Came in with a phone with saltwater damage. Guy was not very communicative for the 2 weeks that he had it. I was kept pretty much in the dark that whole time, I had to keep calling him in order to get updates. Whole office is a mess of parts and devices he needs to work on, spills out into the showroom a bit. Had to wait the day I showed up to pick up my broken phone because he had lost a part, despite calling him 20 minutes in advance. Hes a nice guy but not very professional and could probably use help managing the office space.

Got my screen replaced in under 30 minutes and it felt even quicker with the great service. Went from $700 quote at apple store to less than half what they would have taken. Excellent Experience

I had been to 3 different places for help with a broken screen on my s6 tablet. Not only was this place straightforward and informative, but they did not try to upsell me into things I did not need like the other places did. The manager was fantastic and what was supposed to take about a week+ to fix, took less than 3 days (during the holiday). I would recommend anyone looking for truthworthy service to come here. I am writing this review with that very tablet.

Dropped my phone and could not get around screen repair. I walked into iFixScreens and they were amazed at how intricate my screen was broken. I managed to strike it at just the right angles to keep the screen protector intact yet shatter the glass under it. Only me, LOL. They were able to do the repair in about 15 minutes. They were very professional, and only commented laughingly at my 120,000 unread emails. Definitely go there if you need a repair.

Needed a same-day battery replacement. Obviously was hesitant going since it wasn’t Apple doing the repair, but didn’t feel like going to them, to have them send out my phone and pay for a replacement phone in the meantime. So I decided to give this place a shot and was impressed. Took 45 minutes, battery and everything works just as normal and battery seems to be compatible with apples software. Will be going again in future if I need another repair.

I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment to have my screen fixed and they still accommodated me.Screen was replaced quickly. Technician was very polite and friendly.

My ipad screen was flickering, but everything else was working perfectly. Got it evaluated and paid $200 to have the LCD replaced.When I came back to the store to pick up my ipad, the other repair guy told me that they had to order a new ipad because they broke my ipad while they were replacing it. So, they actually ordered a used one on Ebay for $200 (from their own warehouse). They never called me back to pick up the ipad.I have gone to the store many times and tried to talk to the manager, but they only said the owner would call me. This has been happening for over 2 months. I asked for a refund. They said they can refund the repair cost, but they will not be responsible for the damage to my ipad. They were responsible for that damage! If they cant fix it, then they must refund the repair cost, plus money for the damage. Makes sense, right? If someone dents your car, they pay for the damage.

I would give 0 starts but it isn’t an option. After a consult and estimated time of completion there was no follow up call when an extra problem was found. When I returned the next day there was a back in 15 min sign on the door. After two phone calls to confirm no one was inside and to relay I waited the 15 min I was still not called back to be given an update on my phone. The next day when I came to pick up the phone I was told it would be another 2 days and an extra charge. No reliable customer service or communication or hours of operation. Omar that helped me was called while I was in the shop and offered no solution to help except to take my broken phone back. I’ve been to other locations with excellent service and outcomes. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I went over to iFixScreens in Lake Grove after my little one bashed in my screen with a pair of toy drumsticks. The gentleman behind the counter was both knowledgeable and friendly. He very clearly told me what needed to be replaced, what it would cost, and what he could and could not guarantee would be fixed. Before I committed to having the glass and the LCD replaced he checked my phone to make sure the processor wasnt damaged. He replaced everything super fast and everything works perfectly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Super happy and would definitely go back should the need arise.

I didnt realize a 6s screen would be more than a 6 screen so I paid 100 dollars, but screen is fixed. Make sure to check your Touch ID is working before leaving because mine wasnt, but Avi fixed it until Touch ID worked. Complementary screen cover was appreciated. Overall good service and still cheaper, and quicker, than Apple (which I have had fix screens before).

If I could give them 0 Stars I would.They lost my iPad Pro over 3 months ago and Ordered a new one to replace it. However, I dont know about you but when I order something as simple as an iPad Pro, I get a tracking number, and I get the device within days.However, This is not the case. The illeged order happened just before 11/21/2019 and as of today 1/2/2020 it is still not here.No trackingNo deviceNo call from from the location to update meIn fact one customer service person, when asked why they didnt get the information for me, said I only work here a few days.This level of Customer Service is extraordinarily careless.

