Can you give zero stars???? Tv repair store that can not fix tvs??? They just wanted me to buy another one instead of fixing the one I brought in.

I am happy with my purchase. I bought Alienware gaming laptop and I love it. I am using this from last six months and no issue. I got the laptop at low price than eBay. Love the store. I am regular buyer at this store.Pay visit to this store if you want to save money on consumer electronics. They carry wide verity of electronics.

Usually the owner is pretty cool, but he has PS5s and sells them for $1700 and you cant even use Snap.

Love this place. Has great prices. I will never go anywhere else to buy electronics. If they dont have what you are looking for right then, they will call you when it comes in.

Low prices for amazing electronics products. I purchased Samsung 75” 4K LED TV at bargain price in compare to big box retailers. TV that I purchased was open box item. Box was distressed but the TV which I care for the most was in excellent condition. I am using this TV for almost 3 months now. I am very happy with my purchase.If someone is looking for the electronics, I suggest that you check them out first and see if you can find what you are looking for at low price.

Bought a 40 inch Vizio smart TV from here 3 years ago for $200, it hasnt given me any problems and still works like brand new. My husband bought a touch screen laptop and after a while the screen had the ghost touch, even though nothing was touching the screen. You couldnt use it when it would do this, it would freeze up and the mouse would disappear. He paid $700 and got a couple months use out of it.

WOW! Great Customer Service. Very good Price for the electronics. Owner is very helpful.I bought Samsung Galaxy Active Watch, Sony 55 4K LED TV and Klipsch Sound Bar. Its been over a month and works smooth. No Problem with any of the electronics.

Bought two computer one broken within a month. Took it back to get it “fixed” then it took them months to fix it. When I picked up it was all broken and everything hanging. I will not recommend this place at all.

Horrible customer service. Don’t do business with this people. The manager was extremely rude. I was trying to purchase a TV monitor. In the middle of Conversation he asked me to leave.

Purchased an iPhone 5s back in June 15 for $275+tax and in 4 months, in October the phone died due motherboard issues. Terrible!!!.. I know electronics can go bad all of a sudden but this is ridiculous at least please make sure they are in good shape before you offer them. I also bought a galaxy s5 active for $315 a few months ago and screen is going bad now, tech said screen is too old,.. both are well taken care, theyre mine and my wifes... sorry but thumbs down for you guys.

Do not do business with these people the owner is very dishonest.

Do not buy anything from these people. I bought a tv from them in September. When I bought the TV, they said they stood by their product and if anything went wrong, they would fix it. Four months later, the motherboard went out and they are charging me $146 to fix it. They said it was not their problem. They are not honest or fair people, I have read several complaints since this has happened to me. I will report them to the BBB as will as file a small claims complaint against them. It is not right that they do this to people.

Do not buy from here!! go to Walmart or Best Buy. I purchased a TV from here in April . I was told that the TV had a lifetime warranty on it if anything happen to it they would fix it and the only thing I will pay for is the parts . Seven months later my television stopped working and I took it back to get fixed. I was told in order to fix my TV that I originally paid $350 for brand-new it would be $280 to fix . I asked them because the parts with them were so high could I purchase the parts by myself and bring it for them to fix it he told me NO. I then asked could I see a receipt from the parts that you guys are going to use because I dont understand why the part is so high . he said no to that as well. . this place is a scam I would never buy a TV from here again nor would I recommend it. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !

Okay prices. Uses Snap Finance to help customers. Bought my tv utilizing that. Worked great up until my kid smashed their ps4 remote into it. Im back here for another tv. This place has been good to me so far.

Went in on tv Saturday and was told they’d sell it for 1,000 plus tax and fees now I come back and they’re tell me he can sell the tv for less then 1,100. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Horrible TV Repair and customer service.. I brought my TV for repair and had to call myself to check the status and never received a call back, 3 weeks went by and my tv was not repaired and the owner kept giving me the runaround and that he has been BUSY until I walked in the store again with my husband, he started to argue with my husband and we asked for our tv back without being repaired.. I am currently inside the store writing this review ..Terrible service!!!

I bring my Ps4 to fix it they promised me to fix it in 3 days and i wait for them for more than 3 weeks and they didnt fix it, and also they give me attitude cuz i ask for my ps4 and it wasnt in the building. So i wait to somebody bring it,. Do not recommend this store .
