The ears on my frame broke. The frames were out of warranty, but they still fixed them for free. Great service and nice people.
Best experience buying glasses ever! Lindsey was so helpful picking out glasses, and she explained all my options for lenses so I actually understood. The whole processes was so quick and easy. Thanks Lindsey, I will be back.
Came in to have sunglasses repaired. DJ was a great help and went out of his way to help. A BIG thank you!
Came in today with a pair of sunglasses that had a screw missing. They fixed it up promptly, and free of charge. Highly recommend this location!
The staff, from the moment I walked in for my eye exam until picking out frames, was fantastic! Very polite and professional. Lindsey, in the glasses department, was extremely helpful and made my experience very easy and stress free.Thank you Lenscrafters.
Tim was friendly and helpful. Was greeted by other friendly staff member as well while waiting for the minor repair. Clean store and friendly staffs.
Bre was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions about lenses and what would work best for me. I found some great looking frames too. I will definitely be back.
They were very friendly and helpful. Dr.Olson and his staff took the time to explain the exam procedure. And answered all of my question. I had broken my beautiful glasses. And the gentleman at the store, found the exact pair. Which made extremely happy! Great Service!
A great selection of sunglasses, and awesome customer service! Will definitely be back.
Absolutely the worst eye exam experience I have ever had. Had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes to start the first tests. After that had to wait another 20 minutes in order to get into a exam room, then waited another 10 for the doctor to come in. After exam I went to have a contact fitting when I was told it would be an addition $130 to get contacts. At not time had this mentioned previously either through the booking of the appointment or the initial check in and exam. Then I was expected to wait longer for the doctor while he finished another exam. Ended up walking out after I had been in the office for an hour and forty five minutes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Very helpful and friendly people working at this store. Would tell anyone to go there.
Thank you to Dr. Olson and his staff at LensCrafters for their professionalism and care given to me on a recent visit. A special thanks to Drew for helping me find the perfect frame, very knowledegable and extremely kind. I have been going to Ridgedale LensCrafters for many years and will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs.
The nice ethnic gentleman put together 2 broken frames to make one complete frame instead of having me buy a whole new frame🤙🏽🤙🏽 Very clutch
Bree did an excellent job with my difficult situation! She is great at what she does and is excellent with the customer!
Excellect service helping me choose new sunglasses!
Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. Bree did a great job helping me find glasses and fast and efficient checkout process.
Brandon exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service/sales skills. He listened to my requirements and delivered.
Great service and nice selection of frames
Thanks to Tim for great service.
My neice broke my glasses and I came in and DJ was so nice! He took a look at my glasses to see what he could do and he fixed them for me!
Dr. Thien provided a very thorough eye examination. The optician Michael helped my daughter and me find glasses best suited to us and our prescriptions. He also explained the billing. We were also happy with the COVID-19 precautions and our LensCrafters 60% mail coupons!
Store clerks were very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience.
After being addressed in a snide way by Perle Vision, being scoffed at that they dont actually carry safety glasses, meaning they dont serve the common person, I came to lenscrafters, which as a company has seen to me seeing for decades now, and was set with a BRILLIANT new look with good options.
Taylor, the team lead who helped me tonight, had excellent customer service skills with me as well as with other customers in the store. She was responsive to my questions and while I was choosing glasses, she checked in with me and gave me space when I needed it. She made my experience so positive and stress free I will continue to refer others to your store. Thank you, Taylor for such a nice experience!
I have visited this LensCrafters several times. The doctors are fine. They spend a sufficient amount of time to listen and get the job done. The last time I was there I thought to try bifocal contacts. I was told I had to be fitted, then I would get a trial pair, then we could order a full year supply if I liked the contacts. I used the trial pair for a week and did not like them. I decided to go with glasses instead. However, still had to pay $155.00 for the contact lense fitting even though I never plan to wear contacts. When I called, Ashleys response was, If you arent happy with your insurance, then you need to take it up with them and you did sign a sheet saying you would not dispute the cost. I doubt I will be back. There are too many other places to go to. Also, though I knew this, never sign a sheet saying you wont dispute the cost of service prior to getting the service. And ask, why does one need something like this in the first place? Also, Ashley, do better. Just because you didnt yell it, doesnt mean it isnt rude.
Retail associate brendon was amazing!!!
Id like to give a shout out to Lindsey. She was wonderful! I was in urgent need of glasses right a way, so I could pass the vision test for my drivers license, Im very grateful to her. She is an asset to your company.
Leonardo was the best! I would highly recommend Lens Crafters!
Very helpful staff!
Very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient staff; they were able to get the frames I chose prepped and ready with lenses in just 10 minutes.
Roberto was awsome!
The doctor was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Taylor was very helpful finding the perfect glasses for me. Overall my experience was amazing, I will definitely be back!!
LensCrafters actually did a good job, and my glasses were done early. However, Drs. North and Watson office at LensCrafters was behind. I had to wait an hour before being seen. It then took another hour to complete the exams. No one even apologized!
Taylor helped us get glasses at the Ridgedale store in Minnetonka, Minnesota. She was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable!
Nice store, nice ladies helped me.
The staff here is nice but they are not upfront about costs. For the second time they have charged me $100.00 for a contact appointment that I didnt know about. I scheduled an eye appointment and wanted to get my contacts checked as well. Not once did they tell that the contact portion of my appointment would cost me extra. I was only told I would have a $5.00 copay at the beginning. Then when I went to the counter to check out they charged me an extra $100.00 for the contact appointment (which I was never informed was separate). I am very disappointed that why would do this to people. Luckily I was able to pay but I bet they have done this to people who have been less fortunate. I will not be going back to Lens Crafters again.
