Great deals on furniture of all kinds. Quality is good on most stuff to go along with the pricing. Lots of original ideas to get stuff to fit and be functional in any home. Kitchen, bathroom, bed room, garage, office, kids rooms, gardening, living room, everything is covered at this store. They also have a nice place to eat if you get hungry while shopping as well as a food scrub to bring home foods from Sweden where IKEA originates from.

Great place to be able to visually see room layouts...kitchen, bedrooms, living room etc setups. Rewards members get birthday $10 off any item and a free frozen yogurt during birthday month.

I love this place. Always full of ideas and everyone willing to help you during your visit there. I love the fact you can find there even the smallest thing you may need in your home. The furniture is not made of real wood, it will not have long life, but the rest if it is of good quality.

IKEA is a delight, but only if you know exactly what you need! If you walk in without a game plan, you can easily spend 2-3 hours walking through the store.If there is an item that is showing in stock online you can order it for pick up and they will bring it to your car which is amazing. Try to limit your purchases to items you are confident you most likely to use. The return process is easy however lines can be long.The prices are reasonable and the materials are meant to last… Ikea will even send you replacement parts upon request - Normally no charge and shipping is free.

Neatly organized really, really impressive.Detailed map shows you exactly where you are and where you are heading.Store had beautiful show rooms and was clean trough out. Rest rooms well maintained and clean. Elevators for easy access and shortcuts to bypass less desired areas or sections you want to skip.Would definitely recommend! Will give you plenty ideas for decorating your home.

Wear comfortable shoes. Check stock before you go if you have specific items you wish to purchase because several things they almost always have are out of stock. Helpful to bring some carry bags because as most know, you have to bag and wrap up your own items. Especially a concern if buying anything from kitchen wear or table top wear that is glass or porcelain. Write down aisle and bin numbers for the larger items, and grab a large cart before actually entering the warehouse stock area.

Had great service at the kitchen remodeling area. They were friendly & helpful- not pushy. Delayed parts was because of Covid (they eventually arrived)They also have a good return policy

The Service at IKEA has gotten worse and worse there’s only like 2 to 3 lanes open everything else is close the lines are way back and nobody seems to be concerned or helping at all.Such a beautiful place needs to have much better service

Compared to other IKEA stores, this location seems to be very unique. Service / order pickup area is efficient, though somewhat difficult to navigate. The meatball restaurant provides tasty foods and nice views. Subtracted one star due horrible supply chain / inventory issues at the moment.

Had an amazing meal and great value at the IKEA in Doral. We had the tasting menu that the Swedish Chef from the muppets prepared for us that started with the salmon tartare, Roasted Beet Carpaccio with arugula salad, charred octopus with fried yucca and kalamata olives. The other 2 courses included sautéed shrimp in habanero butter with micro cilantro, & a flat bread with Bar-B-Q chicken with pineapple and caramelised onions. The staff was spot on with service, and we all left full from the tasting, big thx to them. The only drawback was IKEA doesn’t serve alcohol and they frown on BYOB so yea, that’s that. Thx IKEA Doral for a memorable meal. Cheers

This location is terrible!At Exhange and Returns there is not staff at the counter to take care of clients. Long time of waiting. And it seems nobody cares. Awful service.

This IKEA have you waiting in lines for a long time for simple items; items are not on shelves for you to pick up and after you wait in line to pay for your order you have to wait another 30 minutes to get you items even if it a $ 2.99 clip. Absolutely ridiculous! when you decided that you don’t want to wait, they send you to the return line where you have to register and wait another 30 minutes. I live IKEA but they need to streamline they process in Miami for me to go back

The Miami store was great. Selection and lay out was perfect. Easy parking and easy loading.Drove from Naples to Miami well worth the trip for we were looking for.

When visiting IKEA, I always eat lunch at their restaurant.Most of the time the salmon.Its always a good lunch, with dessert and coffee also.And ofcourse I have to get some groceries.I wish it would be closer to Miami Beach and I would go there more often.

