Caliber Auto Care is the most professional independent shops Ive ever been to. Its a clean shop, very comfortable lobby, and the customer service is really good. They handle everything from oil changes to pulling engines. If you want your car done right. Bring it here and they will take care of you.

I go to Caliber Auto Care for just about any service I need for my car. They are very nice and professional. They also explain things really well and never pressure me into any repairs.

Carlos and the team at CAC were great. Explained everything clearly and we’re very quick to get through all the items I needed. The waiting area was comfortable and clean as well.

Carlos and the team were exceptionally courteous to my children and I. They provided detailed photos and explanation of the issues. They kept me informed through the entire process. They also made it incredibly easy for me to get repairs done with 2 kids in tow. We appreciated the soundproof indoor playground, toys, candy, Starbucks coffee, and clean restrooms!

My tech was Mr David Matthews HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and made sure all of my needs were met He answered all of my questions with straight forward answers and even offered services that i was not aware that I needed my car feels great

Took my car in for an oil change, which was much needed. Gordyn took great care of everything and made sure I was aware of everything that needed to be taken care of on the car that would be coming up. Wasn’t at all pushy to have it done now or there just giving me all of the information. Also got the full report and pictures to go with it. Very knowledgeable on cars and what he’s talking about, not just said right. I highly recommend anyone go talk to him for your vehicle repairs. No bs, no excessive waiting. Polite, respectful and honest—-you rarely get that anymore. So many fake people or those who just don’t like people and are grumpy.Clean comfy waiting room, and drinks available.

Top notch service, very attentive, polite, and where not pushy in service recommendations . They did give you plenty of information and the cool thing is that they sent photos of your vehicle as it was being worked on to your phone. Carlos White was extremely friendly and polite. Playground for your children while you wait, coffee and other drinks. Took my SUV for oil change and tire rotation. I personally had a great experience. I used to take my vehicle to Firestone Auto Care but with my experience with Caliber Auto Care, it’s a repeating client for me.

Excellent service. Chris and his team have done an amazing job taking care of both of my cars. They have fixed multiple things, including a flat tire and oil change. They go above and beyond when it comes to solving my car troubles, and I would 100% recommend them to any new client!

It is difficult to find a reliable place, even for something as simple as state inspection. This place is really professional and did not play games other places do: pressure and deceive someone into purchase unnecessary products and service to pass inspection. They did it with very modern approach: a complete online report with photo evidence. They did point out what issue my car had, and said that was optional, just recommended in a professional manner, not like used-car-dealer like other place. It earns my trust and I may come for the next time I need a service for my car

Caliber is on my speed dial! Carlos W. was on top of everything with my daughters car and gave it priority because of her departure date back to college. He and the company went over and beyond when a light came on while my daughter was far from a Caliber store and cooperative with another shop to check her light! If I can give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for going the extra mile!

The staff was well trained and explained me the different service options very well. The place has a comfortable waiting area and the overall treatment was good. The thing i did not like though was that when I walked in, i was sold on the service that oil change with comes with a full digital vehicle inspection and that at the end they will share the findings of that inspection and let me know what parts needed repair/maintenance. But I was given none of that information at the checkout or even when my car was handed back to me. Its only when I asked them was I given a response which did not seem very convincing and they told me that since I already paid, they cant give me the inspection report which did not make any sense to me at all.

This place is awesome! I was looking for somewhere to get my state inspection done, and this happened to be the closest location to me so I stopped by and I’m so glad I did! Excellent service, and I was in and out in a timely manner. I loved that they performed a complimentary inspection alongside the state inspection. They even send you a digital report with all their findings with pictures attached. The staff are all nice and personable. Shoutout to Jordan for being super accommodating!

Excellent Customer Service:From the time I drove up I was made to feel very important. I went for a State Inspection and came away with an entire digital diagnostic and a clean car both inside and out. Definitely a White Glove experience.

This is probably the most honest auto center that I have ever visited. Mr. Nick was awesome, he was straight up honest with me. Didnt try to sell me any bull. He was so nice, caring and very honest. I will recommend this place, even though they didnt do the service on my vehicle because it was going to cost more than my cash car was worth. Thanks so much for being so honest Mr. Nick. You dont find people like him anymore. If I have problems with any of my other vehicles, I will give them my business.

