I love this office! From the front desk to the technicians, Dr. Jepsen and the optical department they are all friendly and great at their jobs. When I had my eye exam Ainsley was absolutely the best. She was very warm, friendly and great at her job. When I came to pick up my glasses the insurance company spent a lot of time verifying my insurance and making sure I got the benefits that were covered. Thanks so much!

Two of my teenage children have been seeing ophthalmologists every year since they were born for a vision impairment, so we are pretty comfortable with the routine. I was very impressed with Dr. Jepsen, who not only asked if we had questions (which was expected,) but brought up a few things that we might have questions about in the future. He took quite a while of his busy schedule to talk to my teenagers to make sure they dont one day say I wish I had known... We greatly appreciate him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jepson is great! He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He reviewed all of my eye conditions with me and answered all of my questions. He also referred me to another doctor for additional vision therapy to ensure I received the best care possible for my condition.

Dr. Jepsen is very knowledgeable and really cares. He takes his time to find the best prescription for you. He is willing to let you try new contact brands if you aren’t happy with the feel or performance of one.Dr. Jepsen is so kind and soft spoken and doesn’t make you feel inferior when you ask questions.

He was very up-to-date on contacts which have helped slow my sons severe nearsightedness. He is very patient and kind. Dr. Nolan Jeppson is a fantastic doctor. I went to him because my eyes are complicated, and I have been trying for years to find some way to see even passably well. Now Im seeing 20/20 and 20/15, which is amazing! He is up front about options and costs and uses a combination of technology and expertise in his treatment. You wont be sorry if you go to him!

Ive been seeing Dr Jepsen for 20 years. He has superb people skills, and, is of course, very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.

Dr. Jepsen took the extra time to actually figure out what I need/whats wrong instead of giving me a one-size-fits-every-person answer. 👍🏽Just a note they DO tell you to plan extra time (because of dilating the eyes) its about 45 extra minutes