I don’t think my experience was great at this place, I mean the workers were fine (the ones I saw no one helped me) but the place does not provide all the items they were supposed to sell, I do not know if it is because of the covid but they should be prepared already. All the items I was looking for were unavailable.

Ordered a sofa, the second half of which was eventually delivered a month after the original order, only to find one of the main brackets missing. Customer service chat couldnt help so I am now waiting 20 minutes listening to some robot, amongst the maddening soft jazz, repeat over and over about how we should remember not to let furniture fall on children.. smdh

Very organized and efficient staff! Enjoy coming here everytime even if its a drive. Deliver to car option is great as well, no need to get out of your car! Must check online for availability of what youre looking for prior to going there.

Great place to shop for inexpensive furniture however that I think the kitchens and bathrooms although they’re inexpensive a very high and looking. I particularly like the white high gloss kitchens.

What is hapening??I am an Ikea customer for a very long time in Europe and in the US but I never seen a store like this one: products which are available online are not there, almost all the computers are not working, I could not find 80% of what I was looking for.And I will not make any comment about the cafeterias food...Yhe pandemy is not an excuse anymore!!

Great place for furniture or food. Definitely will end up spending more than you really want to, but the quality is very good! Definitely try the food in the Cafe, its better than you expect. The pear soda is the best beverage to sip on while shopping!

My wife loves coming here. I like going to the discount area on the first floor. But over all what can I say, if you looking for something for your home you can find it here. I would love if they can put a description or something on some of the items they sell cause you have to guess sometimes what is it for.

As far as the place and products no issue. The only issue was after we paid. We were told to head over to the pick up area for our furniture we ordered. We stood in line and when it was our turn the lady tolda we had to look out for our order number on the TVs and it would indicate when our order was ready. We paid for everything at 830pm, around 940pm after waiting for such a long time we went up to see what was the holdup. Turns out the TVs are use less. I couldn’t catch the young gentleman that helped me out and the others that were who were lied to as well. The reason for the bad review is because you need to fire employees who don’t want to do their job. The lady with the glasses left and the only one helping was the young kid. My reference # is 335561 please award thank or appreciate this hard work you have there. The lady with glasses should be fired because of her horrible customer service skills and lack of interest in her job. She’s the perfect example of so the beat minimum and clock out. These type of people can cost your business money and intoxicate great workers you have their. I left the store at 952pm exact 6/27/21. Again I paid for the items at 830pm I shouldn’t have to wait for that long.

IKEA isn’t what it used to be. Hundreds of out of stocks, long lines and poor customer service. I went to purchased an item, paid it and when I went to pick it up, the waiting time was 10 min (reasonable) after 40 minutes waiting I decided to walk away without the item… now waiting for my money back

DO NOT GET THE IKEA/COMMENITY BANK CREDIT CARD. They intentionally mislead customers into thinking they paid off their card only to send their account to collections over residual interest that was left behind. I called to pay off my card months ago and they failed to inform me about some $2 interest. Its now grown to $30(in collections). Additionally when i called today to pay this off, they again failed to inform me about a 14 cents interest that would have sent my account to collections once more. It wasnt until i asked about it again that i found out about the 14 cents. Not right. I have since closed my account with them and will do my very best to never bank with them.

IKEA offers an incredible variety of home and office furniture and fixtures. Their lighting department features some very unique and practical fixtures especially their nightstand lighting and kitchen units.

When ever you look for something to furnish or decorate your house or office, you will sure to find it there.

My experience was terrible. After one hour drive and two hours of wait they could not give me my furniture because it was sold out. How can you sell me something that is sold out. I called customer service before going to the store to confirm that my furniture was there and ready to pick up. The lady on the phone told me if they sold it to you is there. So disappointed of IKEA in Miami. First and last time purchasing something there.

I love the store and the twins LOVE the restaurant!! There is so much variety and everything is sustainable. This is one of our favorite places in Miami.

