I purchased a sofa there a couple years back, so after having it a few months it went to sinking in, I ask the manager did they sell those things that keep the cushions from sinking in, his reply to me was.YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DO LIKE MY DAD DID, HE PUT A PIECE OF PLYWOOD UNDERNEATH HIS. REALLY, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK BECAUSE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEN THEY BUGG THE HECK OUT OF YOU FOR A PAYMENT. YES I PAID IT OFF AND THEY STILL REPORTED IT WRONG ON MY CREDIT. OH WELL, I WILL GET THAT STRENGTH OUT.I ADVISE ANYONE DONT BUY THEIR CHEAP FURNITURE.NOW THE MANAGER TRYING TO REPLACE MY CUSHIONS, AFTER 2 YEARS GO BY, BUT TOLD ME TO PUT SOME DANG PLYWOOD UNDERNEATH THEM WHEN I 1ST WENT TO THEM... NOPE IM GOOD. BBB IS NEXT!!

I purchased a 1,000 dollar reclining sofa. We got the first one its messed up so they ordered me another and now they wont even deliver the other one without charging me for delivery. This is so unprofessional I will never buy from them again

Met Steven at the store during our first visit this morning.Wasnt really in the shopping mode, but saw this interesting store and had to stop in!Well be back as we saw some unique items.

Everything breaks after couple months, had to load and unload new couch my self.

FANTASTIC experience they had an AMAZING sale and the Sales Lady Karly was AWESOME..If I need any more funiture it will be with this store ALL the staff was friendly.Made me feel comfortable and they are NOT pushy.

Very poor customer service! My Dad and I visited this store twice on Saturday, April 27th, shopping for a recliner for him. We also shopped around at another store as well.My Dad decided he liked the one at Farmers best. So we went back there.We asked the manager, Tedrick, if he could give a discount for cash or if he would waive the $60 delivery charge. The manager and both salespeople said they could not. We were the only customers in the store both times. In addition, there were 3 store employees there on Saturday afternoon. This is not a busy place. I cannot imagine why on earth they would let a $600 cash sale walk out the door over a $60 delivery charge. However, they did.I realize this is a very small town. I expected much better service.It was extremely poor service.
