Took iPhone12 in for a camera replacement under warranty. Was greeted quickly and told to have a seat and someone would be with me soon. Not long afterward a tech came up and we discussed the problem. He told me 1 hour to fix it. I said ok. Came back in 1 hour and it still was not ready. I looked around for a bit than had a seat. Someone came up to me and asked my name, they had my phone. He wiped it down, handed it to me. I checked the repair. All was good. Total time spent in store 1 1/2 hours. I did have appointment though. I would recommend always having a appointment. Overall a very good experience at this Apple Store today.
This store continues to impress- on how bad they are... it makes me want to never own an apple tge rest of my life. Customers are an inconvenience, they would prefer you leave than get what you came for. They are over staffed in sales but those people cant help if you have any minor issue- it is the example of bait and switch. I wish Covid had never introduced my children to apple!!
Gentleman that helped my wife with her new ipad was very nice, polite,explained everything to her completely.She greatly appreciated the effort.The security guard at the front door however got into her personal space about offering her a mask.she didnt like it n told him that people dont like someone being right up in their space.When she told him he acted like a complete jerk.He must think hes the police commissioner of masks. There is a much nicer n polite way to asked people to put the mask on that they were giving out, instead of the one that she was already wearing.
This place is BIG. So much to do and allot of shops and restaurants. It is best if you arrive in the morning. Although the website says that the Mall closes at 8pm, it’s the reason I did not rate it 5 stars, most of the shops close at 7pm. It’s better to arrive earlier than 5 if you want to look around. Besides that, great place to shop and walk around.

This place is busy. And that really is an understatement on how busy this place is. To walk in it is easily a two to three-hour wait just to be seen. It up scheduling an appointment two days later to be seen. Because of that I was able to walk in and I was called by one of the Apple technicians within a few minutes. I had water damage in my phone was completely replaced within a few minutes. The technician knew what he was doing and he was quick with what he was doing.
Takes care of people who cuts in line. Apple employee didn’t acknowledge that it happened even though I mentioned it. Super Terrible service. Experienced it today. Does not offer Genius Bar appointments online. Waste of time to schedule a appointment to go inside of apple store and have to come back.
Waited five hours for some actual help. All that happened was our phone actually crashed and died because of what they did. Went to get a new phone and mid purchase they say the offer for the Apple yearly plan no longer works. Manager proceeds to come up and ask what “they are still doing here” and told the one person to actually help us to help someone else. I’ll never be using this store again. .
I went here today to browse and purchase some new products. While doing so, the staff helped me with any questions or concerns I had and helped me make a good choice with purchasing a product. The customer support here is really good and theyre really quick too! Overall I enjoyed this place and recommend it to everyone!

Went to look at buying a new laptop and the store requires a mask. As he stands their with a box that clearly states they don’t protect you. Yet 30 min before they opened everyone was standing around without a mask. Definitely within 6ft. Very disappointed

I have an indecent experience. The latino girl with tatoo in the store did not kindly help my shopping and purchase. She rushed to process the purchase without much paying attention on my needs and questions. She is very arrogant and unkind. Hope she receives a rigorous assistant training on how to be kind to the customer.
Had two devices with issues. They where resolved promptly. Than You Brian at Genius Bar n The other guy at sales, sorry 4got his name. The only issue was I need to schedule the appointment. They dont do walk ins. 😥

Lancaster Park City Mall is a nice mall with your share of the traditional big department stores, some smaller stores, and then some unique stores. I do wish that they had an Apple Store closer to Harrisburg (I think Capital City Mall in Camp Hill would be a good location), but I definitely like this location as its usually pretty easy to get an appointment thats not super far away (time-wise), and the people are super friendly. Highly recommend.

Overpriced tech stock with PC and android
We waited a week and half to get an appointment at this store to get a cracked screen fixed on my daughters iPhone 11. My husband and daughter waited in a long line to turn in the phone and were told it would be three hours until it was ready. The employees took my husbands phone number and email address and sent them on their way (this was fine). My husband and daughter came back after three hours of waiting and waited in another long line to pick up the phone. When they got to the front of the line, the phone was within arms reach and the employee had a security guard (who was VERY nice and understanding) come and tell my husband that he needed to change his mask because the mask he was wearing was not suitable to them. He asked if he could just pick up the phone and leave and the employee waved her arms at him and said, I cant even deal with you right now! They gave him a medical mask to wear, which he changed into (although it didnt fit properly) and then the store employee told my husband that apparently there was internal water damage and they would not replace the phone screen. My husband asked if they could replace the screen anyway and they said no. Again, this would not have been a big deal but my family had already waited over three hours at this point only to be told that the repair couldnt be done. Why couldnt they have called my husband immediately when they decided they wouldnt fix it? They did offer my husband and daughter to trade in the phone for the same model for $400, which they did not accept. After leaving the store, my daughter realized that her phone would not turn on and they had to AGAIN wait in another line for help. Apparently the person that worked on the phone didnt reattach the screen correctly so they had to wait about another half hour for that to be fixed. The whole process was ridiculous and a waste of time. We wont be returning here.