I had to return a piece of furniture that I had bought a couple of weeks ago.Due to COVID-19, Ikea has a very orderly return policy, first you must take a turn on their website by scanning a QR code with your phone. The platform informs you about the waiting times on your cell phone and so everything is more organized.Now more than ever a good use of the technology is a great helping tool for us, like customers.

Will sell you all the pieces to the closet except the actual frame you need. I have come back on two designated shipping days for a Pax frame and every time the item is not in stock. Staff are not helpful or informed on shipping days. You also can’t preorder pieces online when they sell out so I’m not sure what the point is in the website?

There is no way to submit my grievances with their online platform other than here since this is my local Ikea.Their online shopping UX is horrible and nothing ever seems to work. Want to look at what you bought in a single page? Nope - gotta dig out that order number and see only that info. Any normal function that ecommerce sites have IKEA does NOT have. It seems as if they decided to see how different an online UX they could make, which simply resulted in an awful one.It has taken over a month and a half to get a $30 refund for an item that got lost in transit AND Im still waiting for that refund.

This review is for the delivery service: Ikea will disregard your delivery date selection and change the date of delivery without notifying you, and they will deliver the items whenever they want. Today I received delivery of the furniture I ordered without any notification of delivery date change. The delivery was re-scheduled for October 15th! This was scheduled with Ikea’s delivery department on the phone after they randomly changed the first date of delivery without notifying me. I was fortunate that someone was home to accept the delivery!

I think that ikea has excellent products but last month I needed to buy a bed for my kid and I like it a bed that was in exposicion but they did not want to sell me that bed. If they do not have products in stock they should not expose them, and if someone is interested they should sell them. This is the base of the capitalism economy (supply and demand)

Good experience, liked the spots with the times for sanitation for the Covid-19 prevention. Very very nice. Ever tight there with easy access to take care of these risks. Love this place. I found everything I needed. I enjoy very much to go to your store.

My first visit, a little different the what Im used to, but i will come back. Had a great experience

$hit company. Ordered an Ektorp Sofa for delivery. Paid delivery fees and extras, Said it was in stock. Arrived next day. Awesome. Comes to my building. Only one box. I ask delivery man is there supposed to be more boxes? He says, “Nope, just this.” Find out I’m Missing the rest of couch. I get an email an hour later saying “sorry these items were out of stock. We will reimburse your the base cost in 7-14 business days.” Why would I play delivery for just one item? I have a wooden shell of a couch in my house now when I payed for the full delivery of a couch. I have been calling support for the past two days and waiting on hold for 2+ hours each time. The first time they hung up on me, then second lasted 3.5 hours and I just gave up. I will never shop from IKEA again in my life.

I went to ikea after hearing about their “great” prices. They have tons of display of furniture that are OUT OF STOCK. It is a true scam. Don’t even bother going to this store because you will like a lot of stuff but they won’t have it. Also there’s tons of people like animals fighting for the same product lol. Never going back again. Their quality is cheap anyway for that I go to walmart 🤣 also customer service is disgusting. Needed to warn people before they waste their time.

Great advice and configuration in Kitchen dept...Unfortunately, the design was missing many elements (top and bottom of each cabinet !), and the delivery was missing the two 80 side internal panels. And the external side panels came with instructions to saw them at the right dimension (80 instead of 90 delivered), and with no holes for fixing the shelves.Fortunately, we could return the items delivered and get reimbursed after insisting !

Love Ikea, I bought my bed two years ago and still new. The best place to buy you house items and furniture. Everything is so fancy and beautiful.

I made an online purchase and ask for it to be curbside. I follow directions and once I arrived I sent the parking spot where I was. 15 minutes later no one ever came out I rang the bell that is associated with the pick up area, no one ever bothered to come out. I finally had to go inside of the store to be told that I had to bring out my own pick up and pull it into my vehicle because there was no one to assist me. Long story short I scratch my car because the trolley. It is disgusting to see that this service is offered but the company is not held accountable for this. If you are short staffed and you need to hire more people or you need to remove your curbside services for your customers

It seems like everything is out of stock, but thats not unusual in our current global situation. I used to love going to Ikea, but now I feel like its a waste of time to go far for the possibility of getting nothing because its out of stock.

