My 2017 Honda CRV broke down. Had it towed in and they checked it out and told me they made a mistake when I brought it in last time so didnt get charged anything. They are really friendly and honest. I picked up my car and they even washed and cleaned the inside and outside of it as well as a card for a free car wash and also a free oil change which they didnt have to do. They will definitely be our go to for service and vehicles.

Wanted to surprise my husband with a new car for his 50th birthday. The purchase went fantastic. They even ordered a bow for me to take home when I gave him the car. Should have know when they pushed to complete the survey right away because the after the sale was the worst. It was set up to hold the car for a week so I didn’t have to find a place to store it. Called/texted 3 times asking when I was picking up the car. Friday as was planned. Went and picked up the car and was handed the bow and told I had to bring it back. Told them I live 40 minutes away and don’t get to Mankato very often. Was told to drop off at my leisure. Monday a.m. got a text asking when I was bringing the bow back. This was a $25 bow on a $20,000 purchase. I work 1.25 hours away and took time off to purchase the car. Even told them to Venmo me if it was that important to get it back...guess what they did. So I paid someone $25 to bring it back even though it wasn’t worth the gas mileage or their time but at least I didn’t have to take more vacation time. Made a wonderful gift a pain in the rear. Would return car and go elsewhere if that was an option

I bought a 2021 Honda Insight Touring (a hybrid) from Luther Mankato Honda (LMH) on 3/17/2021. Salesperson Otto Haben assisted me with this and did a great job. Otto assured that the Insight was the right car for my needs and had all the features I was looking for.Cole Weinandt from the Finance Dept assisted me with the payment process and also was very helpful.I traded in a 2017 Accord Hybrid that I also had purchased from LMH. The Accord was a great car but the Insight gets better gas mileage. The Insight is fantastic in all respects and is the best car Ive ever had.The Insight is the 7th car Ive owned and every car Ive owned since the 2d one has been either a Honda or an Acura, Honda Corps luxury brand.The LMH Service Dept. services Acuras as well as Hondas (I know this because I had a 2006 Acura TSX for several years and had it serviced at LMH). In 2001, I was living temporarily in Illinois and bought had a 2002 Honda Accord from a Honda dealer there. When I returned to Mankato in January 2002, I took the 2002 Accord to LMH for all its service and so have been working with LMH since then; 19 years.Everyone at LMH in Sales, Service, & Finance, is highly knowledgable about motor vehicles, completely professional, friendly, and very customer-oriented. Their car prices are fair and reasonable and there is no pressure to buy.Finally, Honda has been offering a very low annual interest rate (1.9%) on car loans for several years. I had that interest rate for my 2017 Accord and I have that rate for my 2021 Insight.I highly recommend Luther Mankato Honda.

I decided this week to buy my first car from a dealer. I have previously owned cars however had never gone through a dealer to purchase. First and foremost I would like to say that ladies, this is a great place to go. I was concerned about being taken advantage of being a female walking into a dealership alone and I can say that the whole staff at this location is very open and honest about the whole process. Secondly, Christopher H. was always pleasant and willing to answer all my annoying inquiries whether in person or via text. The staff is not pushy or overbearing. Christopher was great in dealing with my sass and MANY questions throughout the process. Overall I think if you are interested in a car on their lot you should stop in and talk to them because they won’t try to push you into something but they do seem to want what is best for you in these weird times. Bought a new Accord here yesterday. The team at Luther Mankato Honda did such a great job. Low key atmosphere, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Ive purchased my last 4 vehicles from here. I have not been so disappointed as I am this time. The vehicle is fine. The misdirection I got is so wrong. I dealt with two salesmen, Chris H. and Donnie. I asked to put a hitch receiver on the CRV EX that I purchased, at no time was I told that this vehicle could not tow or was it suggested I get a tow package (if there is such a thing for this vehicle). They put a 11/4 receiver on the vehicle, to small for most campers, and the wiring was 4 prong, to small for a camper. The price was outrageous! Over $1,000. Now I have to try to figure out how to do what I originally wanted in another way. It wont be what I want but will have to do. Im upset. And the cost will totally exceed what I was expecting.

Our sales person was fantastic to work with from the beginning. He helped us compare the 16 Odysseys and new 18+ models in our first meeting. He was very knowledgeable, but wasn’t afraid to say he didn’t know. He then followed up with all of our questions. This is something I appreciated, since many sales persons would take this as a sign of weakness.We was never pushy and was realistic with our needs and what we were looking for. I appreciated that he would follow up, but was not overbearing at any point. I’ve purchase 8 vehicles in my life, this was the most enjoyable experience I have had from a sales person. He was very genuine from the beginning, which goes a long way to building trust and a relationship with the client.He went the extra mile as well, taking our car we had at the dealership on Saturday to my house. We had three cars there and two adults. Plus had to schedule around nap time and a hair appointment for my wife. This was really impressive.

Had a great experience at this location, Joe was a great pleasure to work with and couldnt be happier with my new car.

Donnie Sakib was awesome! He sold us an oddysey and made the process very quick and easy. This is a great honda dealership. If you are buying a car I recommend Donnie.

We just purchased a new car from Chris Hawes and Chris Ceriveau in the last week and we couldnt be more satisfied! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been a GM guy my whole life, but after this interaction, I am converted! Both men went out of their way to make our experience a good one.
