I got there literally 1 min late, they were already closed but they were kind enough to let me in to complete my reservation. Excellent customer service, thank u guys !

They refuse to actually help out their customers and do not relay problem information in a timely manner for people to figure out what to do. Moving is stressful enough without finding out the day before that you do not have a uhaul or have to drive over an hour away. Mandy called me rude on the phone for me telling her that I made the reservation two weeks in advance and asking why I am now just finding this out. When we didn’t know what two options to pick: drive over an hour or cancel our reservation, she hung up on us. She also refused to use correct pronouns and titles when asked to do so. My wife told her ma’am three times, and she kept using sir.I am left the day before a move when I should be finishing packing trying to figure out what to do.

Good place to fill up 20lbs BBQ propane tanks. Especially during the COVID 19 pandemic, this is a remote location where you can practice social distancing without a crowd. You dont have to go inside the store for refill, just go to their little propane station up front. The attendant was very kind and service was prompt as they handle all the dangerous filling themselves. They filled my tank to 4.6 gallons and it was a bit over 17$ which aint too bad for a serviced place. I took one star off because their credit card machine was broken (good thing I had cash on me) and because their ring button to call the teller was absent. Otherwise great place, we will return.

I went to Lancaster store to schedule a tow hitch to be installed. They did not have the hitch available. They scheduled me out a week later for installation. Before going to the appointment I called to confirm if the hitch was available and they ordered the wrong hitch. They said they would overnight the hitch to their location and it would be available in two days. Once again I called and they could not confirm if the hitch was in. They said they would call me back. I havent hear back from them since. Very dissatisfied with the phone system and service.

Does not honor appointments. Had an appointment for a hitch Installation at 9:30 AM. They said it would take 2 hours. 12:30 PM comes around and no call. I show up and they havent even touched my car. So whats the point of making an appointment if youre not going to honor it? Manager was kind and offered a discount but I made an appointment for a reason...

They have reasonable prices and becareful of the miles you drive because they will charge you extra mile and they gave me a brand new box truck and it ran sweet

Received excellent customer service with the LP. I was able to fill my RV LP tank. They were the only ones open in town during the Covid-19 quarantine on a Saturday.

This place can be a mixed bag. Most of the time the service is great. Other times you might find a clerk who thinks working on a printer is more important than helping a customer. If you are buying tape to seal moving boxes beware. I bought some tape that was unusable and they wouldnt give me a refund. This tape was so bad it shouldnt have been offered for sale. Boxes are also over priced. Box City has better deals.

They provided a truck so I could move, I didnt have any problem with the uhaul side but the people there all seemed a bit strange. It is not a fast process to rent there but the price was reasonable. Id go back if I needed a truck again.

Had to rent a motorcycle trailer. Made a reservation.On the day I was picking up the trailer they checked my lights and they werent working. I was told it would be 60 dollars per hour to diagnosis the problem. After 15 minutes he discovered it was a blown fuse and said he wouldnt charge me for the time. Would like to thank U-Haul for their kindness.

I preordered a moving truck. When I got there to pick it up. They said it wasnt there, and They didnt have the size I needed either. It was a wasted day and I had to move from house to house.. I wasnt jus getting the truck for fun. Inconsiderate staff.

Got my car in pretty quick to have a hitch installed right when they opened, but while waiting for them to open, my husband and I watched on of the employees back a uhaul truck into another one and then walk right past it like he didnt do anything. And then he happened to be the guy thats putting the hitch on my brand new car...kind of nervous about his workmanship...

This place is a scam we rented 4 Uhaul s not one could they finish my reservation indicator for fill that theyre big scam Google I dont trust him at all I have cancer and then try to scam me that is enough to shut them down im going to channel 4 news so the entire country can see the real truth come out

Got my 89 bounder rv propane tank filled service was fast.

Horrible service, waited 20 minutes to fill propane so i left they didnt seem to care at all for my business. Give this 0 stars instead of 1

I was fraudulently charged $20.65 by this store on my credit card and complained but could never reach the store but customer service stated store would call me back which they never did. I called my credit card company to file complaint. Stupidity or fraud exists at this UHAUL and the main company is not much better saying only they would leave message for this dealer to call me. BEWARE of this dealer.

Inconsistent experience with this location. I had three U-Boxes shipped here for a recent move.Equipment worked fine, but the service was slow at times. In my three visits, my in/out times were 50 mins, 5 mins, and 35 mins where all that was really needed was to hook-up the trailer and go. There really wasnt much of a line any of the times that I was there. Just a bit inconsistent.Customer service was mostly good. Will likely use again for next move despite the wait time.

They have very poor customer service here. I was broke down on the hwy for over an hour in a half. When their tow service arrived, they said he could not help because he only do jumps, now when I originally called I told them we dont need a jump. Its a major mechanic issue and if we can get another truck, their call center said we first send out a tech to see if the problem can be fix and if it cant be fix well get another truck out. So I went back up to uhaul in my own car to ask if we can get another truck, Matt tells me they do not have another truck to accommodate me. Now matt a supervisor and didnt know what the hell he was doing. I came back a second time because U-Haul call center called me back stating we found a truck at U-Haul and we have it reserved for you. I said I just came from there and they said they have no other truck,linda from the call center said we do have an extra truck, so I go back and Matt tells me once I get there the truck thats been reserved has a flat and they have no one to repair the flat, so there call center is calling back saying I have to wait two more hours for roadside service to come get the truck. At this point I was very upset because we been on the hwy since 8:00 this morning and here it is about to be 11 and still no help from U-Haul. I went back a third time and ask for a manager, Matt was like Im the supervisor I said yeah but your not being helpful. I called Chad and explained the issue and he said theres a truck reserved for u I said your supervisor Matt is telling me that truck has a flat and no one can repair it. Chad said ok Ill call you back. Chad call me back and said we have a truck available and ready for you. Chad was very helpful and accommodate me for what went on. The CSR needs to be retrained and Matt definitely do not need to be a supervisor because he do not know what he is doing, he never called his manager to see what he could do for me. I felt I did his job for him and thats calling his manager to see how can I get accommodate for this issuse. After this experience its makes me not want to rent another truck from this place.

For some strange reason the employees can not see what trucks are available for you to reserve unless you give them your credit card number first. Im not sure about most people, but Im not going to reserve something before I know if its avaliable. Budget Truck Rentals hooked me up.

I am posting this on behalf of my friend and the problems that he has experienced with this particular Uhaul. The manager Matthew is not helpful he wont answer his phone nor return calls not to mention that he doesnt know what he is doing. The call center is not helpful to resolve customer issues with regard to the storage services.Beware they have messed up billing system. They advertise the ability to pay over the phone with debit Visa or Master Card, but their new State of the Art system doesnt work and conflicts with business. Ive called since May 2016 it is now July 2016 and ive called almost everyday - they wont save my payment over their database properly but are quick to place an Lien Sale Status on my property and tell me its not that bad. When I try to pay for my storage they simply refuse to accept my pay EVEN IN PERSON AND WITH CASH ON HAND. i was not allowed to make a payment after traveling over 80miles to do so all because they cant do business right in the first place but they find it easier to just steal my property, keep me locked out of it...and sell it rather than accept my payment...by any means. Not the brightest company in my opinion.oh... the only reason there one star is because i have to put one or it wont let me post...so lame.

A lot of run around and having to ask the same question or tell the same info to each person that helped us because they dont communicate well with each other. But they get the job done.
