The girl who originally sold my sister and I our phones was awesome. Yesterday July 7 I had a horrible experience the girl wouldnt give me a mask and didnt wear one herself. The original girl did wear one. I was given the wrong power cord and she gave me a used one from under the counter.. I spent way over$200. I would have been ok with the cord, but I did think a mask was a very small thing to ask for. I know she had them as I saw them .the 5 star rating I gave was for the original girl. I would rate the second girl a 1 star. Because nothing is lower than one. Also she was spitting her lunch all over
I dont really know if employees are pocketing money or way overcharging there, not even a month ago I was told to port in with a free phone and paying for the plan altogether would.be about $125 to $130 okay, so maybe three weeks ago same location was told it was going to be $150 okay, so I went in today with a port a free phone and paying for my service it was going to be almost $200 dollars. I asked the rep why it was so much and it was for the activation the plan and then get this the rest of it was just the taxes on everything. I never in my life or friends even ever paid over $140 at Metro this wasnt even with any accessories or anything almost $200 thats whack! Im just saying this is not the first time I have been ripped off at this location. Then when I proceeded to tell the rep what another rep had told me she went on to mock me and kept saying oh okay! Oh okay! Until I walked out the door, also mind you she was telling me how she had told a customer that they didnt have a phone in stock and the same phone I was going to get and the was like oh well at least you got it right! HORRIBLE customer service, will not recommend this place to ANYONE!
Very poor service. Wanted to put number in for service. Tech said they could not because Bark does not work on Sundays. Refused to give port in deal with new number. Would not even contact management about it. Basically the paying this person to stand around and do nothing. Im supposed to extend service with current carrier at my expense so I can port my number a day after the end of current service.
Poor service. If you have a problem with your phone they cant help you.

We came to this store after having issues finding a phone for my mother, after traveling 20 minutes we got here and found out the original phone we came for was not in stock. The employee who helped us, Darrell, went above and beyond to help us out! My mom left extremely satisfied!

Horrible customer service . was told I could get a extra line for 10 more and tablet was also part of the deal for low price. Then she said tha was wrong. She gave me another deal and after making a call said THAT was wrong. I walked out with a phone that isnt as good as my old one because they didnt have my old style phone in store. On top of all that she had a bad attitude instead of trying to make it right. As if her mistake TWICE was my fault. She waa pregnant so easy to know whom im speaking of. I would drive farther to get better service next time

I ordered a phone 6 days ago and was told it would be there in 2 days. I have been given the run around everyday since. It shouldnt be this hard to buy a $650 phone. I have never been given a call back. When asked them to let me know whats going on and seems like they dont care! Do nit go to this store!!!!!
Went there about a month ago and got a phone the lady helping me claimed what I got was a great phone while complaining to me about her job. Get home the phone is junk only 3g loses internet connection constantly. Havent had time to go back so I guess Im stuck with it
USB chargers they sold with two seperate phones had a hack stick installed in them. Phones were not new either, and slightly damaged. Deal on accessories (case) was to hide damage.
The woman who claims to be the manager is disrespectful. The other two are great but the fat hood rat manager belittles people and she has not an ounce of integrity or commitment to customer service. Store would be good if they got rid of this. This a place of business not ratchet behavior
I got a great phone and a very good deal on my plan, only negative was that it seemed to take far longer than it should have taken to be in and out with a working phone, from the time I walked in until I finally got to leave with two phones actually, one for my wife and the other for myself....it took approximately two hours, I just thought this was an exceedingly long time to complete the task required.
Our Metro is handy, inexpensive, and you can watch all the movies you want. The staff is young and friendly. They act professional and are helpful.

Horrible my grandfatered in plan was tooken away from. My bill went up $50. All their phones break with the slightest drop. And there is no one to help describe which phone best suite your life style.

My experience at the metro PCs store in Lenoir, NC was awful, the girl there that is supposed to be the manager is rude and very disrespectful, she makes changes to your account and if you dont pay what she has added they cut your phone off, I was there on 06/08/18 and 06/09/18 and bought 3 phones and I got the law called on me and then they refused to help me with my phone getting my phone number ported over. Its ok they have been reported to the he main headquarters in Texas I sure hope they lose their jobs because they have no business working with the public. The girls name is Amanda and the guys name is Marquis very rude and disrespectful to customers. I do not recommend anyone else to go to the Lenoir NC metro PCs store.

The individual that sold me the cell phones was excellent however I had a change of heart brought the cell phones back within 6 hours of having them wanted my full refund of $270.96 back was told by an individual that was a new hire I will I might not get all of my money back and that they were going to keep activation cost a first months I had to threatened but I would call an attorney for him to get his manager on the phone then I was told I would receive my money back but days apart only got a portion of my money back so far and now I have to dispute for the rest with my bank kids running the store and are unknowlegeable as well as unprofessionalSincerely, Nenishia Scott
One of the girls stole my sd carx out of my phone when i went in to discuss activating my phone again. She said she didnt remove it but i watched her remove it when she took out the sims card. Now i have lost precious pictures because of her.
