At first I was not sure about the idea of getting prism glasses for my condition. But now I am truly a big believer of Dr Jill Schultz and crew at Bright Eyes. This is the best eye clinic I have ever been toand would highly recommend Bright Eyes .Everyone is nice and polite and helpful.I can’t thank them enough.
My visit to Bright Eyes was wonderful! I am so grateful they were so patient, kind and answered all my questions. My doctor, Dr. Schulz was great. I HIGHLY recommend this office for your eye care.
Always a pleasant experience! They are very good at what they do!
I gave them a four for the Dr working with me. The thing I dont like is that the first glasses I ordered 2 pair but they were made wrong which made me have extended time to wait. Now I went back for a checkup and ordered bifocals with prizm lenses and was told you cant get no line bifocals with prizm lenses. But I searched and you can get them with no lines.
They are always very nice and helpful. And they smile! Highly recommend them.
Wonderful experience with this practice. They were very supportive of my son who experiences a disability and is nonverbal. They were all timely with virtually no waiting. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
Very good exam. Friendly staff awesome atmosphere well informed as to what was going on. I have a follow up appt. that should give me more detail as to what the findings were after they review all the test.Would recommend them at this point in time.Thank you all,Linda M.Thank you Dr Jill for explaining my eye problems to me so well. I am concerned about the future of my eye sight in the coming years and would like to know what we can do and where we go from here.Best regards,Linda M.
I saw Dr Kelsey Moore at Bright Eyes in Minnetonka. I have never had such a thorough exam! She and her staff did extensive testing of my eyes. She also was very thorough when determining the best prescription. She not only used the traditional eye charts, lenses etc but she even had me go to a window and look in the distance to see if the lenses seemed right. I was very impressed with Dr Moore’s care.
Bright eyes used to be a great spot. I am not sure what is going on. Service is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.Made appt in morning my choices were 2:15 or 2:45 because they were booked. We get there and it’s completely empty and the two glasses techs are sitting around doing nothing.Walked in the glasses tech looked at us and continued talking to her co-worker. She saw us several times and did not even say hi or can I help you. No one at front deskWaited 5 minutes then I asked if they could help us and she said “oh sure”. Asked if we were the people on her schedule. This all has me confused as to why she didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in and asked if we were the 2:15 appointment.Hopefully we need no further service on these glasses. It is such a waste of time going there. I had the same lousy service with my contacts and I had to call them several times to get it resolved. I hope to never go there again.
The clinicians and staff members were friendly, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Bright Eyes.
Love these guys and definitely recommend them. I was lucky that when I moved I learned they had a second location near my new place. Been seeing them for at least a decade!
Got prism glasses to help with a concussion. They worked great so I bought sunglasses that were supposed to have the same prescription in them. They are not correct! Made me nauseous and get a headache and I literally can’t see out of them. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Very expensive glasses that they don’t want to help me with or make right. Wish I would’ve read all the other one star reviews before I went here.
Dr. Shannon is always so calm and informative. I feel very comfortable with her and she makes me feel like she is listening to my concerns and taking them into consideration. I had to pick out frames and I can’t remember who helped me but she was very patient and helpful with recommendations and being honest about shapes and colors for myself. Thanks Bright eyes! Hopefully this is a new great chapter soon!
Very professional, and I am just so happy they truly care about their young, waiting-to-be-vaccinated patients by continuing to require masks for all to keep everyone as safe as possible. If only all businesses shows such care for their younger patients.
They were super friendly and the service was fast and efficient. Great selection of glasses and they were awesome with everything even during covid!
My experience with Bright eyes clinic has always been good. We started visiting the clinic for my daughter and then soon my husband and I became registered members. Thr doctors are good and will help you understand if you need any clarifications. The entire staff greets you with a smile and are helpful. We would continue to go there for our future visits.
They were wonderful. They took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable and that I could stop at any time if I needed to. Everyone in that building was kind. I was nervous about having this appointment not knowing what to expect but it was a wonderful experience and they were all wonderful people.
As always, my experience exceeded my expectations. In an emergency they shifted schedules and got me seen very quickly.Great job.