Ive been here a few times now and each time the service advisor (different people) have been extremely polite, professional, and efficient. They recommend services your vehicle might need beyond what you asked for, but arent pushy if youre not ready to do them now. The waiting area is clean, with complimentary beverages. Cant beat it. :)

Was very professional, has a very nice waiting area with a plethora of TVs to keep your attention and finish the work in a decent amount of time, not to mention that it’s right around the corner from my house, so no long distance rides for service!!

Very nice and professional staff. They treat you with respect and care for you. Labor costs are fine, and they do a good job. Only downside is the price mark up on auto parts. Expect a good 2 to 3 times price markup. Their part prices are like highway robbery, and I would recommend looking elsewhere before agreeing to services. They might stick you with a high quality part that is 400 bucks, but is not OEM, and cost maybe 150 bucks at Autozone.

Took my 2016 Ford Explorer in at 1pm on a Friday in obvious need of brake service on the rear. Told Gordyn Kirschner I needed the vehicle back by 10am the next morning. Caliber did a very quick assessment of the problem and sent an email with pictures to discuss. Gordyn very clearly described the recommended repairs and service based on the assessment and vehicle mileage. I was able to choose the repairs I wanted done and received a total cost estimate. The vehicle was ready by 8:30am the next morning in time for our trip out of town.

Nick P. was very helpful with keeping me informed and communicated timely. Even though I ended up not fixing my car, he remained super helpful, was not at all pushy, was professional and even gave me helpful tips and info. Very good experience and great service; would definitely go back for any car needs.

I went in for a state inspection. The staff was very professional and courteous. I really appreciated the multipoint inspection to let me know what things were good and the items that needed to be addressed with my vehicle. The waiting area was very nice and clean. Not impressed with Caliber Auto Care finished work…bought 4 new tires, the rims and new tires filled with oils stain. Service manager was not helpful with my concerns. Stellar customer service! I’ve been so disappointed with the level of service provided at other quick oil change places. From the initial interaction with their staff I could tell this experience would be different. They performed a very thorough check very efficiently. When they advised me of additional recommended services, it didn’t feel pushy and they communicated prices along with the recommendation and followed up with a text with images to show why they recommended each item. My 8 year daughter wanted to make sure I left a good review! Clear difference in the “caliber” of service provided!

I took our vehicle to Caliber Auto Care for an oil change. I was greeted by a young man that was professional, well mannered and respectful. He was very knowledgeable of his job. He explained the various oil changes they offer. He asked if I want to stay in my vehicle while they do the service. I told him yes. He offered my coffee. While servicing our vehicle, he kept me informed on everything the techs were doing. Each tech that approached me greeted me and was professional, mannerable, respectful and caring. After, finish all the details of checking the vehicle, the manager, Jason, came out and went over the diagnose with me. Teamwork and customer service was excellent!!! This place is taking customer service to the next level Jason and Nick where amazing they walked me threw issues with my car when I was only there for an oil change. They show you with pictures what their technicians find and things that need to be checked on my color (red is immediate etc) they also give you a pricing for things even if you decline them. They have a play area for when you bring the kiddos with you, very clean waiting area and bathrooms with Wifi and TV. Also they have a fridge full of water and a tea brewing machine for those longer jobs for your car 10/10

The technicians inspection process includes photos and recommendations that are linked to your phone. The car is kept clean and neat, with no oily footprints or finger smudges. I appreciate the complimentary Starbucks coffee bar and water bottles. Face mask use enforced. Great shop!

I brought my car in for a brake repair at the recommendation of a different servicer. Caliber inspected the brakes themselves, and found that nothing was wrong or needed to be done. Very honest!

Didn’t know they had a play area for the kiddos but now that I know that makes it so much easier to come at anytime even when I have the little ones with me!! I went there for the first time this morning. I was absolytely satisfied by my experience there. The staffs there were very friendly. No pushy sales at all. I can see from many details how they interact with me that they were genuinly nice. I never had this feeling anywhere else in car repairing shops. I also absolutely love the inspection reports with pictures send to me. Why dont other dealership or repairing shops use this. I always want to see what my car looks like inside and underneath, what works or checks have been done. I will definitely recomend this place to every friend of mine. I wish more repairing shops or other bussiness could be like this. I will only go to Caliber for my car maintainance and repairing from now on.