DO NOT GO HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This place is all about scamming people. I went here to get my cracked iPhone 7 screen fixed to find out they charged me more than Apple charges. Not only did they charge me crazy amount of money, the “original (is what they called it)” third screen party screen they ended up giving me messed up my phone. My keyboard didn’t work, parts of the screen weren’t working when touching it, the screen would bug out and go up and down. After telling them the SAME DAY they fixed it, they told me to come back in. I came back in and they gave me a run around on how it doesn’t usually do that and they will order me an apple screen from eBay/Amazon. (I should have known they were lying) It took a week for them to call me back, when I asked if the screen was going to be an apple screen they told me “No, it’s a screen from our warehouse”. THEY LIE TO YOU, CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE. I ended up going to Apple. Like the saying goes, “cheap is expensive, expensive is cheap.

Just had the screen replaced on my daughters iPhone 5c. The guy who is working there was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable and informative. They replaced the screen while I waited. Their price was competitive with other repair shops. They have more than one location all over long island, but I speak from experience about their lake Grove location. I hope to not need their services again, but will definitely go back if I do. I would recommend this place to friends, family and anyone else who needs this type of service.

Okay, so this is a long one. So about 3 weeks ago, we came by the Smith Haven mall carnival. Unfortunately, it was shut down by an incident reported by the news station News 12. We saw them reporting live, and maybe wanted to have a chance at getting interviewed for the story. We passed by them, no hope. After passing by them, we entered the iFixScreens store to stall. We walked in and it was a nice place. Me being the nice guy I am, I wanted to find a case maybe that could fit my iPhone 6. I looked around, and found a white case I thought could work. Upon asking one of the workers for what model phone it was for, he said it would be good for my phone. I go up to pay, and it costed $14 dollars. I gave him a $20 dollar bill, and after he received it, he asked of the customers if they had change for my $20. I looked at his register, and he had no money in the register! I was most likely his first sale, in which was surprising. After we pay, we start heading home. I open the case, and realized I got scammed and he gave me a Samsung case! I looked it up, and I found the same case for way way cheaper than what I paid for. I got scammed hard.

Took iPhone into store for cracked screen. Everything worked fine. Tech tested phone worked prior to screen being replaced. Put new screen on home button don’t work tech put old screen on home button still don’t work.Tech said sorry.Tech broke my home button left me with cracked screen.Is blaming on apple siftware.Don’t you think I should have been told your Jon button might not work.Bottom line I went for a screen repair now I’m with an even more broken screen and a non working home button.Obviously we all know I can’t return a broken phone for freeWhat will you do.

Still, being the eternal optimist I am, I said what the heck, and brought it to my carrier-where I was told it was unfix-able...BUT I was fed a hearty meal of sunshine and rainbows about the latest gen phone I could get for FREE, so naturally I was thrilled!! Until I soon came to discover Free meant: paying off the entire remaining balance of my current phone AND paying all taxes/fees on said new Free phone, and in some/most cases paying monthly installments for the actual value of the phone until it was paid off. Ha! Free!?! Umm yeah, not so much...so I left.Fast forward to the following day. I was NOT giving up. I must have called at least 20 phone repair stores within a 30 mile vicinity. All of which gave me somewhat similar, yet exorbitant quotes. I was about to give up, when literally the very last call I made to IFixScreens in Lake Grove, I was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable, very friendly employee, who could obviously hear the defeat in my voice say: Not a problem, what was your best quote? We will beat any verifiable quote by $5 and have your phone back to you today. Itll look like a brand new phone....So naturally Im thinking, yeah yeah, what else is he supposed to say? Well wouldnt ya friggin know it, it was TRUE...ALL TRUE.So lets sum this up, and let me save you 20 phone calls and a trip to your liars...oops I mean carriers...I.F.S. in LG is: 1. Literally the best priced in town...by $5... 2. Does phenomenal work that was said to be impossible ...3. Does extremely fast work... 4. Lastly, is staffed with, and owned by, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, and friendly people.Now I do apologize for the length of this post, but if you took the 3 and a half minutes to read it while your searching on your work computer where and how to get your phone issues remedied, consider your search over.
