Everything went very well. I had a loud exhaust and they got me in the same day. After checking things out, I needed a new muffler. They had to order it, which is no problem, and the repairs were completed by noon the next day. Very friendly service. Quick service. Quality work. What more could you ask for?

I used them to install my cat converter shield. I called them after insurance had already sent my car somewhere else for my stolen converter replacement. They would have cost me less than half the price if I had gotten my car there first. The man there guided me in how to order a shield on Amazon and let me know how much they would charge to install it. Very happy with the work and the honest communication. Recommend!

I dropped off the vehicle in the early morning. The man at the counter was professional and friendly. He called within 2 hours to talk about what was needed. I feel he was knowledgeable, accurate, and honest. I was very satisfied with what was discussed and decided upon. With the pickup the man was again professional and friendly. My car drove great and I was not nervous about the repairs.

Fuel was leaking due to a misinstalled fuel pumped.They fixed the fuel pump. When I left, my vehicle would low idle when Coming to a stop. Maintenance lights would flash on then return to normal idle. Took back the next morning. Shop had it for the majority of the day and tested it. Stated that there was no issue . I went to pick it up and it still had this same issue. Traded one issue for another.

If i could give it negative 5 stars, I would. Needed to get a job done on vehicle -- it was diy possible but I dont have time to do it myself. I thought hey, lets give this place a try since its down the road from us (3m). Whoever manages front desk at Maplewood seems to like to talk down on people. Very negative attitude and speech is geared towards disservice, and his attitude was terrible, so I declined their services completely. Dont recommend Maplewood location, and if they have others like this at other locations: heavily suggest to never get service from Meineke AT ALL.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the schedule for the day was full. However, the manager understood my need and concern and was able to squeeze my vehicle in — immediately actually! 😊The lounge was very comfortable...practicing the mandatory safety precautions.The overall efficiency and friendliness of the associates and business would and will bring me back to this location. Highly recommended to anyone looking for vehicle repairs, etc.As with all automotive repair businesses, it is always a great idea to call ahead and schedule an appointment.

Just had my annual Uber inspection done here. They were able to start it right away and it didn’t take very long. Cost was lower than I’ve paid in the past years at other places. I’ve also had work done here on other cars, and they always do a thorough job and they are fair on the billing. Highly recommended!

We were victims of an attempted theft of our catalytic converter. The shop did a great job of showing us what had happened, what the potential loss could have been, and explaining exactly what repairs were needed. They finished the job in less time than they estimated.

Ed at Meineke was very helpful and he was very respectful. I had issues with a dealership and took my car to Meineke to get my car fixed fully. Ed had his guys look at my car and he came back and told me that the car did not need to get the repair the dealership told me, he advised me to reopen my claim through my insurance again for the accident that caused my car needing fixing. He did not charge me for having my car looked at, he was just overall extremely helpful and I was very grateful for the help I was given in repairing my car after struggling with insurance since May.

Would 110% not recommend this place!!! Tried bringing my car twice!!! Brought my car in first time to get a wheel alignment and resonator looked at! Ed told me I needed a new wheel bearing on passenger side before they could get the alignment done! I asked if I could do the job myself he laughed in my face and wanted to charge a crazy amount! Then the second time I drop my car off in the morning to try and get the wheel alignment that I wanted. I brought a coupon that had 20 off wheel alignment Ed was trying to say it didnt work!!! He eventually gives me the 20 off. I get a call half way through the day and he says they cant do the wheel alignment cause a vehicle is being annoying in the alignment bay! My car was in the same spot all day till close and couldnt get the job done! Wont recommend meineke ever!

Id forgotten my mailed out coupon on the counter when I left for my appointment.Upon arrival / check-in, I recalled the forgotten coupon & Ed said, Eh, ya dont need a coupon.I returned later in the day with my forgotten coupon, but was denied credit for my AC check up.Ed said, Not after the fact.The AC was charged as I asked, but I paid for the inspection even though I was told I didnt need 1 & then even with coupon in hand... no credit.Ed did award me a free basic oil change.Thank you.

My Ford F-150 was leaking antifreeze on the upper radiator hose and T. They lied and said that the T part was cracked and I needed to replace the upper radiator hose and T parts. They quoted me at $550 for parts, labor, and flush. I decided to do it myself. The only think I had to replace was two O rings and that took 15 minutes. This is the second time that I tried doing service here and the quote is astronomically high. Never again.

