I would like to post -5 stars for the store here in mineral wells. They were so rude and more concerned with getting credit for a new line coming from Verizon than ever listening or caring to what I needed as a whole. After 2 hours of setting up my service on my old phone which I stated numerous times was on its last leg and I asked twice to make sure they knew I needed a new phone. They then get it finally done and tell me they have neither of the phones I was wanting. Cared less to try to solve the problem order me one or get me set up with one at another location. I left there went directly to the weatherford store which is where I clearly should have gone. Unfortunately the were so fraudulent and careless at mineral wells they locked me out of a chance for a phone for 6 months which was the entire reason I was there to begin with. Im still so angry. I even told them I was going to have to get one at another store they said no problem but failed to mention they had locked me out of that chance for 6 months. A phone now will cost me $400. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Lazy careless and worried about their own sale than a returning customer who in combination with my husband own 5 businesses. This was a test run on my personal phone which I am so glad I made. I will not be back until it is made right. Also the guys answer to how long it would take to order the $1400 phone I wanted was to go sleep on my decision such bs

Very friendly, seems to be interested in doing what is the best interest of the customer. Very true in the information being passed to the customer and is the best for the customer.

After reading the reviews, I decided to opt out of visiting this store and head to Weatherford instead. I always wondered why I rarely saw cars at this particular location.

It was clean not real busy and the guy was helpful

Products displayed not in stock, problems with purchasing phone case, needed home address that could not be found in system for cash purchase?

Brought my wife’s phone in to upgrade to newest iPhone. Employee treated us like we were an annoyance. Started ringing us up without telling us a charger brick didn’t come with the new iPhone luckily my wife new ahead of time so I was able to grab one. Also, he added the NextUp plan that charges me $5 per month without telling me. Called corporate and got everything squared away. This is an Authorized Dealer so they’re not a corporate store. Go somewhere else if you’re looking to get a new phone or deal with AT&T in general.

Very rude employees. I walked in and both employees looked and me but said nothing They were both talking to customers. Neither of them greeted me said they would be right with me nothing. I stood there for over 30 mins before walking out.

People here look like they have a chip on their shoulders. Its unreal. I came on a Sunday together a family plan. Turns out they dont have the phone I want in stock. So I come back try to make it an hour early to get my new phone and the associate says theirs only an hour left till closing I can help. This is Unacceptable! I hava a job and I cant wait on you guys to give me good service!!!! Im regretting this switch really fast!!!!!an the girls that just told me theirs not enough time is all Willie nilly on here phone!

Joshua the manager is AMAZING! He welcomed us to the store and immediately began helping us by offering chairs and listening. We left within minutes feeling that we found a new friend and our problem was resolved! Do yourself a favor and stop by. You will be glad you did!

I came in with a very complicated problem with an old phone. I had been to other stores in bigger cities. They all gave up. Andy and Jake took care of my problem on a Sunday afternoon. They never quit and they were cordial, polite and accommodating. They also reminded me of my Veterans Discount. After over a decade of service this has by far been the best experience I have ever had. Thanks Guys!

The manager and staff immediately welcomed me to the store when I walked in, that was a good feeling to start my very big situation seem easier already. The manager was so great, patient for all my questions. Also had answers for all my questions. Heard my concerns and helped relieve them. I walked in with the intention to learn more about the company and left a customer. :) every staff member has been very helpful any time I came in with a question about the phone, bill or even how to file a claim when I cracked my screen. Never felt so welcome and they are always consistent with there welcoming and customer service! Tysm

Had a great experience setting up my business account. Even watched how the associate handled undesirable customer. Was very professional and handled everything extremely well.

I’ve always had very unpleasant experiences with the employees at at&t but for the first time i had a 10/10 experience with Jake! He is the face of true customer service. He helps you as if he was helping his self. I truly appreciate everything he did for me tonight. He stayed longer then he definitely should have and didn’t mind it one bit. He was helping me in every possible way with everything, being a honest human bein. Which a lot of people forget that we are all human and it’s just that little bit of kindness that will turn your whole day around. Thank you Jake for the great help!

I love that this store is rarely busy so that my husband and I can get in and out of there in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products and are patient with my husbands need to explore all options. They were also very accommodating to our toddler who just couldnt stand to be still and ran all over the store exploring every nook and cranny.

Jake took care of me and my family. After about 30 minutes of being patient and answering every question I could think of, we left with intentions on being back. Next day we came in before closing and he set us up and got us switched over from our previous phone provider. It took longer than expected but he was patient and didn’t make us feel rushed. Jake was not looking to sell us something, but to make the best experience we could have with ease and the results to back it up. Go to Jake at the mineral wells AT&T store, I highly recommend him.

Phone was found and turned in by some anonymous man and they gifted his daughters account 25 dollars for it! Very wonderful folks!

Every time I go here I feel like they cant help me with what I need. They just tell me to call 611 or what to try ( like I havent already done so) thats why Im here.. I would rather spend time and gas to go to the weatherford store

This place isnt a real AT&T store.. they dont know what they are doing.. and you ppl that have paid for a sim card there.. well I can tell you I have been with AT&T since 06 and have never paid for one! LOL about normal for Mineral Wells

It was a ok experience. My friend and I went and they treated her better than me. Gave her flip flops and me nothing. So I had to put on my socks and shoes, and well that was a waste of money.

Staff is good but store is bad. They dont have information on what is in stock and what is not.Printers were not working and apparently it is an on-going issue! Would have given 1 star but the staff does seem to do what they can in the resources available to them

Service in the building is great, but AT&T cell service is really lacking in Palo Pinto Co.

The staff is friendly but not helpful. I asked about replacing the battery in my iPhone 5 and was told its not possible, that the phone is soldered closed. Went home and ordered a battery of eBay, YouTubed a how-to video and successfully replaced the battery myself. Ill go to Ft Worth the next time I need help.
