The person never told me my final total with smart pay. I ended up paying over $150 more than I was supposed to. It was going to be over $600 if I hadn’t caught the problem. I will never be going back to this metro again and I hope no one else has the same problem. When I spoke to the smart pay representative, he said they have had the same problem from the same store (this location) before and that it doesn’t surprise him. They need to change something, because if I didn’t catch it when I did, I would be out of a lot of money. They are thieves!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced!!! I bought my phone here along with the case and screen protector which they put on wrong with bubbles and lines all through it...so when i go back today so they can fix it, she does and then charges me for it!!! What company does this??!! THIS METRO STORE!!! NEVER GO HERE. HORRIBLE
