I have been with this company for many years.The new spanish manger.Is very hateful.She was very rude to my Son yesterday.Never had a problem before she came.Other people have comlainted about hee.😪

Ive always had a good experience here in the years Ive been with them to be honest. The workers there have always been friendly and helpful. I get pretty good deals with the family deals and upgrades. The signal works pretty well in town and out in weatherford. The 5g has been pretty good too with my phone at least.

Horrible customer service, very rude and never gets it right! Twice I’ve had to be charged extra for them not signing me up under the unlimited plan even though I made it clear that’s what I wanted.

Terrible customer service, hateful employees hungry for money. Just to swap my sim from my old phone to a new one they charged me $40 plus an activation fee. However Weatherford charged me $15. Mineral wells became hateful once I asked for my account number to switch. Pick somewhere else to have phone service .

Metro has lousy cell service unless you happen to live in large city...if you live in a smAll town you can only get service if you have Wi-Fi and are at home or where there is Wi-Fi.