Yesterday was my first time at Bright Eyes Vision Clinic. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with how they handle these times we are in. By far one of the most sanitized offices I have been in lately. I was completely comfortable and that is saying a lot!!
My experience at bright eyes was exclusive! I’ve never learned so much about my particular eye situation as I did here. Everyone that helped me was very polite and courteous. Due to the thorough exam and care given even when it came to frame choices and extra protection for my eyes...I’m having my children seen here as well. 5 Stars all day for me! And they’re right in my neighborhood!
Amazing service. Everyone at Bright Eyes Vision Clinic was very respectful and patient. I definitely would recommend this clinic.
Quackery! Bright Eyes nearly convinced me to prepay almost $6000 for 6 months of Vision Therapy they said my child needed. Without showing me any evidence whatsoever, they said my child must have had a traumatic brain injury that I wasnt aware of (!?). When I said, no I cant think of any time that could have happened, they said, oh it happens all the time. Insurance company said there isnt any clinical evidence that the therapy does anything. So, we went to another clinic and the doc there agreed there isnt clinical evidence to support what they were prescribing. The new doctor said my childs vision was just fine but we could take some handouts with exercises to do at home to strengthen the eyes if we were worried about it. In addition, Bright Eyes wanted me to buy $400+ prism glasses which the new doctor said he didnt believe would help for this issue. Too bad for the quackery, because the desk staff and assistant were very nice.
Easy in and out experience. I’m glad for the care and the boutique atmosphere, really cool.
Always a pleasant experience. Thank you for taking such good care of my 4 yo. He looks so handsome in his new glasses! I especially appreciate the $25 replacement program for scratched lenses or broken frame. Texting for communication over these past few months has also been helpful. You can tell they are really trying to take care of this patients :)
Excellent customer service and care. Very thorough with all the tests. I’d recommend to all my family and friends ‼️‼️👍
They kept to my appointment the gal who helped me did a great job of fitting my new glasses. She was also very courteous.
Showed up for consultation and they basically said we will mail you all of the information you need. There was no need for an appointment at all except so that they could bill our insurance a big fat amount.
From the moment I walked outside the door I had to wait outside text to let them know I was there(covid precautions) and they also take your temp hand sanitizer you and you are greeted by a bunch of amazing staff everyone always has a smile on their face very knowledgeable and they help you in anyway they can and the dr I seen she was incredible I am truly blessed and thankful that I found them not to mention they are very through and all masked up I highly highly recommend this place of wonderful ness you will not be disappointed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had a daughter that needed to get in same day. They were so accommodating. Jill was so sweet to my 3 yr old during the exam. They followed up and walked me through her infection. I would highly recommend them !!
I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this place.
Brought my 2.5 year old in to have his eyes checked. They were very patient with him as he was a little apprehensive and took a bit to warm up. They were thorough and explained everything. Will be back next year for a follow up. Highly recommend
The professionalism the knowledge and the facility itself was the best Ive ever seen the doctor helped me understand what tests they were running and how much it was gonna help me by doing those I felt very comfortable very well taken care of and I highly highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking for the best eye clinic ever.
Conscientious of, and thorough with cleanliness during Covid-19.All staff were very welcoming during my visit.Encouraged me to ask questions. Staff was also informative with answers. Presented me with numerous options going forward, based on the current status and condition of my eyes and vision.
Felt so at ease with this amazing group of vision specialists from the check in, to the person who sat with me and priced out frames and a different lens for computer glare. Polite & friendly & highly recommended. The eye doctor who did my exam and the person before here were all excellent and put me at ease since it had been awhile since I had an eye exam.
We always have a great experience at Bright Eyes. Both of my kids have gotten great care there, and I go there and participated in the vision therapy program which was life changing for vestibular challenges. We highly recommend this clinic for any neuro rehab issues and also general eye care! They are so great with kids!
The staff were very kid friendly and extremely helpful! It is difficult to get ahold of them via phone as they rely on texting heavily. However, they dont answer their texts right away. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and I would definitely go back.
I love Bright Eyes Vision Clinic! Everyone is not only extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail what you need to know, they do it in an effective way. They are wonderful, caring, courteous people! Go there!
