Was supposed to have someone come look at my tub, they never showed up. I called and left a message, no one called me back. Now when I call it goes straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional.

Have been calling and emailing for two weeks and nobody will reach back to tell me where my $7000+ order for myKitchen cabinets is. Called the other location today to see if they could check and was told I would receive a call back this afternoon. It is after 6 as I write this.If I wanted the runaround I could have ordered from a big box store. Very sad that small businesses are going this direction.To be fair they told me they had some staffing issues due to COVID, I Get that 100% but I have been calling and emailing for WEEKS. I can understand a couple of days delay.Maybe my order just isn’t big enough for them to care about. I’m remodeling a bath in July and I will be looking elsewhere.

KDI did our shower stall. We are very happy with their work. My husband is very picky and we were both impressed with the quality of their work, very professional. We will recommend this company and workers.

KDI provided excellent service and results during my recent kitchen remodeling project. I love the results!

Went to this location and had a wonderful experience with the staff, Rachel helped, then Gary our salesman helped us pick out everything we needed for our kitchen remodel. We will send friends to this company if they need a remodel.

Poor managment and customer service.Do not recommend.

Remodeled our bathroom and their project manager was on site every day taking an active part in the process of transforming our bathroom into what we designed in the KDI showroom.

Went into the sample store did not care for the customer service we felt like we were being an inconvenience. Cancelled my appointment