Sunday 12:30pm, The food court didnt have any utensil, every table was dirty, We had to clean our own table to be able to seat and eat. I was giving the wrong vegetables, I didnt go back to change it because it was extremely busy. Pretty crowded if you ask me. The Swedish meatballs and mash was really tasty vegetables was bland.

Worst customer service you’ll ever experience. Their “don’t care about customer” mentality is thrown in your face in every interaction with any of the staff. If you ever order something to pick up don’t believe the estimated time (usually a two hours window), not only it is not tru bu there isn’t anyone to contact by phone or in person for an update. Avoid this store all together. The Sunrise one is much better or just wait the 6-8 weeks they take to deliver anything to your house.

Good food but stuff that we don’t need

A massive retail furniture store. The place is huge, with there items marked at decent prices. The place is cleaned and one can try the furniture you are looking for, without the hassle of sales reps hovering your shoulder. The only downside side is to remember youll be spending over an hours looking through furniture and accessories. Lastly trying to get out once you have your full of shopping is a workout itself. If one dose not know where they are going youll end of in circles so be mindful of where your going if you need to leave out of the store.

Good stuff and good ideas, but #IKEA Miami is always out of stock in many items, so my advise is to check online first!

This Miami Ikea location overcharged me by 160$ On 09/22 at 4:40 pm because the cashier forgot to void the previous transaction that didn’t follow through.Ikea did not compensate me for overcharging me for the 150$ headboard that I did not purchase, nor the 10 minutes that it took for a manager to arrive. There was no POS screen that displayed the total nor did the cashier tell me the total.The store did refund me the overcharge but I am not satisfied by the way the manager handled this situation.

Im extremely satisfied with Ikea products and customer service. I needed a couch, after looking in the popular and very known furniture stores, I decided to go to Ikea and voila!!!! Found what I needed. The best decision EVER. Sturdy, solid, great material, minimalist, not at all bulky, great lines, love it!! After I got the paperwork to pay at the cashier, decided to see area rugs, and I was impressed by the variety of taste, designs and prices. I recommend Ikea 100%

Sunday is the wrong day to exchange/return any item. Yet the shopping experience for inexpensive furniture is great. Many colors, tastes, and shapes are available.

This place has it all. Store is huge! Bigger than the Sunrise location. Food selection is great too but lines are huge. Overall good experience, get your froyo for a buck on the way out.

This review is for the store pick up. I went to Ikea to pick up a full body mirror and a file cabinet. It was paid the prior day so I thought the items would be ready. The lady who assisted me asked for the confirmation number and after checking it out, she said it was not ready. I was surprised but put myself on a side and waited for my number to show up on the screen. After 30 min waiting, I saw a guy helping another customer and asked him if he can check out about my order. He did and turned around and got my package from the floor NEXT TO HIM!!!... its unbelievable they made me wait for 30 min for no reason. The lady couldve said, let me double check the number because usually, the items bought the prior day, are ready for the next day... Sometimes, common sense could be a great help....

IKEA is an excellent choice to by furniture at excelent prices. The store is is pretty big, and full of decorations ideas. I also enjoy going to the restaurant, very good food and good prices.

No reason, nobody almost there we needed to eait for 40 minutes to pick up one chair. 3 Services prople were talking abd waiting around. Most people came to counter abd their orders were ready ?????

IKEA is know for its simplistic and organizing design, so it wouldnt be an chore to find the items your looking for. And that was exactly how it went for me. With a list of various items and limited amount of time, I managed to get them with more than enough time. Thanks IKEA!

After one hour in the store I can not get a person to help me find a kid table I was looking for, yes there was a cople of persons helping people who want to place orders, but no body on the floor to help with questions, I felt like I waste my time, you can be a lot better.