I had a smooth and professional experience, got free contacts after my exam and didn’t feel pressured during any part of the process. Will be happy to continue with them moving forward.
My 4 year old daughter is less co-operative with doctors... The entire staff were patient and very nice.. We were very satisfied with the process of diagnosis, gathering data and explaining what is the next best approach... I’d highly recommend this place for children....
After my first concussion, I suffered major vision loss and traumatic brain injury. After meeting with my vision therapist, Alicia, every week for nine months, I regained complete vision and went from seeing 20/70 in my left eye to seeing 20/20. Not only did I gain my vision back, but I gained a new friend. Alicia was the most enthusiastic, kind, and hard-working individual I had ever met. She was the reason I was so excited to come back every week. Without her help, I would not be the person I am today in any way.
Great experience, efficient, very COVID careful, and in my personal situation a very “eye opening” experience. Pun intended. Learned so much about what I’ve been dealing with and how/that it can be fixed. Very Happy.
Bright Eye’s’s tricked me into thinking they could help me with disability & work comp when it was untrue and a waste of valuable time after my accident. They have Optometrists and Ophthalmologists (Like at LensCrafters & Americas Best) don’t know anything about the medications you’re putting in your body and how they affect your brain or your vision. You and your loved ones need to see a Neuro-Ophthalmologist! Huge difference. Do your research. Also they said they’d help with records for my accident at work but said It’s against their policy to write any letters or make contact with any legal parties after spending thousands of dollars there. Finally we have several billing issues all i their favor 5 separate an $1100 order I never ordered that was billed to my credit card - disputed and so how added on 9 months later and there was nothing I could do and I never got the glasses or money back from Bright Eyes and have evidence but with my disability im not able to pursue recourse though others wer only able to helped write this. I’m disabled with a Brain Injury so they took advantage of me. The owner she refused to reply to our calls and messages both voicemail and email. The Owner is not honest!!! I recommend the University of Minnesota they were unbelievable - changed my life literally. Instead of machines they made smarter decisions that gave to much better results and faster and cheaper. Even have a TBI department (Amazing - even have a tint specialist- super important) and if hurt for accident you’ll end up needing the NEURO in Neurology or the Drs aren’t qualified enough in courts for legal things. I did it. Good Luck!
The staff was very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and in a way easy to understand. I would highly recommend this office for any of your eye care needs!
Very happy with the service and staff. They are very knowledgeable on how brain injury affects vision loss and were able to set me up with some prism glasses that make a difference. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in a similar situation.
Gave it 3 stars, because the woman fitting glasses is extremely rude. Otherwise the doctors and other help are fantastic!! Happened twice now. This is my 2nd Review now. I recommend not going there at all now. 8 months later and the glasses are still wrong. AVOID. Good luck!! Ok. Third review now. Made appointment with Dr. Shultz, and ended up having to see others and they didnt reschedule. Complained AGAIN about the bad glasses I got and still couldnt get an answer. Again theyll let me know about it. 10 months now and still cant get the right glasses out of them. Or an answer. You cant make this stuff up. Thanks again bright eyes. Still no response from the owner for me!!!
Kind, knowledgeable staff that go the extra mile to help. They literally have changed my life with helping me recognize which glasses I need and get me the right tests after my issues with my TBI. SO grateful that God directed me to them! Highly recommend!!!
The fine people at Bright Eyes are very friendly and kind, great with kids. My 7 year old isnt usually comfortable around adults that she doesnt know, but theyve been great in both of our appointments so far.We should up 45 minutes early to our last appointment, they saw us right away, so we didnt need to wait in the lobby the whole time.My only complaint us that theres only two locations and neither are convenient for me, but thats not a fault, merely a statement.
I have been in vision therapy for a year now. Initially after my car accident, my brain injury made it difficult to drive at night, walk, read, spend time on a computer, even watching TV or keeping up with conversations and following verbal instructions was a challenge. I am getting better every day. I remain committed to my daily vision exercises and am encouraged every week in my sessions with Jeri. When I enter either location I feel like Im with good friends. They support me and Im so very very grateful they are my care team. Cant say enough!