Very convenient and courteous when it comes to giving you a ride back to your house. I went in to get my AC fixed. They diagnose the problem as replacing some AC lines. I pay $800 to get the Lines replaced. I get my car back in two days later the car is back blowing hot AC. I take it back to the shop To let them know that fixing the lines didn’t fix the problem at all it was still behaving the same as before the job, but this is what they told me would fix the problem. I specifically asked for them to do whatever is necessary to repair the AC. They then tell me its gonna be my evaporator core that is going to cost me an additional $1100+. They wanted to only take off a few minor things for the inconvenience. Which isn’t fair. At this point I feel hustled because I could’ve put my 800 that I spent previously into fixing the actual problem and I will have AC right now. Not wanting to spend more money with them I deny the service. I get in my car to leave the check engine light is on so I have to bring the car back up there for them to take it off. If you want something fixed the right way, the first go around with no inconvenience. Take your car somewhere else, somewhere that is fair, and owns their mistake.

The lobby area was immaculate and I was then greeted by very personable staff. I was getting an oil change and the staff informed me of how long the wait time might be. The sitting area was very nice and clean. Nick (the manager) came by and showed me photos of an issue with them having to remove the oil filter, which was charge to me. Nick was just educating me on how the filters are supposed to be installed. I advised him that the dealer completed the last oil change I had. Shame on you Sterling McCall Toyota on the Southwest Freeway!!’ Booo!!! Anyway they advised me of everything that could be a potential issue but didn’t try to scare me into fixing it as if my life depended on it! I am telling all of my friends and family about this place!! Thanks again you all for all of your wonderful service!!

My car was only serviced for a state inspection. After the inspection, I picked up a prescription a mile or 2 away and my car wouldnt start. I called Service First to let him know. The manager immediately sent a mechanic with a jump box. Service First Auto truly live up to their name by providing top notch care. The lobby is modern and comfortable. There is a water, coffee, and tea bar available. The facility adhere to CDC recommendations.

Great experience! I went there for a state Inspection about a week ago but their machine was broken. They told me because of the inconvenience they would provide the service for free. They were true to their word! I got my state inspection for free, even though I went about a week later, plus I got my headlights fix at a reasonable price. I was in and out within a decent time.

I cant say the service I received was great all I can say is they didnt fix my problem and while the management team was professional the service as far as the repair was substandard.

I just moved to this area and was looking for a local auto shop. One of my vehicles had engine problems and I decided to take my vehicle here. They are very professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Planning on using this location for future car services.They also have drive thru oil change service. I highly recommend them!

I made appointment online and showed up at the time and they didnt have me in the system. They said they are still having issues with that since they are new, but no problem for me because they still got me right in. I chose to stay in my car and it took about 30 minutes. They had a little trouble changing my air filter but got it done and supervisor made then clean up engine area good because they spilled some oil in there. Overall good service and decent prices for oil change. I think full synthetic was around 69 and blend was around 39 I think.

Great customer service. Beautiful and clean facility. Very timely oil change while I was able to sit in my car. A little disappointed they tried to sell me a brake flush. Showed me a picture of how dirty my brake fluid was...duh, if I got a brake flush the day/week before, my brake fluid would be dirty the next day/week later. I dont appreciate ingenuine upsell. Other than that, Ill definitely be back.

Went in for a car inspection, very professional staff and helpful staff, not a long wait time. Lounge area provided with a charging ports, water and coffee. They bring your car up when done with the service.

Did a good job, a little hiccup i had to fix down the road, but not a huge deal. They use good parts, not the cheap parts, but parts price markup is to high. I had lower ball joints replaced on a 2015 Silverado Z71, 400 for 2 ball joints, just the parts. Looked them up, same brand, i could buy for 50 to 80 each online. Parts markup is normal but more than double price when they get parts at wholesale prices, is way too much. Only reason i paid that price is i had a planned trip the next morning, so had to get it fixed, otherwise no way. They kinda had me at a disadvantage.
