I am a single mother of two. They had had it with my phone, I did not know how to back things up nor even trying to back things up putting it back into this new phone that I have received. This gentleman really made it easy for me and made sure I was taken care of. I asked him if you could put a temper glass on my new device he said yes. I politely asked him if he could suggest a case that would be safe for me because he obviously knew I dropped my phone quite often. He said yes. He did not pick a case that was extremely expensive but affordable and also protected my phone. There is something about this gentleman I gave him my laptop and my cell phone and I asked him if he would back things up and take care of what I needed to be taking care of. I trusted him with all of the details that was in my phone and in my laptop. But he had such great reviews, not only online but is well from my family. On top of everything he even packaged my old device for me labeled it down and taped it up and all I had to do was go mail it out. He made my life extremely easy and simple for a person that is electronic illiterate. I’d give him 20 stars if I could. Communication service five stars.Honesty and making me feel trusted five stars.And if you knew anything about seeing how people login to work on your devices he was up until probably 12 or 1o’clock in the morning working on my device for the next day and I didn’t pick it up until 3:30 PM. I had drop the device off at 8:00 PM the night before. So, my long story that was supposed to be short he is a hard worker and a dedicated one. I will be a loyal customer to this company. Super professional... they have an amazing amount of things to pick from and they actually know what they are talking about. Service was super fast and my son iPhone 6 Plus looks brand new again! I even saved money here by purchasing the wireless charger for 16$ when I spent 65$ for the iPhone one that I found out I didn’t even need! I love these guys already! And I hope I don’t break my phone but if I do I will be back here for sure

The customer service was excellent! My LG Aristo android cell screen was broken. They confirmed cell phone info and equipment needed. They had to get the part, and the young man was ready to fix my cell within an hour of my call. I arrived to Lux Wireless at the specified time (1 hour after the call), I was immediately greeted and the work began. My cell was ready in an hour. Courteous, fast and excellent service. My cell is good as new. Thank you!

Awesome, polite, fast, and reasonably priced. I had an iPhone 6 that needed a new screen, they had the replacement part in stock and very quickly repaired the phone. Ive already recommended Lux Wireless to my co-workers and I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

The staff here is very friendly and polite, however they do not know what they’re doing. I recommend you do not bring your phone nowhere near this place. I brought my IPhone XR to fix a crack on the screen (it was $140 USD) and days later i was having to tap on the screen very hard to get anywhere. I brought it back for them to fix and it was once again good for a couple of days until this time the screen blacked out completely. I brought it back here once again for a REFUND this time and they said they could fix it, so for whatever reason I gave them yet another shot. Nope. Same thing again. At this point I’m going to go through my phone carrier insurance ( $200 deductible).

If I could give more stars I would. Their customer service is off the charts, and the repair service is always fast. I also love the variety of cases and gadgets they offer. I frequently shop here and recommend you do also.

Sean and Alex are fantastic! Times are really tough financially right now for me and they found the problem, repaired it which incidentally was the least expensive option! I had stopped by another competitor before coming here and they wanted $70 for what Sean charged $29.95. I cant recommend these guys high enough, wish their was an option for six stars!
