I’ve been at this storage since January21, the young guy is always really nice and friendly at the desk and ensures the premises is safe when guest are on property! I don’t know his name and then there’s Ms Sue… she’s such a sweet heart! Anytime I call or go there she reassures me of any concerns I may have and makes me feel so SECURED THERE, like after the hurricane I was so worried about my things, being I was out of state, she answered all questions truthfully and told me the update on my unit. My unit was untouched ! I trust my things there with Ms. Sue as if my Aunt or grandmother were watching over them. She also will ride around the premises while guest are there to ensure all units are safe. She makes sure I’m who I say I am when I need something from her for security reasons so my things can’t be stolen and that itself I appreciate. She keeps the office so clean, and the smell when you walk through the doors is so welcoming I could talk to her all day because it smells so good in there! Over the phone she is also very respectful and patient and that is needed now days because not everybody can “come in the office “! I just love Ms Sue!

Ms. Sue was very helpful even though they didn’t have the available unit I needed she still tried to help me as best as she could. Also my mom has had a unit with them for years there very nice.

Mrs Sue was extremely helpful today when I couldn’t get into the gate or remember my storage unit .... She was very kind, patient and helpful.... I am definitely impressed with her great customer service!

Ms. Sue is great, no problems there. I just dont understand why my unit leaks, I go to move units to one basically right next to mine because Im tired of my stuff getting damaged & then being told it will cost me more money to move into that space. Same size unit, nothing special. Should I file a claim through the mandatory insurance this company makes me get when you sign up?? Brought my concerns to the assistant manager & he said they cant do anything regarding leaks or dropping the price on the new unit.. I guess Ill be looking for another storage facility since this company has zero ethics or accountability!Update-I was able to have someone at their main office in Texas reach me & worked out a change of units at no additional charge since it was a faulty unit. Im gonna leave this at 4 star and thats because I should have never had to write a review in the 1st place.

Ms. Sue was very helpful. She does her job above and beyond. I would definitely recommend to work with her for your storage needs ! All staff very helpful !

Fantastic service. Booked a unit the same day and informed the rate I am charged isn’t planned to change for a long, long, long time. Beat our unit at another location by $112.00. Easy access just make sure to know it’s on the north side of Earhart not the south side. Fantastic.

Found this company online. I was able to reserve a unit online and met with Sue the next day. She was welcoming and friendly. She had no problem showing me the unit in the freezing cold weather. It had just rained the night before, so adding the wetness to the cold didn’t make the situation better but she had no problem showing me the unit. I look forward to doing business with you! A first impression is everything and Sue sealed the deal with me as professionalism is key! Thanks Sue!

Update: since my review Storage Key has contacted me and apologized for the confusion. I have changed my ratings to reflect this.The staffs friendly. However you are forced to pay for insurance even if you do not want to. When I cancelled my unit I was told I would receive a refund for partial month. I was told this on the phone and then when I cancelled a received a receipt stating the amount of the refund. I called about a week and a half ago and was still told I should receive a refund and it is most likely in the mail. I called today to be told that I was not received a refund and the clerk was not sure why I was told I would. I have contacted the main office three times with no return call as of now. I still have the receipt I guess the clerk was counting on me loosing it. I still would like a call from the main office reference to this.

Worse customer service, the office has a cigarette smell like they don’t think on customers and smoke there, the woman there is very rude and nasty to threat Customers, I don’t know if she doesn’t realized with no customers, no business and no paycheck. Very poor maintenance to this place and also the few times I tried to talk to the office the woman there who call herself manager hung up on me, the door wasn’t working properly. I do not recommend this place at all. The previous managers were way better than this people.

This place traps people into paying an arm and a leg for even a small storage. At first, you pay the normal amount, then, they add on fee after fee. Fines out of this world. $50 just for a lock removal!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY the worst place you could use for storage. They will rob you, steal your money and auction off your things without batting an eyelash!!! HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE place!!! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, AND DONT, I REPEAT, DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Aaron and his wife Wendy are fantastic in every way! They go out of their way to be kind and helpful. They are always pleasant and have a smile always ready for whomever walks through the office door. I would highly recommend A-AAAKey Mini Storage just for this couple alone if there were not any other benefits of this storage unit, however there are other benefits. A-AAAKey Mini Storage is highly competitive on their pricing. The units are clean and the area is very safe. I had all of my household goods stored in a unit until I found a place to live after moving to Louisiana from California. If I ever need to use another storage unit, this will be the place that I will go to! Thank you for your kindness Aaron and Wendy!
