Horrible customer service from the manager. Their policy of returning an item that was sold to you is a disgrace. Doesnt want to help whatsoever just tells you know. Cricket is good but dont buy a phone from this place. Manager has no interest in helping

One lady was helpful the other stayed on her phone and ignored me the whole time very rude I do not like going in there at all.. maybe its just me but I felt like I was the wrong color..I AM UPDATING THIS REVIEW..thay have hired a young lady there that is Sweet..attentive..and Very helpful I hope they get more employees like her, I actually dont mind going there when shes working..Got to get her name for this review.

Becca was very rude placed my phone in box incorrectly causeinh when I opened the box the phone to fall out and crack Then they tell me Im responsible to pay for it when had the worker not had placed it in there incorrectly it would had not fell out Then I couldnt get the mgr area mgr or anyone to help and couldnt get corporate number either

Do not go in this store. I walked in, just getting off of someones plan, looking to get my own. I was greeted by Rodolfo. The problem arose when he looked me up and said I couldnt use my sim card, that I would have to get another and couldnt tell me why. He explained nothing to me, the whole transaction was awkward after that. I didnt want a new number but obviously it came with the sim card that he handed me at the end. Then propped his little long fake fingernail hands under his chin on the counter and smirked at me instead of thanking me and telling me to have a good day. Other than that, I dont have any issues with the service itself. Ill drive to the further location in the future. Weatherford has an awesome staff.