My mother, who is elderly and a cancer survivor=high risk for COVID 19 complications, had no other choice but to visit this store to have her iPhone repaired about a week ago. She tried 2 different AT&T stores in the area to have it fixed there but both times was told she needed to go to the Apple store in the mall. This is a lady that has been to the grocery store twice since March to stay healthy and safe. First, I am just disappointed that is how Apple is and that you cannot have these kinds of issues handled through the service provider. Second, and most importantly, is my shock and frustration over how she was treated at this particular store. She arrived and was already feeling lightheaded and ill due to other health issues and expressed that when she arrived. They would not help her right away and offered an appointment later in the day- so she felt obligated to stay and wait. It got to the point she was getting dizzy and nauseous from not eating (she was trying not to eat while away from home out of caution-and did not expect this to take so long) and asked for help. She was directed to the nearest place in the mall to get something. When she returned they said she had missed her appointment slot and would have to wait another 2 hours. In the end they could not repair it the same day. She does not have a landline and this is a safety issue for her to not have a reliable, working phone. She told me she had trouble driving home after all this (when she was able to call days later after a friend picked up the repaired phone for her). Heaven forbid if she had an accident and had no way to call for help. In the midst of a pandemic, I do not understand why she was treated this way. During the best of times, I still think it was handled poorly and if I had to go through the same process after hearing about her experience I would definitely go somewhere else. I looked for a way to email the store directly about my concerns but could not find that option. So here I am at least letting other potential customers know that they should avoid this store and be especially cautious if you are immune compromised as this will not be a quick trip. I really expected Apple to provide better customer service. This is not the time to be complacent about how your normal protocol could possibly be endangering others.
The store took 2 hours to repair my wifes phone, then they scratched the front of her phone. Then say they cant replace it till 24 to 48 hours after a repair. Terrible customer service also we asked what they did if they gave us a new phone or just replacement part and three people said three different things.

Dont even give them one star. After spending all that money on a new phone you would think Apple would want to service their customers!!! Calling customer service is no help either!!! You cant turn away your customers and use new COVID store procedures as an excuse!!!! I will never buy another Apple phone again!!! My daughter has $50 of itunes gift cards on her account that for what ever reason can not be used for iTunes or in the App store. Ive taken it to other stores that service phones hoping they would have an idea but they are all as confused as I am. Showed it to everyone that has an apple phone and they also have no idea why its doing this.Its ridiculous Apple refuses to help or give me any direction. Worst company for customer service and support

Called and made an appointment for the next day, got there and they didn’t have it on file but took me rather quickly anyways. The frustrating interaction was the rep didn’t warn me that too many failed attempts of logging into Apple ID would lock me out of the new phone for 24 hrs. So although I have a new phone none of the information carried over and I have to wait 24hrs to even try anything.
I went in to buy a new phone and had a FANTASTIC experience. The employees were friendly and attentive. The specific employee who helped to set up my new iPhone, Fran, was informative and patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinions on wireless chargers, which I also purchased during my trip, and how her experiences were with them. It took less than an hour to wipe my previous phone, set up the new one, and make sure all of my data transferred over. Overall, it was a great visit and I would return to purchase a future phone.

Workers worked excellently despite the pandemic. Came here twice in this pandemic and bought an iPhone the first time and a Apple Watch the second. The first time, our employee that was going to help us shop was named Ron. Despite his hearing problems, he worked excellently and was very well with communication. He sold us devices and accessories that we don’t regret buying! The second time, our employee that helped us shop was Ean. Ean was very helpful, and had conversations with us as we waited for the product to come out so we could pay. I would also want to thank the guys who checked us in and checked our temperatures both times. Other employees that we didn’t work with still wished us a good evening and were very kind. These employees are doing excellent despite the difficulties of this pandemic and I want to thank them for their hard work and excellent marketing skills. I will definetly return.
Clean, well laid out store with helpful, knowledgeable employees. Giovanni was very helpful explaining the different iPads, pricing, etc.Update. I didnt buy anything at that time but I did end up getting an iPad with the Apple Pencil. I really enjoy it, its easy to use and has many apps and features.