My truck started vibrating and my check engine light came on, they were able to get me in early on a Saturday and get it fixed. Ended up being a bad fuel injector on my 2014 f150 and the final bill ended up being cheaper than the original estimate. Ed the service manager was great to work with and the repair and diagnosis only took aprx 4 hrs. Will definitely be returning in the future for any other repairs i need

The catalytic converter was cut off my car and stolen. The police found the guys and returned it to me. I called and spoke with Ed, ane I dropped my car off the next morning. I was anticipating a couple days at least, but he had it done by the afternoon. My car is running like an absolute dream, and the repair was a fraction of the cost the dealership quoted me. I am extraordinarily pleased.

I went in for a uber inspection. Took less than 25 minutes. Very fast for a walk in. Midas across the street told me 2 hours. With the same amount of mechanics and was going to charge more for a simple inspection. Thats strike 3 for midas. Meineke is my go to guys now for business.

The other shop was rude on the phone, more expensive, and couldnt get me in for 3 weeks. Walked into Meineke and they took my car right away and I was out the door in less than a half hour! We shopped around at different places in the area before settling down with this shop and have now been a regular customer for many years. Our main criteria has been to find a place that is trustworthy, reasonably priced, and able to finish work in a timely fashion. The folks at this Meineke location have excelled in all these areas. In addition, the staff has been very professional, friendly and helpful. There is not the salesmen pressure that we have found at some other places. They always offer different options for work being done, typically advising in the direction that will cost the least. When I tell them it looks like its time to have this or that done on the vehicle, they check their records and more often than not tell me I wont need that kind of work done for several thousand more miles.The prices are better or similar to most shops of this kind; they typically add on a discount whether I remember to bring coupons or not. Some minor maintenance items I have done myself and have also had Meineke perform the same job just so I could get a feel for price comparison. Many times I saved money having them do it instead of myself since they can get lower prices for parts and often havent charged extra for labor on the small items.In terms of scheduling, they can typically fit me in the same day or the next. With appointments, they have attended to our vehicles right away and have had a quick turn-around. Without an appointment, they have given priority to those who have appointments and may have to put off looking at our vehicle for a few hours, but that seems very reasonable.

It was a good experience until I noticed that my drivers side running board was bent up. Which was not the case when I brought my vehicle in.Im rather disappointed that this happened. Ive had great experiences up until now.Follow up: I was contacted by the shop and they have taken a look to see what they can do to set things right. Surprised at the responsiveness of the staff. Happy to do business there again.

Was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car repair shop. They were super friendly and they didn’t try to rip me off because I’m a woman like every other car repair place. The shop a block away was going to charge me $200 more then what Meineke did. Plus they got my car done within 4 hours when I didn’t even book an appointment. Highly recommend coming here

My brakes seemed squeaky back in December, so I stopped by to have them Checked. They checked them and told me around when I should come back to have them replaced. In came July and I heard a squeak while I was driving. I rushed in day before the fourth of July, they had new pads on within two hours! Forever grateful!

Everything went great until after I left. I had two coupons that I asked if worked and was told didnt so I thought nothing if it. But later as I reviewed both coupons said for synthetic blend and that is what I received. Why lie to a potential monthly return customer? Thats not smart. Welp, thats my experience.

I do not recommend at all that people take your vehicle to this site. I took my car to fix the bearings, they fixed them, but they damaged the brakes. With my own eyes I witnessed the mechanic, I use a tube, which was based on the rotors of my car and automatically damaged it. They damaged my brake system. I went to claim the damage and the mechanic again used a tube to which he supported the rotor and the failure was worse. I complained again and the cashier let me know that the repair cost was $ 400.00 ... I told him that the mechanic had to bear that cost because my brakes were damaged. and to this day he denies it. I work with my car every day and I know my car well and I can say 100% that it was a bad decision to have taken my car to repair the bearings. Today I changed the brake system and I felt the difference as before...After damage my brakes I doubt that the bearings are brand new....Answering:.At the next day I felt my car with brake problems.I went back and make the complain...They “fixed”... the problem keep going.Unfortunately I didn’t know the owner until This post. I went two times to try to solve, but the solution was the same. After 7 months I could save money to change my brakes again. Because when I took my car to change the bearings. The brakes were totally new.

