Ive gone in here a couple times so far. The first time I just couldnt get my Bluetooth to work as is should. The fix was super simple she didnt charge me. The second time my charging port had a bunch of dirt in it, I didnt have the tools to clean it out, but she did. Again she didnt charge me. I offered to buy her lunch but she just ate. I cant speak on prices but I can say 5 star customer service. If I need my phone repaired Ill going here.

I recently went into the store for a cracked IPhone 11 screen repair. I just updated to IOS 15 and the new feature lets you know if certain hardware is not genuine. Which it says my Screen is not. When my phone is in my pocket It will start taking pictures, playing music and different things. I can tell this is not genuine. I paid almost $150 for a off brand screen that cost them probably 8$!!

This is one of the most efficient, clean, and friendly phone store/service centers that I have been to. I dont remember his name off hand but the gentleman who helped me was so sweet and understanding (and handsome). He came outside the building JUST to make sure he addressed me as a customer. I was told by T Mobile that my motherboard was damaged on my iphone and that they could not repair it. I took it to him 15 minutes later and he informed me all i needed was a screen and display replacement. He fixed it on the spot and even discounted my repair price!!! My phone now works good as new and the repair took all of 5 minutes. He took time to explain ethe moving parts of my phone and left me with a smile on my face. GO TO THEM!!edit:wrong location! They didnt have my LED screen in stock so they put me in touch with Ray Ray at the Livonia location. She was able to fix my phone in under an hour. I came to this shop for a screen repair after my iPhone X screen froze and I just assumed it’s the touch screen. The staff is great. She offered to diagnose the issue first before changing the screen. Not even 5 minutes later she comes out from the back and hands me my phone said it was a loose cable. I took my phone in for a cracked screen, when the phone was returned my initial inspection was good. A day after the screen repair i notice lagging when touching the screen i find myself having to press harder for it to work. When the screen was cracked it definitely was more operable. The phone is barley operable now, it has a mind of its own. Thats what I get for not taking my phone to the Apple store trying to save money.

Great customer service. my daughter brought in her phone in march and they replaced the screen. has been having a few issues freezing and last two days the screen went black. brought it in and within a half an hour the phone was fixed at no cost! the woman who helped us was very friendly, patient and did a fantastic job.

My husband went in for a camera repair on his iPhone. They told him they needed to run a diagnosis on his phone and told him that it was the motherboard that needed repaired for $120. He ended up not having them do it and instead went to the apple store for a second opinion. They told him it was just the camera and repaired it for $60. My husband also overheard them offering discounts for good Google reviews. Use these guys at your own risk.

After dropping my phone, my screen it wouldnt turn on. I went to the Apple Store to get help, but they told me Id have to buy a new phone. The employee opened up the phone, popped a loose component back into place free of charge, and turned the screen back on with no problems. I took my phone iPhone 6s Plus in because the screen went out. They fixed the screen and then it had another issue. But they honored their warranty and fixed the phone. Now my phone works great. There are so many device repair stores to choose from, so it can be quite overwhelming especially since youre already having a bad day due to breaking your device. This store was a little out of my way, but settled on it based on a friend having a good experience with them as well as of the few places I called around to, they were able to get the screen I needed for my phone that day. Price was in par with the other places I had checked and even a little lower than some. Eddies service was friendly and professional. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the lack of experience in having a device repaired at other locations. That being said, I would gladly go out of my way to use this store again if needed.

I dropped my phone last night getting out of my car and it cracked the entire screen. This morning i was in a rush and they were able to accommodate my limited time. After arriving the phone was repaired in 15 minutes and only costed me half of what the other stores quoted me. I went in to this location to get my iPhone 6 repaired after I dropped it. I was helped by Ralene, she gave me A+ customer service and was very informative /answered all of my questions. I was upset about dropping my phone, but her professionalism and interpersonal skills reassured me. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of phone repairs or accessories. My experience definitely turned an unpleasant experience into a better one, the repairs were cost effective and my phone works great!

I brought my iPhone 4S with a cracked screen to this store while I was around that area a while back. They gave me a great price on the repair and restored it to like new condition. I still use that phone till this day as a backup and it works perfectly fine. Fast-forward to today, I brought in my iPhone 7 with a broken screen. They took about a half hour and returned it back to me looking like new once again. I made a long drive for todays repair but do not regret it. They provide great service at great prices and I would return again although I hope I dont have to.
