The customer service was very helpful and answered all our questions concerning on our rental. We rented a truck and was also super clean! We will be back in our future needs of rentals.

The service and experience was excellent. I know theres always room for improvement, but I cant think of any now, for like I said earlier, the service was excellent.

You guys were very good to me. I was able to take care of all mybusiness today. I was in and out with the paperwork then quicklygot the truck to do all my moving needs. Justin is a very nice person to deal with. I recommend you guys to everyone needing to move.5 stars !

I ordered a storage box from Uhaul and received very professional and friendly service. From the very first call, Valerie was very helpful and clear in my request.My delivery was made by Evelyn and she was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed to see this young lady driving the truck, towing the storage box, then backing it into my driveway and set it up.Uhaul, E.L.A., seems to have females handling that office and, I must say, these gals rock! UHAUL is amazing I have used their UBOX service 4x and it has been a great experience I continue to go back to them cause their customer service has been wonderful. I’m huge on customer service and UHAUL employees whether on the phone or in person have given me the best care possible in processing my order and making changes if necessary. I have not had any issues what so ever and my belongings have arrived safe and unbroken every time. Thank you UHAUL.

Worst customer service ever

I’m a single older woman moving across several states. The U-Box was an easy way for me to get the move done. It was convenient and moderately priced. The staff was very helpful on holding my hand through the whole process.

I don’t have much to improve upon, everything was great!! you guys gave awesome mileage tips and it helped me save gas knowing the tank size and the apx miles per gallon

This place has the worst service ever! They never answer their phone and when you show up there’s never anyone in the front desk and when you look for them they get mad one time both rep were in the back and got mad at me for asking for service. I never right review but this one took the cake in this time were people need equipment for personal and business needs you would figure a place like U-Haul would help and give you good service. I recommend everyone to go To Penske Truck Rental you’re paying for better truck and service and people that understand that every job is important right now.

This specific u-haul location overcharged for every small inconvenience, I recommend looking at other locations.

I got a very sarcastic guy on the phone here. I asked if he could match the price of Penske and he said he couldnt. He gave me a price that was higher than the price online and I told him he was higher than the price online. He said Wow, a whopping $4 in comparison to his online price.The reason I called was to get a better price then whats online and not to hear your horrific voice. Penske has better prices. Use them. Also, better customer service. Stay away from this place

We got an old truck,t 14 feet when we got to our destination and load the truck it barley started., truck add over 200,000 miles all beat out from the outside and the inside .our expectation when we rent a truck is to have no worries about mechanical problems.we informed sales manager and he says he was aware of the problem, it did start so there was no problem1 to 10 rating 1 for all!! from customer service to maintainability of the truck.

Called to Reserve a 2 Wheeler Tow, and when I got there it wasnt even in working condition.. I couldnt take it. Check your stuff better next time, thank you.

Was overcharged check your receipts and compare both email and online receipts returned van the same day, receipt says i returned the van 2 days later...

I rented a truck to big for the narrow street my home is located on, I was told I wasnt going to be charged to exchange for a smaller truck and I was charged. Ask for receipts, check your paper work and ask for it in writing! I sadly paid over 225 to use both trucks in one day.

The staff was very helpful in my process of renting out the trailer. Employees are granted stock in the company, that is perhaps why they represent the company very well.