Talked with a gentlemen named Leo about upgrading my frames . He’s a great employee that I will look for when I go back . Thanks for the help Leo
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional medical office in my life. I went into my appointment with my old contact box in hand saying everything was working great and just needed an updated prescription to order additional boxes (I am new to the state so had to find a new eye doctor). It turned into the doctor trying to change my contact type and prescription after i continuously told him I wanted the same contacts as before- if it’s not broke don’t fix it. After exhaustedly trying to tell him I couldn’t see after he lowered my prescription I left with my glasses prescription and the wrong sample contacts. Promising myself I would never go back there, I went to Target Optical to order contacts and was told that they didn’t give me a contact prescription. Target called the office and requested the prescription where they told Target that my prescription was not finalized and I need to come in for another appointment before they can issue out a contact prescription. I called the office after leaving Target empty handed and said I needed to get the prescription before my insurance year was up- the original gal answered, told me a load of bologna, put me on hold and Stacy picked up, who was rude and disrespectful and should probably retire from the customer service industry as she is the opposite of a ray of sunshine. Long story short, I paid them $100+ for an eye exam that was supposed to be covered by insurance but they were able to weasel a way around it saying my appointment type was not covered and somehow the contact prescription I’ve had for 15+ years isn’t finalized and I need to come back and pay for another appointment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!
Great service from Ellie, my glasses broke and she didnt have the same frames in stock but checked all stores and finally found a pair out of state. She arranged to have it shipped and lenses made for me to pick up in the store in just a few days. The Ridgedale location was the 3rd location I checked with, the first two said I needed to call around to stores myself but Ellie at this store went the extra mile to provide superior customer service.
This place has great service, everyone is kind, friendly and understanding! Best LC I’ve been to, I will be back and recommend to anyone who wants to speak with people who have knowledge in the glasses department!
These people have one job to do. I called two times today to check to see if I could get a sample contacts pack, which they said I need to buy. That isnt the issue, I was told twice bring your prescription and I specifically asked my contact box from last fill up isnt sufficient? They said no, just bring your prescription from the doctor I arrive and take 45 minutes out of my day to do this, and am told oh, that isnt the prescription we want. That is glasses, not contacts which I was never told there was a difference and how would I know that it matters??? My prescription is MY PERSCRIPTION, period. I LITERALLY have the old box with me to show them. They said they cant allow it because they dont know what material is approved, well I had the damn box to show them exactly which contacts I got FROM THE DOCTOR. Literally handed to me by my old eye doctor. This is absolutely pathetic that they dont have the knowledge of informing patients what they need. Tell the damn patient that they specifically need contact prescription for that specific reason, or everyone will waste time. Totally ruined my day.
Breanna was very helpful, Thank You!
My kids needed to get their eye prescription updated and this location had an opening the coming weekend, so we made an appointment. Upon arriving we told them we were there to get the kids prescription for contacts updated and gave them our medical insurance info. We have insurance that allows for one free exam every year and it had been a couple of years since last done. They came to do the exam and then called us back to the front desk where we were told that we needed to schedule another appointment to have the eyes checked/fitted/have an exam for contacts. This was the only reason we came and the earliest time they said they could get us back was two weeks out. Well we needed to order contacts and now were unable to unless we wanted to get the old prescription filled! On top of that they charged us over $200 because the contact eye exam was a separate one from the eyeglass exam that we didnt ask for and only one is covered by insurance. When we called back in to tell them that we were not satisfied and that we planned to go to a competitor across the parking lot at Ridgedale they asked what they could do. We said refund the money for the exam we asked for that they didnt do, and they said they couldnt do that. Lesson learned ask up front what they think you mean when you say you are there for a contact eye exam and how much they will charge- or better yet go across the street to Pearle Vision.
I had an eye exam picked out new frames and ordered glasses over a week ago still not ready. There are places that can do it in an hour with no problems. Ridiculous and terrible service...avoid at all costs
I had a problem with my lenses. turned out they were defective. The sales associate ordered replacement lenses on the spot. I am on my way to get them installed now.
It took them an hour to get lenses after helping two people in front of me. I even came in with a prescription. The service was poor, and I will never go back.
Decided to switch from the rosedale location to this location for my annual eye/contact exam which usually takes 45mins to and 1hr. They were taking 2 hours for a simple eye and contact exam. and the worst part of it more than 3/4 of the time i was just sitting and waiting on the doctor. Ended up walking out of there without completing my exam. NEVER AGAIN>
This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. Staff is rude and be prepared to wait. I purchased a new set of glasses and have had to go there 6 times now between the frames breaking, them not putting the glasses together right and getting adjustments. Every time I have beeen there I start to realize I am notm the only one that is annoyed with this place. Glasses in an hour??? Mine took over two weeks. I think I am fairly easy going and this place has tested my patience. I would pick a new spot.
Great Service
Their Eye Doctor wrote my prescription for 1 year. It expired 5 days ago and they wouldnt extend it. Cmon 5 days? Really?I went to Pearl for my exam, the Doctor said given the condition of my eyes it was ridiculous LensCrafters only wrote the prescription for 1 year.
Finally a place that helped me keep my Oakley frames and just switch lenses! 😎
