Our kitchen refacing is amazing! James and James are great guys and did such a beautiful job. Our kitchen was a 12 x 9 galley kitchen redone 25 years ago. I cannot imagine new cabinets looking any better. They finished the bottoms in a way that make them look more solid than they were. They look like custom cabinets now.When the job was complete a veteran tile installer was in our home and wanted to check out the kitchen. He was so impressed with the job that he asked for your company name and number.We still need tile, paint and floors redone, so look past that. Thank you

This company is EXCELLENT! They refaced my cabinets, created more storage when the new appliances required less space and installed my custom copper hood that I designed with a vendor out of state. I love the detail they created with molding and along the sides of my peninsula (with a hidden door for storage too), bravo! Their prices were inline with other vendors, even a little less and their service was spectacular. Just a real nice group to work with. John and his team of James are the best!

We had a great experience with Extraordinary Kitchens! We had our kitchen redone in February. We had the cabinets refaced and are extremely happy. The service was great from the beginning, with Tom coming out to give us the information about the process, options and pricing, to James and James doing the installation/refacing, and even John coming out in the end to finish up the job! I found Extraordinary Kitchens by pure accident and I could not be happier with the job that they did. John, the owner made sure everything was measured and ordered correctly. When Tim arrived to install there was not a single thing that was incorrectly manufactured. Tim was absolutely amazing. He was like the old time craftsman that made sure all the cabinets were level, all the moldings were cut correctly and took pride in his work. My kitchen was a pretty large job, with a lot of detail and it looks absolutely amazing. I would give this company a five star rating!!!!!!!!!!

This father and son duo (James and James) did the cabinet refacing in our kitchen in just under a week. They were courteous, meticulous, answered all of our questions and concerns, and left the kitchen nearly spotless when they were done. They kept us in the loop, asking every morning if we had any questions about the process. They are detail oriented and clearly excellent at their craft. We were very pleased with our kitchen, it is GORGEOUS. Additionally their rates are very reasonable. They, along with John, even helped my husband bring in a 300 lb treadmill that was incidentally delivered during the week they were working. If you want quality work and reasonable rates you can do no better than these gentlemen!

James and James, father and son, working for Extraordinary Kitchens, worked for me and my husband during the first week in November . They replaced kitchen and bathroom countertops and refaced all the cabinets and replaced drawers. The job took a week. These men did wonderful work with excellent attention to detail and always arriving promptly. They are professional in every way but also friendly and answered all my questions. They noticed a couple of separate problem areas and fixed them at no additional charge. They communicated well about all areas of the job and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our kitchen isnt just a place to cook. For us, its where we gather. Because its a big job we put it off for years because I know Im a contractors worst nightmare. My ideas were all over the place. I wanted particular touches but couldnt explain how I wanted them implemented.Not to mention, the husbands ideas. Everyday they were great about communication. I knew how long they were going to work, how much they expected to complete, and what time they were starting. This company recently remodeled our kitchen. They were very easy to work with and listened to our requests. They replaced some cabinets, added new ones and an island and refaced the rest of our old cabinets to match the new ones. They also replaced our old Formica counter tops with granite. We couldnt be more pleased with the job they did. The two James (father and son) who installed the cabinets and did the refacing went out of their way to make sure to get our input as the job progressed. They obviously took pride in what they were doing and cleaned the worksite daily when they were done. The cabinets are beautiful and very high quality. We saved time and thousands of dollars by refacing some of the cabinets. Overall an outstanding job.

Having been in the construction business as an architect I can attest to the quality of work and attention to detail on my kitchen refacing and counter-top replacement was exceptional. James and his son James are terrific craftsman efficient, thoughtful and hard working and the staff were very responsive.

Working with Extraordinary Kitchens was a great and stress-free experience. The pricing was great, the sales process was easy, and the installation/craftsmanship was fantastic. James and James were my installers, and their attention to detail and expertise was incredible. I cant say enough good things about their work, it exceeded all expectations.

I cant say enough good things about this company! They added 90 of lower cabinets, giving me lots of space to serve buffet style when the family comes. There were no cabinets on this wall, so I gave them a drawing of what I had in mind: 90 of lower cabinets, 2 upper cabinets, with glass doors, and a shelf between the upper cabinets for a small TV. They took my drawing and ran with it, making a couple of helpful suggestions that enhanced the project. To complete this unit, they built a cabinet that wasnt quite as deep as the others, to prevent the unit from jutting out too close to a doorwall. Then they refaced all of my existing cabinets to match these (antique white with gold stain), and installed laminate counters.They were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up at the end of each of the 4 days . And...BIG DEAL...there was a 4 backsplash area that was part of the original plan, but during installation, we told them to omit that because we would do a different material there. Then, after they finished, we realized that we didnt want to introduce a different material into the project--it needed to match what Extraordinary Kitchens had done. So they came back later and installed the backsplash at no extra charge. In fact, there were several little tweaks that we asked for as the installation progressed, and we expected every little tweak to add to the overall cost. But, no, their estimate was the final cost to us. In fact, we paid less than the estimate, because we ended up purchasing some of the 90 of cabinets (in great condition) from Habitat for Humanity, and Extraordinary Kitchens installed those and refaced them, reducing the cost to us. I would work with these people again in a heartbeat!!! (The pic shows only the cabinets that were added, not our originals.)

