I purchased my brother a Cricket cell phone at Walmart. I took it to the Livonia location (7 Mile and Middlebelt) to have it activated. There were some issues transferring his previous number. I had to go in a few times and had 2 different guys help me. They spent a lot of time but the issue was finally resolved. Great customer service. Thank you Zain and a BIG THANK YOU to Matthew.

Deandrae and Michelle were extremely helpful. I came in to buy a new phone, went through all of the phones with them and they helped me to weigh the pros and cons. Im in sales, so I was expecting them to try to sell me the most expensive phone they could when I let them know I didnt really care, but we were able to narrow down what I was looking for. Processes and procedures went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased two new phones with new cases and screen protectors. The representative, Michelle W, installed the Screen Protectors and cases during the purchase. The Screen Protector was installed incorrectly and a few days later, we returned to the store to have it fixed or replaced. They gave us a hard time about and was reluctant to fix the issue or replace the Screen Protector. Both Screen Protectors failed and my wifes phone and my phone needed to be fixed. After arguing about the issue, the Rep determined it was her fault for installing the Screen Protector incorrectly and replaced only one for my phone. She said my wifes could be just re-installed. A few days later, it fell off again. I went back to the store, and talked with Deandre, and he took it off the screen protector and threw it in the trash. He then went over to the accessories, and said we dont have a replacement here right now you will have to back, and they are on order. Still nothing.I have had no one from the store call me back, and I had to initiate every conversation. I have called numerous times and went to the store numerous times, being very patient. The last time I went in, which was last week, I spoke with Michelle W, and she said this phone had been discontinued and they were not getting new Screen Protectors in? And they dont refund accessories? They took my screen protector, threw it away, and agreed to replace it. Now they are changing their story. I asked them to call another store and get one, and they did. The manager was bringing it over that night Michelle said. Took my information for the 3rd time and said it would be in that night. This was last Friday. Still no response. I called again on Saturday the 13th, spoke with Deandre, and he said he was looking into it again, and no call back. They ripped me off and I still have no replacement or call back. This store has horrible customer service and shady staff as no one follows up nor takes responsibility for there actions.

My phone was dying and I had alot of important aps and info on the phone. I also wanted a phone that had a replacacable battery. Deandre found the perfect phone and tranferred all my information to the new phone. Deandre was very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. I will be back.

Went in to the store today to replace my phone. Upon entering the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, Look if you want to smoke thats fine but it has no place in a bussiness. They are clearly smoking inside. SO GROSS! Further more my two sons and I were in the store long enough for me to look at every single one of the phones and no one was around I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were in the back or bathroom, then simultaniously we heard/realized that someone was snoring behind the closed employee door. Whoever it was did not just nod off they were in a deep sleep, the door bell 2 young kids and a mom yelling at them to quite down was no match. You have lost my business on the smell alone and I hope the person feels better rested because someone could have walked off with everything.

Incompetent! The two knuckleheads they had working here are completely incompetent and should not be left to run a store when they have no clue what they are doing. I went in to switch from Verizon and had my number ported over to get a deal. They had the most difficulty porting my number over saying that I didnt know my own phone number and that it was invalid after about a half an hour they finally got ported over then my real trouble began. When the idiot that had no clue what he was doing attempted to activate my phone he ran into some issues where it was asking for . $100 rather than 10 for the phone and it did not ask for the monthly payment. After struggling for roughly 45 minutes he called somebody on his phone and tried going through it with them and could not so he had to go to a chat site to chat with cricket corporate. When he spoke with cricket corporate they told him the account has already been activated and all he needed to do was take the first month payment and it would be good to go but this completely incompetent idiot couldnt fathom how he was able to activate the account without taking payment and completely ignored the chat service and said well we cant activate your phone youll have to come back tomorrow. When I inquired about what the tech guy said on the corporate site he said well that wont work they dont know what theyre talking about. So I askedh if I could just leave the payment for everything with them and in the morning they could activate the phone. They agreed that would work and that I could be on my way. Upon leaving the store the phone that I got from them work I was able to make and receive calls and download apps and stuff. Thinking that I was in the clear I woke up this morning with no phone that was active and when I tried to figure out why it said that I had to make a payment. I figured no problem Ill just use my verizon phone. Well theres only one problem with that they took that number and put it on this new phone so now I cant use either phone and I have no phone at all. All these inconviences and they did nothing to discount the phone or service because they screwed up all they wanted to do was wave the activation fee which they do for everybody. I will be speaking with the manager as soon as they open and I want this sorted out now.

Not professional at all. Store suppose to be open at 10am on Christmas eve now its 11 and the door is still locked. I called the store at 7 and middlebelt they said it should be open. I wouldnt recommend this location to anybody
