Here at the enterprise car sales site located 579 Bridgeport avenue I have been treated with the most kindness consideration and frankly with the most hospitality I’ve ever experienced in any transaction for a vehicle. Another wonderful experience! This is the second time my wife and I have purchased cars from Enterprise and we have no plans on going anywhere else if and when it’s time to purchase again. Erica was extremely helpful during the entire process and was patient with us as we asked a ton of questions. She was able to answer each question clearly, thoroughly and honestly. She never tried to pressure or up-sell us. She made us feel like she genuinely cared about our needs and gave us vehicle options that were personal to us. Quinten made the paperwork easy to understand and painless! The process took a little longer than expected and both of them were willing to stay later than usual to make sure that we were satisfied. The customer service is beyond what any other dealerships can offer. We’ve been to other dealers and all we are is a number to them. Other dealerships have made it obvious that they don’t have our best interest in mind and want to take every penny they can from their customers. Enterprise is always the way to go!

The selection of low mileage cars was excellent, and the prices were fantastic. I checked their inventory online, and found essentially my dream car for a good price, and was able to head down and buy it within hours. The staff were very helpful getting the paperwork and insurance worked out (there were a handful of hick up on my banks end). The ability to buy a car without playing games with the price, was a bonus. If you just need to buy a car, dont want to pay for new, yet dont want to worry about quality, I highly recommend.

Everything went well except for the transporting of the vehicle in a timely fashion. Transport of vehicle was delayed several times due to not having a driver to deliver car from Syracuse, NY to Milford, CT. which was a little disappointing.

I financed a car last decemeber, long story short I need a new engine. Ford will replace 100% here is the kicker. Even if you go the extra mile and buy the extra service it doesnt cover your rental while your car is beening worked on for a week. Word of advice dont go here. You get the unfortunatelys and buts. Not great customer service. Im carless for a whole week and need to get to work. Thanks.

Our SECOND purchase from Enterprise/Milford. We choose the car/followed by helpful advice onsite. We do NOT have to negotiate (bicker over) the price. Enterprise Car Sales has already picked out the top 5% of cars coming off rental--a pretty good insurance plan, I think.As a bonus, my credit union has pre-approved a car loan.Extremely satisfied.

I had an excellent car buying experience from Enterprise in Milford, CT. It was a bit of a drive to get there, but well worth the miles. Denocay was a wonderful salesperson. She put a lot of time and attention into finding me exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Financing was quick and easy too, Steve was most helpful in getting all the paperwork in order quickly and efficiently. Fantastic experience. Was very nervous about buying a used car (my first time) but the staff made it as stress free as possible. Eric Brown was amazing!!! Now I have a beautiful 2014 Hyundai Accent with only 38,000 miles, warranty still intact, and reasonable monthly payments. Very happy!!! : )

If Eric wasnt available, Vic and/or other sales reps were more than happy to assist me with any questions I had. They truly make the car buying experience what it should be, stress free!