This Ikea is exceptionally clean and kid friendly. Wish they allowed more than 30 minutes for kids playground but hey what more can you ask for? Food is great and furniture as we all know is OK. Always go with the higher end more expensive product option, you will get more bang for your buck and a longer lasting piece. If you go cheap you will regret it.Centrally located next to dolphin mall plenty of entertainment nearby and lots of parking available.

I havent been to one since living in CT 20 years ago, but wife and I enjoyed walking around this one in Miami for three hours. The Swedish meatball lunch was exactly as I remembered !!!

It is hard to give this review becuase I have always had a wonderful experience in Ikea until today. The escalator was broken half way up. They should have placed a broken sign at the botton so guests can use the elevators rather than having no choice to continue waking upIkea had no stock on the items we needed and the food was terrible. The chicken tenders are not the same as before. The chicken tenders and Fries were extremely stale. Looked and tasted awful and very high in salt. They has no ice for the drinks and no honey mustered.I dont think I will ever eat inside Ikea. The quality has gone down. Very down. What a shame.

This store is not the IKEA standard!📌First: STOCKS has nothing, its empty shelves only with display articles! Dont love each other, and COVID-19 is no excuse.📌Second: in addition to the decorative items, you can say that they are available and there are no other non-respondents who are available and others without an estimated arrival ...📌third: the last of my visit (09/25/2020) at 06:49 two payment boxes in operation, with long lines. unacceptable. This is not an IKEA standard, this is not the respect that IKEA gives to the customer.📌fourth: the christmas collection is already set up in the store ... more of the same ...📌fifth: a very banked store and few employees to support the various sectors of the store.My feeling at this moment of disillusionment with IKEA is regrettable. I hope you will review your store operation and management policy, which respects the customer. Please review your standards and follow the good standards of the great company IKEA and its founder. I hope to visit IKEA very soon again and see at least the basic items in the collection, and start and complete my shopping list, otherwise Ill even look for another store (brand)...

Same Old things. Not many new things. Inventory very low. Not many furniture in stock. So sorry they were always having great furniture, not any more. Are they having problems? Supply Chain disruption? Or some sort of pricing issue with the wood cost. The store feels empty; Dont know. All I can tell: Mostly, Same Old Things, and the good old things like Karlstad not any more at least in variety.

Love visiting IKEA because the store always has new products and price reductions. The variety of candles is amazing different sizes, shades, and prices. The furniture department has new sofas styles and the quality is very good. A good place to visit if you are moving to a new department or planning to do new decorations for your house during the new year. The natural plants and orchids are nice and has excellent prices.

Dont understand the hype with this place. Overpriced and a huge maze to walk through, took 10 minutes just to find the entrance due to lack of signs. Not coming back

Am very frustrated with the way you have to get furniture now.1. Go through the store and decide2. Stand in line for an hour to order it (because you cant get all of it off the shelf yourself anymore)3. Wait in line to pay cashier for it4. Go to the pick up line and wait another hour until they have it readyWould rather spend my time in more productive ways. Next time Ill check amazon first. They deliver right to my door and I dont have to wait on 3 different lines.

I did order some furniture and I cancel 1 iteam but the representative cancel the entire order..I went to the store today to place the order of the items that was canceled and we were inforn that the item ( a bed) is not on stock anymore

The place is great, you find nice things for the house. I recommend kitchen items, such as pots, spoons, plates, they last a long time. The plus of this store is that they give you ideas, of how you could organize your house, be careful with large items, such as beds, dining rooms, furniture because they are available in 2 to 3 months

Service is quite weak….. you buy online to pickup there, they give you a timeframe for pickup, and they’re late EVERY TIME. You get there on time and the order is never ready.If you need to return something be prepared for a long wait. They have 6 return & exchange positions but only 2 in use (Sunday June 27th morning), checked in and was number 18 in line….. expected wait missed by nothing less than 1 hour.Products are good but the store is severely understaffed and doesn’t seem to care about it, since it has been like this for a while.
