As always, I had a great experience with Target Optical. From the moment I walked in and talked with the ladies who helped me pick out glasses to when I walked over to the optometrist and then back to buy my glasses everything was perfect. The selection is outstanding and the prices are great, but what keeps me coming back every year is the people. Best customer service Ive ever received.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled after my visit. As a 66-year-old man who knows nothing about optometry or style, I took my daughter and prescription to Amber and Traci and we picked a style for my bifocals.Traci knows more about glasses and optometry than anyone I have met. When there was a problem with the insurance, she got them on the phone and straightened out a big mess. Not only that, she got me their top-of-the-line glasses with a discount of nearly $300!She did not have to do that. I had my card out ready to pay $500 plus.She is one bright young lady, and both of these ladies could not have been more polite and helpful. If you want bright, polite professionals, go to Target Optical! Myself and my family will NEVER go anywhere else.I owe both these young ladies a debt of gratitude for this experience. We showed up around 2:15pm for our appointment. The assistant at the optometrist office, the optometrist, and the salespeople at the store were very friendly and helpful.The optometry assistant (woman of Black ancestry) was very kind and helpful in filling out all necessary paperwork and completing all preliminary eye tests. The optometrist performed all necessary assessments super quick and was very amiable. The salesperson (woman with blond hair) was very kind and patient in helping us select the glasses we wanted. She was also very informative about the available lens options. The other salesperson (woman of Hispanic and/or Latin American ancestry) gave very good personal examples of the lens options she had used and currently uses in order to better-inform our lens-buying decision. The experience was heads and tails above any of my previous experiences involving optometry and prescription glasses sales.

The staff was so friendly when we first walked in. Excellent service. Ana was so helpful. Helped us save money and informed us about all the coverage our insurance has to offer!

Understand that the Optometrists is a different entity from Target eye wear but its using Target for solicitation. This optometrist is overcharging for an elected process the retinal exam which is not required when all you need is a prescription. Most insurance only charge a 10.00 co pay for a prescription for eye exam but she insists on the retinal exam and charges an additional 40.00. I pay for eye insurance so that we can benefit for the discount but its not worth it if you have to be forced into another process so they can make a BUCK off of you.

Amazing staff and really helpful. Took about 6 business days to receive my glass. Most definitely going back .

Super easy and quick!

Don’t waste your time.I ordered my contacts back in September. It’s December now. I waited the two weeks that they told me they would come in then a month passed. I called to see what was happening and they said my contacts were “still pending”. I was understanding because of COVID; however, ANOTHER month passed and I still didn’t get a call to come pick them up. I called them a couple times and was told the same thing: “they are still pending but we will try to resend and get it expedited!” Finally, after waiting TWO MONTHS for something I was told would take “at most two weeks” they just so happen to get them the next day.... I understand COVID and somethings happen but this was a bit ridiculous.

I have been using Target Optical for my lenses for about 3 years now and do not have enough good things to say about Traci. She is so sweet and so welcoming and truly wants to help you find your best frame. She will go out of her way to make sure youre getting the best deal from your insurance and will work with you to insure your experience is great. Even on the phone she is wonderful! I called to get my prescription and she didnt even hesitate to help me get the information I needed. I hope target optical realizes how lucky they are to have her on their team!

Was just shopping to get eyeglass cleaner. The lady working the optical section was very helpful. I will definitely be using target for my next eye glass purchase. Very impressed with the service.

Making the appointment was easy. Going in and getting my sons prescription was easy. Now Day one I lost the prescription. Yes my bad.... Ive called several times in the last two weeks to catch the dr when shes there to get a copy if the prescription. Apparently shes only there when theres an appt. And usually after 530pm. My kids have activites every day around this time. So its hard to get over there. Today my mom happen to be at target on her lunch break and saw the dr is finally in. The optical always answers and is always nice. I called 4 times and no answer to the actual dr number (the dr was there). The dr was rude to my mom, I could hear in the background on my moms phone. Just to get a copy of the prescription.This was just not a good impression.

Very helpful staff! Traci was able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns.
