The place is better now. More space and new items have arived. Is always good to stop by at game stop, and after buying something you can check the clearance area and sometimes you could find a really good deals.

Its in the mall which is ok I guess. The employees were super friendly and helpful! I always appreciate a thoughtful recommendation.

Good selection, great employees BUT. If you are planning on pre ordering a game at ANY point, I suggest going to another store. Waiting for over 40mins to get the New Pokémon Snap game and still not open.

I came in to trade in games, and renew account. I also came to renew my membership, and the associate was very helpful with my trades, and my renewal. He greeted me, and struck up a conversation with me, and recommended a charging controller battery for my Xbox, which I needed. Very happy with the service provided today

Greatest video game store ever with a wide variety of video games to choose from. In addition, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable in the gaming world. Its a great place to buy physical copies or pre owned games without paying for shipping online.

Not many reasons to shop a physical game stores anymore but this GameStop is alright if you still collect physical copies or want some merch, very small location since its located in the mall, but that also makes it convienent if youre gift shopping or just hanging out in the mall.

Pretty large selection of games to look through and some very friendly staff.

I purchased i used copy of GTA 5 here a few months ago with some other games. When i tried to play the game; the disk was scratched and could not be read. By this time i had no receipt or record of the transaction. This is now the third time Ive been sold a video game disk that does not work by a gamestop. I will Not Shopping at Gamestop again.

Most of the employees there are friendly. I met one girl when I was with my grandma and my cousin that me and my cousin personally disliked. We were going to get GTA V for the Xbox one my grandma was getting for both of us (one each) and the girl was saying it was a terrible game. She was exaggerating about the amount of nudity and stuff it had. I looked at my cousin and said dude I had this for my 360 and then after hearing everything the girl said my grandma said ok were not getting it. On another occasion just recently a man gave us false information. I asked when the bo3 beta was coming out and he said the 24th of August. But, when I called a different GameStop they said the 26th of August. Overall I lied it, just not those two incidents.
