Did a hard credit check … and you definitely get what you pay for … they have nice cars on the lot but want outrageous down payments for them but advertise the lowest Down payments around . Kinda made it feel like I was in The Hood but I’m from the hood so I was comfortable. I’d only go back if I need a 2nd chance !

I bought a car(Kia Rio2003) from them in 2019. I drove off with liability only. THEY charge me $15 extra for NOT HAVING full coverage.I got into a wreck Labor Day weekend in 2019 I sent them pictures, police reports, and now Im getting sued for a car that I dont have, they telling me that the $15 full coverage only paid $400.Full coverage post to Be full correct?Im fighting lawyers,theyre garnishing my bank account you name it when I did everything right?The person that hit me ran the light on a motorcycle and they wasnt insured and I only had liability,but I was paying or charged $15 extra for full coverage and now Im getting sued. I have been screwed by them motorcycle driver and 2ndChance Auto Sales both ways. People like this is what is why I cry at night. If anyone have any advice please tell me.

No no no I had to put 4 new tires on it myself get a oil change and Im sure Id still need to give it a tune up and the battery isnt new.Yeah Id really like to add this place is really a big joke worse place to ever get a car. The one I got broke down on me with in a month of me having it. While I was in traffic. I paid out my own pocket twice now to get it fixed.

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen. From the receptionist to the salesmen all are very unprofessional. They don’t care about your time or focus on selling you a quality vehicle. Salesman DeAndre wasn’t very helpful nor concerned about his customers he leaves for hours and comes back to someone completely different because “ customers gets on his nerves. “ The entire staff in that building is beyond childish and doesn’t have great customer service at all ! I just want to first say that Byron Caridine is the BEST salesperson they have along with Lee Davis our closer I love them to pieces.. These two have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We had a couple issues with our car, First our car engine blew within 7 days of having the car and when Tony and Donald were saying we blew the engine HOW, it’s not possible in 7 days and tried to blame us. That is not customer service at all.. You do what you can to help the customer. The second car we had we had some issues as well, it once again I called Byron and Lee and they both were making sure the job got done. MY MAJOR ISSUE IS WITH MANAGEMENT!! CHASE YOU ARE THE MANAGER I FEEL THAT YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TALK WITH CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY HAVE ISSUES JUST TO REASSURE THAT THEY ARE OKAY AND TO MAKE SURE THAT IF ANYMORE PROBLEMS THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF...
