Great salesman Connor Kulper. Call about the Toyota Avalon and he explained the car as in exelent condition. I told him Ill stop by the next day, because i was coming from a Chicago. I arrived and Mr. Kulper was telling me everything about the car and i was impressed and he gave me a good deal. I bought that car on the spot.

I had my car serviced here ONE TIME about 7-8 years ago and apparently now I’m forever on some list. The weekly junk mail stopped after a few years but then the spam calls started. They got to be so frequent that I blocked the number—joke was on me because they just called tonight from a different number. If they’re wondering why I haven’t been back in 7-8 years, this is 100% why.

Leased a Ford Truck, Refinanced it and bought it out right about 3 months ago, traded it to a Dodge Dealer over 2 months ago and now the Dealer is having issues getting the lien release from Ford because Gurley Leap hasnt sent the payoff on the truck yet. It has been an unpleasant experience the whole process. I wont recommend them to my worse enemy

ABOVE & BEYOND! Last week, my Escalade was stolen and after a LOT of back and forth with the tow company and insurance company, it ended up at Gurley for a diagnostic. The folks at the body shop did everything within their power to help me get my vehicle there and then check it out to ensure there was no damage. The door was covered in fingerprint dust...which is actually kind of greasy and honestly, I was a little shaken seeing that someone else had been in my car. The gentleman that checked it out cleaned the grease off the door and handle and also disinfected the drivers area. Even though Gurley is an hour away from my house, I am pretty I will be coming back here when my vehicle needs service.

Service was excellent! The gentleman working there even helped me to hook up my phone to the blue tooth so I could hear my gps over the radio! Also, there was a very nice waiting area with all appropriate infection control protocol in place!

Brought car in for front end noise, turned out to be wheel bearing which they replaced for free as it was under warranty. I dropped the car off over night and the jumped on it first thing in the morning. Cars running great

Picked up a friends car. 150 dollars to tell her they couldnt find anything wrong with it. No start, having to jump it every several days.

Liked them well enough that we bought a car. Nice people.

Giving a star because I have to. Do not buy from them. They tack on the extra service/warranty contract and roll it into your loan even when you tell them not to. Wasn’t even home when I realized this and although they legally can correct it, they won’t. No reason for them to sell you something you specifically ask them not to include.

Don’t buy a car here don’t get it serviced here I’d rather drive 2 hrs to Chicago to get my car serviced then deal with gurley keeps servicing staff one more time.

That means a lot to me and my family. Very pleasing to find a company that treats their employees and their neighbors well!

Relatively painless sales process. Wait time was a little long for a slow day, but everyone was friendly enough. Would reccomend.
