I went to this at&t store tonight .. I was first greeted by everyone in the store (I feel like that usually does not happen unless the customer speaks up). Emely helped me from start to finish when I had a problem with my phone. She answered all my questions and fixed everything that I needed without hesitation. Great customer service from her and the two guys! I will be back again. Thank you!!
Horrible. Choose a different store. Ordered a phone online and got the “ready to be picked up notice”. Arrived and after 30 mins of waiting because they had no idea how to use a computer, I told them to cancel the order and left. Don’t waste your time here.

I’m giving it 5 stars because of Nick and Josh! I had called yesterday and spoke to Josh about a phone that I wanted, he told me they had a few, but he will save one for me to pick up in the morning. When I came in this morning Josh was not there, and I was told they had no more phones. I wasn’t too happy about it, and the person that was there was not too helpful or polite, I left, but I called a couple of hours later and spoke to Nick, who immediately went into helpful mode and saved the day for me. He had a phone and saved it for me to pick it up a few hours later, was super polite, professional and friendly. The experience went from night to day, and I was able to get the phone I wanted for my son’s Christmas present. Thank you Nick so much!!

Went to your store yesterday to change address .I have been an AT&T cell phone customer for 20 years with my cell phone and I had DirecTV.I went to that store close to my new place because I wanted to find out about change of address and deals. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional to deal with . He also has a great sense of humor and that is always an asset.I had really great time being in that store.😁Came out with a wonderful bundle deal and I believe Att is TOP in that field. Nobody else Im sure could have offered me a better bundle deal. Emily is also very helpful, I could listen to her deal with her customers and thru were having a great time and complementing her. WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. Those two are an asset to your company and should be cloned and put in every AT&T store.Thumbs Uup to you for hiring such great personneI.I dont intend to leave AT&T as my service provider, I normally always have very good service when I call or visit the store and yesterday was no exception
Bought a phone here. They made an error on my order. went to correct it and the manager became hostile. As a hispanic it felt even discriminatory. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have learned that you need to deal with a corporate att store. ATT has more influence on the corporate store. The manager here laughed at my complained and just said deal with att, very arrogant. ATT took care of me, but the lesson is, go to corporate store or do things over the web. Is much easier to deal with refund or an issue directly with AT&T. Is sad because last year they had a different manager and their service was good. Now is just trash.
Nick is amazing ! He made me and my mothers experience super smooth and quick. He is very knowledgeable and professional and i definitely would recommend you go to him if you are looking to upgrade your phone.
Firstly, I had made an appointment with a representative before coming. I walked in and he immediately seemed irritated because he was trying to go on his lunch break. Why take the appointment then?? Anyways, the rest of the staff was very eager to help and overall they were nice. However, i walked in looking to get the advertised deal for an iphone 11 for $10 a month. The main focus of the advertisement was that this deal is for new AND existing customers. The staff her told me I would be forced to open a new line thats the only way to get the deal or add some kind of ghost line to my account. I didnt understand this and starting asking a couple price comparisons and what not between the different iphones, every price they gave me was completely wrong. Eventually I just stuck with the 11 feeling super unsure and frustrated at this point and they said it was be $25 a month but insisted (too many times) I put more money down to reduce my monthly payment. After an hour of trying to check out they tell me the system is down and theyd call me when in worked again. They were extremely apologetic but at that point i was almost relieved that i was walking out with nothing from them because of their lack of knowledge and professionalism.P.S. I asked if every stores system would be down and they said yes, however, I decided just to check in at another store and system was working just fine! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new iphone for the deal i was told i couldnt get....never got a call from this location about the system coming back up or anything! YIKES. what a horrible customer service experience. The location on sample by turtle run blvd was amazing!! Highly recommend taking your business there.

Second time ever going into an AT&T store and this time was way better than the first! Customer service was very on point. Came in with a minor discrepancy on my bill that they quickly fixed and they even assisted me further with my billing for next time!! Don’t expect to go back, but if I need I will be going to this location!!!!

First time to this store, Im not what you would call tech savy my phone ran out of storage and wanted one with a better camera. The whole staff was friendly and informative, explaining the different pros and cons of each phone I was looking at. The specific phone I decided to go with had not come out yet and had to be ordered, so they were able transfer a majority of my files utilizing a large amount of space to my SD card that I had but never taken advantage of, which was enough to keep me functioning until my new phone arrived. 2 weeks later my phone arrived and I came back to the store to have it set up and transfer everything, they also gave me the max for my old phone. While there i heard Ana speaking with another cusomer (while my phone was transferring) and looked at his account and saw how much he was paying and was able to configure his account and devices to save him 60$ a month, he just came in for a new phone for his wife which he got and a lower monthly bill. They really look out for their customers. Cant say enough good things about this store and everyone in it. Thank you!

My daughter called this ATT location and asked them to hold a specific iPhone for her (2 days before we were going to the store). When we got there, they did not have the phone. They asked if she was sure it was this store she called and she confirmed, stating she had spoken with George. George happened to be there at the time, he made no apology. Finally the store manager Patrick stated “we must have sold it”, again no apology. He stated he could go to another store and pick one up for us. I asked what would we do while he was gone, sit there and wait? He said “you should be thankful I’m wasting my gas”. I asked him to call the Coral Springs store for availability and we would go there. He started to call that store and while we waited, I asked who the district manager of that store is. He promptly hung up the phone and stated “since you’re going to report me and give us a bad review anyway, you can go there and take care of getting the phone yourself”. Then he said he was going to waive the activation fee but “he can’t please me”. He had not offered an apology or offered to waive anything prior to that point. He was rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional. I have never been treated that poorly in an ATT store. After going to Coral Springs store (which I should have gone to in the first place) I learned that this store is not a corporate ATT store (that’s evident now!). I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants exemplary service and professional treatment. You will not get it here! I wish I could have given zero stars because that’s what they deserve. Thumbs down to Patrick and this store.
Excellent customer service in this store. I’ve been to different AT&T stores around but this one is specific was exceptional. Went in about a Billing question and they treated me like a long time client.. The store manager was excellent. I recommend this store if you’re around. #1

I was in such a rush to get my sons phone hooked up before he went on a vacation. I walked into the store an hour before they close and they were such great people! I can’t say thank you enough to Travis and Sara, they did everything for the phone and more. They even were staying a little late just to make sure we had everything done. I’ve never been to an ATT store and had such great customer service.
AT&T on Atlantic and 441. The Manager Mr.Carlis and his entire staff there is amazing. They are Polite, helpful and always had a smile when greeting you as you come in to pay a bill ask questions. Love that store.

Not sure if it is custom for the store to close 5 minutes before the displayed store hours but I just walked up to the store at 4:56 pm on a Sunday with a technical issue which luckily I was able to resolve at the Coral Springs store within seconds. Literally. I live in Margate and would like to be able to count on the store closest to me for customer service issues.
