My daughter bought a car from here. The car put her down within a week. They did tow the car but its been two weeks now and she hasnt gotten any feedback on what the problem is or when it will be fixed. All the while shes still making payments on the vehicle. I call this a true injustice. They didnt even offer her a car to drive until her vehicle get fixed. This is poor business and customer service.

I recently purchased a CTS Coupe, from 4 hours away, and the entire process was seamless from the very first call. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, volunteering to send me detailed pictures and a video of the car before we even talked about numbers. There was no pressure to buy the car NOW and the honesty was refreshing. Bought a vehicle that needed minor repairs with the agreement the repairs would be fixed. Its been one year and the repairs were never done. I spoke to 3 different people multiple times and nothing was done. I finally gave up. Now those minor repairs have turned into major problems.

Went to an auction....good deals were had by all.

Drove an hour to view a BMW 335i, superman blue hardtop convertible. Salesman was down to earth, but the car wouldnt crank. Needless to say, they had to jumpstart three vehicles for other clients as well. Once they got the car to crank, it began making clunky noises. If anyone knows about Beemers, you know that they are computer sensitive and if the battery dies repeatedly, it could affect the system which costs a lot of money to repair. Ive owned Beemer in the past and maintenance is quite expensive, so I just walked away from the deal. Also, the car was dirty and had been driven I assume by someone at the dealership because it had food cup inside. Thoroughly inspect the car before purchase or get someone whose knowledgeable to come with you when you decide to get a car from here. Visibly nice cars, but be careful because everything that glitters aint gold.

Went by there to take a look at a car on the lot. I wasnt impressed at all. I pretty much got brushed off by staff. Will not waste my time there again.

A used car lot need i say more.

At first I thought this car dealership was the answer to my dreams. I only had $300 down to put on a car that I needed to get me to and from work. A gentleman named Zack showed me a Saturn Vue that seemed like a good fit. When I test drove it there was a squeaking noise and the air wouldnt blow. Zack told me in would be no problem, their mechanic would look at it. I sat with Stephen Amerson to do the paperwork and again expressed my concerns. I was told to bring the car back the next day (Saturday) and the mechanic would look at it.On Saturday, I brought the Vue to the dealership but was turned away because they were too busy but I was assured that a member of their staff would come pick it up from my work and have it looked over. I was promised this over ten times and not once did anyone every come look at the car. I left messages on all the Voice Mail boxes. I was told they were never received. Since no one ever answered the phone I finally drove down there. I was told the reason for all the problems was the old mechanic had quit and the new one was busy.The Vue busted the CV Axle in Forsyth Georgia. Mid Georgia Auto told me they could not find a part for it. When I spoke to One Stop Auto they said they dont know what they are talking about. Its about a hundred to fix..... So One Stop Auto had it towed to their dealership.They have NEVER ONCE RETURNED A PHONE CALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. It was implied but never said that if I had more money I would have been treated better. If they had kept their word and looked at the car anytime within the month after I first bought it the CV Axle problem might have been found early. I understand buying a used car is buyer beware but when the manager tells you they are going to take a look at the problems not once but multiple times that is a different case.Since I have friends, co- workers, and even my old boss as witnesses that One Stop Auto was supposed to come take a look at this car and perhaps fix a small problem before it disabled a vehicle I think small claims court will be the best way to get a resolution.
