We’ve used them for a number of services, notary, shipping, drop off, printing, scanning. We’ve had great experiences every time. The girl that’s usually there is super nice & helpful.

We just moved our business to Lubbock and have used centers like AIM for years. Although we are new to AIM, they have been helpful and courteous in working with us. I had a big, multi package, order where they assisted in packing. They did not have to assist but did anyway. So far, so good!

Awful. Passport size pictures are very low quality. Spend your money somewhere else.

Friendly and very helpful staff, they have everything you could need for mailing including greeting cards and small gifts, cool flashlights, boxes, envelopes, they make photo gifts and canvasses, print photos, make yard signs, they have packing supplies, bubble wrap, tape, big boxes, shipping crates, personal mail boxes, mail and package notifications, printing copying and faxing, there is probably more I can’t think of.

I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years BUT NO MORE!!!!! Store owner was rude, condescending and passive aggressive. I simply asked if I could email him the return label. NOT COOL and I will NOT be back!!!
