I tell you when I was on Boost I got great service on my Samsung phone but I when and got me an iPhone and I have heard that Verizon was the best so stupid me switch to it. I have had a terrible experience with Verizon the service suck and Customer Service is a nightmare trying to speak to an agent.
This location has the most blunt and honest sales team around! They will tell you absolutely everything even if it is slightly against boost because they want you to be 100% informed on what’s going on and how much it’s going to cost. They sell phones they do not repair them but if your having any software issues the manager is the best one to go to for that. She has 5 + years of experience with this company so she knows her way around a smart phone! She will even go as far as to try and move all your stuff over to the new device . This location goes above and beyond for its customers regardless of the issue they seem to always try their best! If for any reason they can not solve the issue they at-least give you contact information and steps on how to fix it So your not leaving the store completely empty handed
The store manager and her employees are the bomb.com. They have great customer service and great personalities... I enjoy having to go to this location! Thanks you for ur help

I was recently in your store paying my phone bill. I have been out of work due to Covid. My back account was fraudulently accessed so I needed help. I didn’t have any luck with the guy on line. So I went to the Boost store in Lenoir and was met by Patience, your employee. She gave me an option to pay two phones and drop one line till I can pay it next week. She was very helpful as she was dealing with other customers. She saved me from switching service. I am happy with Boost and would have been mad if I left. This boost mobile has terrible customer service! They have no clue what they are doing and are not helpful by any means.
Worse phone service i have ever had... Switched from straighttalk to get the 2 lines for 80 and they told me coverage was perfect (but didnt show me) and coverage sucks it wont pick up at my husbands work or nothing!!! And paid for insurance on them both only to find out even with insurance it dont cover a damn thing still have to pay for a whole new phone!!!! We are def going back to straighttalk and dont recommend boost to NOBODY!!!!!
I dont know about the service but I walked up to the door and it had a sign up that said taking out trash to the dumpster and I stood there and waited for somebody to unlock the door and when the door got unlocked I old in and there was this lady that looked higher than a kite! She was very rude and whatever she was doing in the bathroom before she unlocked the door I heard sniveling every 3 seconds and that was disgusting I do not recommend this place to anybody
Fraudulent Store, Do Not Go Here!! I went to the store (which had the Boost logo and identified as a Boost store) and spoke with the manager, Shay, who talked to me about plans and wasnt too helpful regarding phones. I explained to her, specifically, that I live in the mountains where we dont get reception. The only way I would sign up for Boost is if the phones offered Wi-Fi calling since this was the only was to get service. I was looking at a less expensive phone for $68.99 and she told me that phone did not offer Wi-Fi calling, but the more expensive phone for $179.99 did. I asked if I could return the phone if it didnt work and she said they have a no return policy. I told her I needed to make sure Wi-Fi calling was available and she called another store who agreed it was on this unit. I was charged a total of $268.04 on my Visa Card.When I arrived at home (45 mins away), I immediately realized that Wi-Fi calling was not an option on the phone. I called the store to speak to someone and it went to a voicemail system. I then called the support line at Boost Mobile spoke to a representative. She informed me that none of Boost Mobiles phones offer Wi-Fi calling, apologized that I was misled, and said I can return the phone to the store within 7 days for a full refund. I proceeded to the store the next day. When I arrived I told Shay that I was misinformed and misled about this phone and service. I also told her I was upsold on a phone under a false pretense and the phone doesn’t work and does me no good. I told her I called the corporate number and a representative directed me back to the store for a full refund within 7 days per policy and I was here to do that. Shay told me there was absolutely no refunds! She said it was on the receipt that I signed. I argued with her and said despite her store’s personal policy she needed to comply with the company’s policy. She again told me no and she wasn’t going to refund my money. I called Boost on my other cell phone and got another representative who agreed I should get a refund and asked to speak with the manager. I put her on the phone and she told the rep the same thing. Apparently, they are an independent dealer who sells Boost products but doesn’t have to follow guidelines. The rep told me this and said there was nothing further they can do since this was not an actual Boost Mobile store. Not only was the marketing and signage misleading, but so was the manager. This was not a true Boost Mobile store and they are apparently able to make their own rules. I demanded to speak to the owner and she said the owner doesn’t talk to customers and she would say no anyway. I told her this was fraudulent and I was lied to about my Wi-Fi calling option in order to get me to purchase a more expensive phone and sign a contract with no refund option even though the company offers a refund. I told her this was false advertising since this is not a real Boost Mobile store and they should not be in business. At this point, I was stuck with a phone and service I cannot use. I had no choice but to leave.In terms of the service. I called Boost to see about transferring the service so it doesn’t go to waste. When I spoke with the representative, she told me that the system noted it was paid as cash and the only way to get a refund was to go to the store. Again, this was another lie from the store itself. I paid for the entire purchase with my credit card and the receipt shows this along with the last 4 digits of my card number. The manager, Shay, intentionally marked my order as cash so that I was not eligible for a refund. With that said, I was out $50 for the service and $25 for the activation fee. This is obviously fraudulent behavior on the store’s part. While I blame Shay for the way she handled this. This manager runs a fraudulent business that misleads customers and gives them no way out once signed up. This needs to be stopped and investigated into before other’s fall victim.
