I want to warn everyone not to use iTech at 2701 Airline Dr in Metairie. I had a cracked screen replaced earlier in the month. Service seemed fine at the time. A couple of weeks later I began to have problems with the screen. I went back to iTech and showed them what was happening. I was told the cause was the LCD, which comes to them attached to the new screen and that I can pay for another screen. I was refused any help. Totally not worth your time or money. They do NOT guarantee their products. What a waste of space.
