Very slow. Only 1 person working. I wasnt there for me I was with someone else. This time was pretty much useless. Much like any carrier there are lots of things that came out of nowhere to slow the process to a crawl. Then the price is MUCH different at the end. Wound up not giving them any business. It was cheaper, and the person got the phone they wanted somewhere else.

Do NOT BuY Anything in this store. I was passing through and needed a charge paid 48.00 for a charger that lasted 3 days. They had a restocking fee in fine print to restock returns its $50.00 dollars. They would not honor the product they sold me. Run !!! Do not buy anything in that store you will be sorry!!!

I will never enter any verizon store ever again. I came to verizon store in my town and was attacked outside by an employee which I have never seen before... and I dont even know her at all, she attacked me because Im a friend of someone she dislike. I came to the store as a customer not her enemy. I was trying to come back inside to ask for her name from her co-worker because she wont give it to me but she hold the door closed on me and wont let me in and told me not to come back at her store. Is that how verizon treat their customer? She is very unprofessional. How can a verizon company employ a rude and nasty attutude staff. She should put her personal life aside and not bring it to work.
