the most hands on location I’ve been to. They never hit me with the classic “take it to the Apple store” that I’ve experienced at other AT&T locations and that is why I will always be loyal to this one.

Jojo, Karll, & Kevin are very helpful & knowledgeable in their positions. You need people with similar skills as theirs to handle everyday operations

Had a great experience last night when we went into this AT&T store to talk about upgrading our Iphone 6 that we both had. The manager, Jojo, and fellow employee, Karll, were both very helpful. They explained to us in detail the promotions and the rates currently available. We ended up with two new Iphone 11 and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely go back to this store for any future phone purchases or service. Thanks guys!

Ive had AT&T for years and this store has given me the best experience by far. I will only come to this store for now on!! Stephanie was so kind and considerate when it came to my requests and questions.

Horrible customer service. No one to greet us when we walked in the door so we didn’t know we were required to sign in. Waited 15 minutes before we were signed in. Then everyone went on break when we were next to be served. Have been waiting over an hour now. I will post again after we have met with a rep. Maybe it will improve....Update: we were finally helped after I went to the break room and asked for the manager. She was not very helpful, and the gentleman who helped us did the best he could, but seems to have his hands tied in several ways (don’t know if that is by corporate or by the manager). They refused to offer a written quote, which makes me believe there are hidden costs and things they don’t want you to know about. It was all very sketchy. We have been with at&t for 12 years, but I will never return to this location.

Not satisfied with this location at all. Was told I wasn’t entering a contract when signing up but was lied to. Also promised Directv upgrade that was a falicy as well.My bill is $75 more per month than what they told me. I’m stuck in a 30 month contract when they said there was no contract.Watch out because they do LIE! I have filed a complaint with the corporate office.

I will never go back in this place again, I went in to buy a phone with the AT&T plan after the guy ask me if I need help, I told them no thanks I need to look first and then I will call him he follow me the all time making me feel uncomfortable, at the end I left because I felt really uncomfortable I went next door and buy the phone for 1100 $ right away was cheaper than the one I was looking and plus they were really nice
