The truck we were promised was not there and we waited over an hour just to get some information on whats going on. Pete was very helpful on making sure we got a truck. We didnt get the truck we were promised but we got a truck that worked out in the end. Thank you Pete

Robin was extremely helpful except for not quoting an exact price. She was very friendly and helped us with a last minute rental.The store itself is a fantastic homage to Lancaster history with beautiful and amazing antiquities. I was awestruck by some of the stuff there. Everything from old farm tools to posters from concerts of Patsy Cline and Elvis Presley. Beautiful dishes, doorknobs and jewelry. Theres also dog food and drinks. Last 2 items not antiques.We also got to meet some very cool animals. The Norwegian cat was beautiful. Cats usually walk away as you enter their domain. This was the friendliest cat Ive ever met! Roosters crowed and the llama was non-plussed by our visit but the coolest animal of all was the 40 yr old mini-horse!The truck we rented was in great shape, clean, and rode really well. I was surprised to find out that 12 footers dont have ramps so we had to get a 16 footer. The total price wasnt bad. I was happy overallThanks, Robin, for making a daunting experience a little more bearable.

Cant stress how pleasant the staff was and very clean rental trucks they had. Was in and out at a great time both when checking out and checking in the rental. Will use this location again if ever in need and in the area

If you are looking for a rental truck, do not look anywhere else. Nice service, nice truck, best rates. We saved a lot of money by choosing Penske instead of Hu Haul. We are very happy!! Thank you again 😊

Be careful renting here, I was massively over charged. I had to call corporate to get a refund because they didnt return my call. I would highly suggest that you take pics with time stamps to prove your charges.

The owners were nice, friendly, and very helpful. Robin made the reservation really easy for us, and gave us a good deal. We rented a 26 foot truck w/ liftgate for a business trip. The truck had plenty of power and drove pretty well. We averaged about 9 mpg which is pretty good for a fully loaded truck. The only small issue was that the fuel gauge only went up to 3/4th. We filled up the tank and drove about 5 miles to drop it off and we were told that it was short 5 gal diesel. But we were charged only an additional $8. No big deal. Also, its cool little antique shop and a farm. They have two very friendly dogs and a cat that always comes to the door to greet the customers. There is a 40 year old miniature horse (just like Little Sebastian lol), a llama, a bunch of chickens and roosters. Good experience overall.

Got a super deal for 3 days and o mileage. Thanks keep offering deals like that and you will haul customers from Uhaul since they charge a mileage fee that is ridiculous.

First truck was clearly not working correctly...friend got 3 lbs of dirt out of the filter just by knocking it on the ground. They insisted that was just deisel and then rented it out for a very long haul. I think it was a hazzard. Second truck was supposed to have a lift gate but didnt, also ran like cr*p. I dont think they ever service them. New charges appeared a few days after everyrhing was turned in...are being questioned because nothing was given in writing. Harassed me daily with calls. Ugh...ended up being charged $2500 which is ridiculous.