Got my glasses when I suffered headaches and vision problems after a bad car accident back in January. They were all super friendly and helpful. They helped me get what I needed and figure out who I can bill for what. Very helpful with the complicated aftermath of an auto accident. Got me a nice pair for work and a driving pair!!
Went to Bright Eyes post automobile accident. I would definitely recommend Bright Eyes to any friend or family member as they are truly amazing to work with. Very intelligent & personable all around.
With the help of the Dr. Shannon I am regaining my life as my vision and balance continue improving. In 1 Year there is a big difference from where I was when I began this journey. Thanks to lots of practicing vision therapy and the help of the Bright Eyes Team working with me and my doctor.
Both of my boys had a comprehensive eye exam followed by RightEye vision testing. I do not feel the test results were valid as both had their eyes dilated which I was told would not affect the results. However, when I told staff my son said everything was blurry, they had them retake with reading glasses on. Again, both of my boys said they felt the test did not go well, their vision was blurry and the glasses I teetered with the screen view and the monitor was elevated. I would recommend doing this test BEFOREeyes are dilated. I asked to have this test redone at a different visit when their eyes aren’t dilated. I hope I don’t get charged twice for this. Other than that, the comprehensive eye exam and physician were great.
The staff at Bright Eyes are very friendly and sincere. They make me feel welcome from the minute I walk through the front door. Staff are very professional and informative. I always feel the center of their attention when I am in for an appointment.
I took my infant for his first checkup here (Minnetonka location) and it was an excellent appointment. The doctor clearly has experience with infants and my son really enjoyed the appointment (despite it being almost an hour long). I felt like the doctor listened to me, but also made appropriate medical recommendations. I will definitely be bringing my son back for follow-ups to this same clinic.
Working in the eye field and having the inside scoop on who to trust with my three-year-old’s eyes, Dr. Jill deserves all the accolades. He loves his glasses, and doesn’t mind going to the eye doctor for check ups. Thank you Bright Eyes!!!
Great team of peeps who took great care of me and my eye balls. Very friendly and professional.
I had blurry vision following an eye scratch and the doctor here told me the scratch had fully healed and I would need glasses. After multiple visits andprescriptions my vision was still blurry, the doctor told me that was normal. Weeks later my vision improved to the point that glasses made it worse. I went to an opthalmologist for a second opinion and it turns out the scratch isnt fully healed yet and I dont need glasses after all.I am dissapointed that this clinic wasted my time and money by prescribing me glasses I dont need instead of finding the real issue.
Dr Shannon and staff are great with my 8 yr old. We have been coming to Bright Eyes for 3 years after my childs concussion
This one star rating is exclusively because of their appointment scheduling process. After our initial visit in November 2018, we were given an appointment today. When we showed up with the kids, they told us they didn’t even have us on their schedule. We were told today they would send us a text reminder about an upcoming appointment. However, there’s no process that confirms that the front desk person actually made that appointment for you. One needs to just take their word for it!!! This place definitely needs to have better-skilled front desk professionals. It’s no easy task to drive all the away with the kids to keep an appointment let alone being told that you will not be seen that day!The doctors we consulted with during our last visit were quite professional and good.
The office staff was extremely helpful and Dr Moore may be the most knowledgeable optometrist Ive ever met.
Each time I go for my scheduled appointment I am always learning something new about my eyes. I really appreciate the staff, the doctors and the amount of care and respect that I receive from them. Those two things care and respect are most important to me especially in the times that we live in today.
Dr. Tyler Mazur & Dr. Kelsey Moore along with all the staff were amazing!! Ive had multiple prior concussions that to my knowledge didnt effect my vision such as this one did. Ive been suffering for 6 months and look forward to relief and brain healing with my new prism glasses referred by Midwest Functional Neurology Center right next Door... Much Gratitude
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I get a text reminder of my appointment.
The people were very friendly and understanding. The testing they did was very thorough. Before we left, they made sure that we understood the testing and discussed the results.
Very impressive!
I received the best information to-date regarding my complicated symptoms. This should be very helpful moving forward.