Wow! I wish I could give these guys a higher rating. Specifically Ed and Don -- they saved me from buying a lemon and also saved me more than $3.7k in repairs. I booked an appointment with them kind of late notice and they took me in next day, no problem. I was purchasing a car from some guy off Craigslist who said he already had an inspection before posting the ad, but I insisted, for my peace of mind, to go to Meineke for one of my own. He agreed. During the inspection, Ed and Don took us both under the car and holy rust bucket! They said this vehicle had flood damage pretty badly, among other things. The guy, of course, had no idea what they were talking about and argued that his wife took great care of this car - however, the more Ed and Don uncovered, the more truth started to come out of this guys mouth. Long story short, these guys saved me so much trouble and money - theyre amazing. Very thorough, honest people who genuinely care for their customers. They even gave me a discount for the inspection because of what had happened; so I will absolutely be coming back for all my car inspections and maintenance. Thanks guys! 👍👍

Ive always received trustworthy service from Meineke. I brought my car in for an oil change on 2/9/19 knowing Ive had an oil leak for a very long time. I asked Ed what it would cost to get it fixed. Instead of trying to talk me into spending thousands of dollars to fix it, he recommended I keep checking the oil levels. I also had an issue with the heat in my car and it was a simple fix with a new radiator cap. Ed is always quick at getting my car in when I need to and everyone else there is great as well. Great service! I was test driving a used car and had these guys inspect it before purchasing, and I’m so glad I did. They pointed out things I never would have noticed and ultimately saved me from purchasing a car I would’ve regretted buying. Ed at the front desk was super helpful and honest, and also offered to look at another car for me free of charge. I would 100% recommend.

I have been going to Meineke for a while now for my oil changes and whatever regular maintenance I may need at the time. Ed who works at the front desk is always super helpful with getting me in, he doesnt B.S. me with trying to over charge or tell me I need additional work done that doesnt need to be done. For instance, I brought my car in for some issues I was having due to my check engine light coming on. Which I also brought to him that day for an oil change. He called Chevy to find out if my car was still under warranty (which it was). Instead of charging me a butt load of money, he looked out for me and my best interest and helped me save money. Being a female and bringing my car into other auto places, they would have never went above and beyond for me like Ed did for me that day. Now remind you, I am a retired mechanics daughter and have learned how to fix certain things myself, and can change my oil on my own. I choose to bring my car in to Meineke because I get the best service from not only the mechanics, but Ed also. I will continue bringing my car in to Meineke and will recommend others to go here as well. Thank you Ed and the Meineke staff for all your wonderful customer service you have provided me.

If I could give a NEGATIVE star review I would!!I own a small business and have a fleet credit card for gas and services needed for the company car. I checked with my fleet card provider before making the appointment for service companies that took their card.Got the service done and and went to pay.... the guy had no idea about the card. I explained that the company was connected with a big well know fleet card system. WHICH ... he said that company was in their system for fleet providers!! He called the phone number on the card.... got an authorization number for the payment but still wouldnt take the card.I ended up paying for it with my debit card and now cant pay my staff because of the unexpected expense from my checking!!I called the fleet company when I got to my shop and was told he should have been able to take the payment with the authorization number given.The guy was hung up on the card and vehicle vin number not showing in their system... I told him that there was no VIN number connected to the card. Even the fleet provider told me that they dont ask for VIN numbers!UPDATE: Meineke received a payment from the fleet company also and promptly refunded me.The wheel alignment was done nicely and fast. I need to replace my brakes... but still not sure if I would give them a second chance tho.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Meineke Maplewood since 2010. We get honest evaluations of what work needs to be done. We get personal service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and track down difficult to diagnose problems.

Great service! Took me as a late customer and had me out the door within a half hour with terrific care.

One of the guys answering the phone told me to stop thinking like a 15 year old and spend my money elsewhere. He said taking out restrictive elements of my exhaust would make me lose a bunch of power. He obviously has no idea how turbo charged engines work. The less restriction after the turbo, the less work the turbo has to do to push it out, making it slightly easier for the turbo.

Meineke was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem with my vehicle at a fraction of the dealership’s estimate. They did not try to upsell me on repairs I did not need. I appreciated the prompt and friendly service. Would use again.

Nothing but top notch quality service from Keith and his crew. A lot of other places will generally tell you how much it will cost and not bother to even show you how they got to that price. Keith was different, he took me and showed me every single issue and a proper solution as well as an alternative option that was more economically friendly. He also made sure he could do what he could to keep the cost down even while selecting the proper fix option. Very friendly service with no pressure. He also got it done in just a few short hours. On top of that he was able to see me next day when I called in, and he even gave me a lift home. Rest assured I will be taking all my car issues that I have to Keith from here on out.

I have used this shop many times for many different car issues and I highly recommend this shop! Keith and Jamie are highly knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything clearly and I feel taken care of when I call them. I know they are not going to take advantage of my business and I feel that I can trust them and their service.