As I am putting things away in my kitchen I am just in awe how beautiful my cabinets are. We absolutely love the new look. We are so pleased and extremely happy with they turned out. He was very professional and we never felt pressured! We were excited to have this project started! I was VERY happy to hear we had James and James doing the install! These were the absolute best installers I have ever had ever in my life! The condition of the interiors of our cabinets were just fine yet we really wanted an update on our outdated cabinetry-refacing worked wonderfully for us and Extraordinary Kitchens changed our kitchen from old, outdated to beautiful and modern in a short period of time. Salesman not pushy at all-got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford and refacing staff did excellent quality work! We have remodeled plenty over the years ourselves and noticed that the craftsmanship was precise, high-quality, and staff cleaned up messes daily. I have known Extraordinary Kitchens over a period of more than ten years during which I have owned two homes. In my former home they performed a fabulous remodel of my small kitchen and a small guest bath (yes, they no longer remodel baths). From those small spaces they were able to create all the room I needed.In my new home the kitchen was much larger but I wanted to create a better workflow and to make that large space feel more cozy. I went to Extraordinary Kitchens with a sketch with my ideas for a new design and after patiently listening to my ideas and goals, they presented a design that I probably would never have imagined. I am incredibly happy with Extraordinary Kitchens. James was so nice when he came out to give us an estimate. When I was on the fence about the cabinet style and color he invited me to the showroom so that I could see other options. He even gave me 3 quotes, one with more inexpensive cabinets, one with the most expensive, and one in-between.John was super nice and helpful with the final design when he came out to do the measurements.They refaced my kitchen cabinets and added a new island, a new over the washer cabinet in the laundry room and a new floor to ceiling cabinet also in the laundry. What is cool about the floor to ceiling cabinet is that the top part of it incorporates my laundry shoot.The guys who do the work are amazing. They take their time but are not annoyingly slow. They are meticulous and their trim work is just out of this world. They also kept the work site incredibly clean.There were a few ordering snaffus but I think that kind of goes with home projects and they were resolved quickly and effortlessly.I cant recommend Extraordinary Kitchens enough. If I were lucky enough to have another kitchen Id have them remodel that one as well!!!

This company was recommended by my brother-in-law. They have done an exceptional job. I was so happy with everything that they have done. I had the cabinets refaced, backsplash and counters replaced.Both John and James were very accommodating. Tim did a phenomenal job on our cabinets. Bizarre business. Called to schedule a tile floor and back splash estimate and was put on the docket for this coming Monday. The scheduler calls me to confirm the scope of work and then advises they dont do floors. What? Huh? What did you say? The only reason I wrote this review was because he was smart and kurt to me on the phone, advising he was just trying to help me out. It also made me mad from the standpoint that I planned around this based on the feedback I had originally gotten that they do install tile floors. Wouldnt have wasted my time had I known this from the get go... Do total kitchen remodels but just not floors... What?

Last week I called Extraordinary Kitchens to come out and quote re-doing my formica kitchen counters. I also asked, how does cabinet re-facing work. A salesperson named Tom came out, he spent almost 2 hours with us showing us counter tops and samples of re-facing cabinets. I told him that we werent sure about the cabinets and he suggested that we can do a trim package on the cabinets and the formica counter tops. I also asked him if they did Granite and he responded yes, and sent me to Mont to look at samples. I called him a few days later and told him that my wife and I had decided on doing granite and the trim package, he then raised his price on the granite and told us that Home Depot could do it cheaper, and they are very good. When I told him that I still wanted to go with him, then he told me that they couldnt make my timeline and again, suggested to go to Home Depot. I once again said that my wife did not want to go to Home depot and we would work around his timeline. He again refused. So I asked him straight out, Obviously, you dont want to do this job, and he admitted that they are only interested in doing full kitchen remodels. Very disappointing experience and waste of time, very unprofessional company..John,Its ok, I had agreed to your price, I was willing to work with your timeline, I just think it was handled very unprofessionally. I dont need a handyman, I wanted a company to install my granite counters and do the trim. Thats all.