I would not recommend Bright Eyes Clinic. The staff was rude to my mother and me on different occasions when treating my daughter. The optometrist refused to tell me what my daughters prescription was. When I asked about the results of other test was told it was confusing to explain the numbers and how it related to what results showed. They also refused to send the records until her account was paid in full and that is illegal due to HIPAA.
Love this clinic! Great doctors and staff. Cutting edge.
I have Eye Therapy for concussion. I have steady progress that gets adjusted for my personal needs.
I came to the Otsego office after many months of balance and dizziness problems following a brain injury. Not only did the doctors quickly and accurately diagnose my problem, but the technicians were fantastic in helping me find the right frames for what my new lenses would be like. Eugene is a gem. My new glasses have changed my life. No more falling or tripping. Thank Dr. Nina and Dr. Kelsey for your life changing help.
Called in to see what coverage I would receive with my insurance and was told that they don’t do that. All other practices I have called have no problem doing so. The person was very rude on the phone and needless to say will not be using Bright Eyes.
I honestly love the guys at the Minnetonka location they are all extremely nice, considerate, passionate and always very upbeat. I go to Bright Eyes for several kinds of treatment. I’ve recommended them and will always do so. I can’t That them enough for the help thus far! Keep up the great detailed work! Levell W.
They do a great job!
Professional, friendly clinic with knowledgeable doctors.
We took our two year old daughter here. The doctor and staff were amazing with her! I’d definitely recommend - especially for kids!
I visited this clinic to assist with vision issues related to a concussion. Everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive.
Most comprehensive thorough eye exam I have ever had since I have been seeing eye doctors for over 30 years. Clinic is clean and staff is very friendly.
Neuro therapy, vision therapy- is a huge postive contributor to regaining my life! Emalee, my therapist, is fully dedicated to my individual needs, week by week, and, progress is evident, even after 7 sessions. Less sensory processing and overload issues, better balance,,even sleep. Little by little, not magic, just neuroplasticity, rebuilding the brain and neural networks.I had all but resigned myself to suffering with some of the mystery symptoms of neurotoxins,,mycotoxins, TBI, post concussion syndrome, brain inflammation, and more. My alternative medical providers suggested functional neurology and functional neuro ophthalmic assessments.Dr Moore,,Emily, and Andrea gave me the validation and diagnoses which now I can easier address! The kind and caring interaction, me, being an individual who is valid, has important things to share and say.. i feel empowered, have renewed hope, and, look forward to my next appointment,,as well as the neuro vision rehab assessment, which was recommended by Dr Moore, and is associated with Bright Eyes. Then there is Peggy,,the Optometrist,,who...well, I feel like Im on top of the world, with the choices she and Emily helped me make, frame and lens wise..The filters, prisms, all of it is just leaving me feel more of a total human again !Shelly is a cheery smile, coming thru the phone, each time I call!!!There is hope, there is support, and, there are answers..from regular eye care, to the complex needs of neuro impact.THANK YOU!!!🌞Thank you to the whole gang there!
Great place for eye care.
Very happy with the service I have received. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They do not rip people off or cheat on your overall health they focus on so much more than other eye care places and they clean and fix your glasses if needed and they dont blind you to look at your eyes like other places. The testing that do might seem annoying to most but its so they can benefit your time and not tell you something they are not sure about.I got recommend by a eye doctor who works at park nicollet to go visit bright eyes for things that he couldnt get or find wrong. But most of all they help me see again.
Dr Shannon was so great with our toddler, would highly recommend! Fun atmosphere too!
Had a very detailed and professional eye exam. Lovely doctors and employees.
Excellent service. I appreciated their time, professionalism and expertise.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
They helped with my vision after a concussion and did a great job working with the changes that I had with my vision
Total rip off. Glasses are very expensive, exams where very inconclusive. could not find a prescription that actually worked. wanted me to drive up for a separate appt. and charge me 60 just to show me how to put a contact in my eye.
Great clinic and treatment!
Terrible. They will rip you off. Check their reviews at the Otsego location.
You are GREAT !!!!!
Very professional and experts on vision therapy.
Very friendly