Setup during COVID is poorly executed. A very narrow window to pickup products and will not sell you device accessories unless preordered with the device even though a very narrow pickup appt slot is required. It is basically a glorified mail pickup- might as well be closed.

Horrendous customer service. Employee lied to my face saying that I would be refunded for my repair because it took over a month to do a repair I was told would take a week. The manager then said they dont give refunds for delays and the employee who LIED TO ME made a mistake.
Good morning...I took my MacBook air i bought 2 years ago, I was trying to update it. And also I didnthave no sound.and never came back on..took it to the store and since I dont have apple care, Joe told me I have to change the logic board and it will cost me 429..I said no, thanksI left it there cause he will install the update of ios5 for free, next day he called me and said my computer has water trace and it will cost me 800 ..and he cant do the update..I went to pick up my laptop took it home, I did the upgrade..and guess what..MY COMPUTER WIRK BEST THAN EVER..I GOT SOUND ..AND I DIDNT GET RIPPED OFF..take care..(no wonder they never have a open appointment available everything is 3 or 4 days)

He was just a very understanding person who was very sociable and really helped me out even though I was really frustrated about my iPhone problems.

I just purchased an Iphone SE. Picking it up was easy. There is a problem with the phone. (wont let me download any apps)I stopped back at the store and discussed my problem with the guy outside the store. He told me he didnt have the manpower to help me.There were 12 employees in the store and about another 5 outside of it. They were standing around and batting the breeze. finally in about 1/2 hr. of discussion he set me up with a phone support. They couldnt help. Frustrated

I will try to keep this review specifically to this location and not Apple Tech Support as a whole. I went there for a support issue for a new MacBook Air and during the Genius Bar appointment the staff was helpful but very clearly was pushing me towards over the phone support instead of their in person services. When this store first opened it was amazing. You could make a Genius Bar appointment for any problem and leave with a solution. But now you need to contact phone support and cannot make your own appointments online like you used to (or at the very least I can’t figure out how to). I have had Apple products for years because of the Support, but if this store and their support as a whole continue in this direction I will absolutely be carefully deliberating my future purchases.
Went in to get my daughter’s phone reset (we locked ourselves out after she died last year). Needed the receipt to show proof of ownership... David was able to find the receipt from 2 years ago and Alexa was able to set it up so I can use it. You two are the best!!
You will need to make an appointment and be prepared to wait in line and have your temperature taken just to enter the store.

During covid-19 they are acting super weird. For example you have to make an appointment to buy a cell phone but not only that the only pick up slot they had was like a week away WTH is apples problem people need phones and need them when they want them not when apple wants! Then they have 3 SHEEP DOGS OUTSIDE APPLE PARK CITY TAKEING PEOPLES TEMPERATURES WTH!

Don’t even bother. They couldn’t/wouldn’t fix my iPad screen but the guy in the kiosk right outside of the store fixed it in one hour for $90. Apple just wanted to sell me a new one for $100 more than I bought the same thing at Best Buy on the way home. Also the manager told me Apple Care was only good for 2 years the Apple Care brochure from Apple on the counter at Best Buy said 3 years which is what I thought every time I bought off of the Apple website. I’ll never make the effort to go to that store again.

First, I just wanna say Im extremely happy that I have an Apple Store so close by. I just moved to the Lancaster area, and I figured the closest one would be in Philly!Anyway, my past experiences with Apple Stores have never been great. Not terrible, but far from great. This store was much, much different. I went in the other day looking to upgrade my iPhone with the iPhone upgrade program. Of course, Verizon didnt make it easy on me (whole other story), but my sales rep was extremely patient and helped me get through the Verizon hassle. Actually, by the time all was said and done, I believe I had three separate people helping me out, and each one of them was incredible. I walked out with a new iPhone extremely happy (even though it took awhile to get everything set up... which completely wasnt their fault at all...again, thanks Verizon!)Fast forward to today: I noticed a slight issue with my home screen button... it seems to be slightly loose (though, Im most likely just really picky); I brought it in to just ask about it, and they were extremely helpful and showed me a few phones with the same issue (turns out its probably just a normal part of the manufacturing);Anyway, overall, the employees here are amazing and Im so happy to have such a helpful and friendly Apple Store nearby!!
