William was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He made it easy for us to make decisions to upgrade both of our phones and we even purchased watches. We are very happy with our service and experience. Our daughter went in the following day and William helped her as well. He was able to get everything figured out promptly and effortlessly. Definitely a positive overall experience.
Horrible customer service. Employees will tell you one thing and they are not all on the same page. Management just says “sorry” for wasted trips for something so simple.

We had a great experience switching service. It was all done very quickly. It made us feel really good about our decision to switch to AT&T from Verizon.
The service was sub par to say the least. One particular tech was rude and kept talking over me and my wife and refusing to listen to us. They could not help us with our issue at all and we have to call customer support to get the issue resolved.We were charged for international roaming when we said NO to the offer during our cruise. AT&T is trying to charge us almost $300 for the 6 days we were out of country when we said we didnt want the service!!!
The sales rep named Jed, went above and beyond helping me save money off of my monthly bill. He also helped figure out if a refund amount was legit. Was super friendly and is an asset to AT&T. Highly recommend this store!

Weve used AT&T ever since they bought out Centennial Wireless, and they have almost always had solutions to our problems. Their service is spotty in our county, but so is every carriers. Their service is pricier than wed prefer, but so is every big carriers. Phones are very seldom discounted like unlocked phones, but the trade-off is paying for them over time interest-free.
Took forever to get help. Been there twice in a month with no resolution to my issue. Some annoying salesman kept whistling which makes waiting 40 minutes for help even worse. Do not recommend this store.

Called AT&T they told me to take my defective item into a store location. Once I get there they will not take item back or cannot find transaction history of me even purchasing item. What a waste of time.
We went to the At&t store in Muncie, IN to upgrade two phones on our lines. We found out after the store rep tried multiple times that some kind of fraud block was on our account. He made several calls that evening working on our account until the store closed and the offices he was calling were closed. He had us come back first thing the next morning. He went above and beyond non-stop until he found someone who could solve our problem! Thank you, Howard Rodriguez!!! Excellent customer service at this store!!!! Everyone we have ever worked with at this location has been equally as helpful!!

My husband switched from Xfinity Comcast to direct tv and at&t for internet. We have direct tv hooked up, but still haven t been out to hook up our internet. They called us last week when they were supposed to be out on Thursday no show, and said they be out Friday. No show. Should of stayed with Xfinity. Cause now our children is missing homework, and daughter has an E-learning day for today. 4/13

We originally went to the Verizon store to try to set up a brand new account. They put a sim card in my existing phone (which I still dont really understand) and said a credit check would have to be done to get service. They took my husbands social security card and ID to fax to the credit company. We came back into the store wanting an update for the next 3 days and finally on the 4th day we were told by the very rude and unapologetic manager that my husbands ID and social security card had been sent accidentally to an unknown fax number and that he just works in a cell phone store, man and if we wouldnt have come in at 7 that first day (they close at 8) he wouldnt have had this problem. Not one apology for wasting 3 days of our time or possibly compromising our social security number. We actually asked him if he would refax it and he refused to do so, told us we needed to do it, so we finally gave up and left very angry and frustrated and went to AT&T. Within the hour, of very friendly, helpful and patient customer service, may I add, we had a brand new account, my original verizon phone transferred over and a brand new phone set up for the exact same price as we were quoted at Verizon. We are so happy that we decided to walk in there that day! Very impressed with the Muncie At&t store. Oh and avoid the Verizon store in Muncie, Indiana like the plague because apparently the manager just works at a phone store, man.

Order was accurate, and the gentleman asked me to verify my order was correct. And He also made sure he got my receipt before handing me my order. Normally when I have been in this store I have been helped within a timely manner and would have given a four star review. This time I stood for at least 10 minutes if not longer and no one even acknowledged I was there nor the man who had been waiting before I arrived. What happened to saying, “I will be with you as soon as I can” or at the least, acknowledging someone’s presence? :(

Say what you will about their pricing, but the staff at the store have been great. They are quick, skilled, and personable. The store is a pleasant space to be in, and I have appreciated the kiosk when I am short of time to send my payments normally. They also have pretty extensive his, so you can get there after work.

Between their faulty tablets (to pull your account up) and the inept employees, this place is a joke... I cannot stress enough not to use this provider, they are beyond terrible!!! My daughter and I just went in to look around and check out prices and deals. We came out with each new phones and a good plan. My phone was even free and a good phone except for I take alot of photos and I dont care for the quality of photos at times it has several settings that are helpful but not the particular settings I really need altho the phone my daughter got has great settings and takes great photos I am thinking about upgrading to a phone with better photo taking abilities. Other than that our plan is reasonable and we got a monthly discount for me being an AARP member and recently my daughter got a discount for driving for Uber eats I believe. So far we havent had any problems with this store and our plan. We also got a nice discount when we first got our plan but right now I cant remember why. Sorry. If you go to get phones and a plan make sure you check all the discounts out that you can get and also free phones at the time and just ask alot of questions to get the best deals
Wonderful customer service from Michele and the Manager, Carl. They got me set up with new service for cable, internet, and cell phone. Unlike Verizon, they were not crowded. I didnt have to wait at all.
I’ve only had AT&T service for a couple of months but they have been the worst service ever. It was $500 for me to cancel and worth every cent. Took them 1 1/2 months to install and even had me cut down a tree but after I cut the tree down, they still put the dish past where the tree was at so that was another waste of time and money. A week after installation, the 3 wireless boxes I had quit working and I could never get an actual person on the phone to help me. I was told I would get the first month free due to the installation problems but I sure got a bill for my first month of service and when I called and waited for over a half hour, They told me they didn’t have any record of them authorizing the 1st month free. Switching to AT&T was a TERRIBLE choice and I highly recommend that anyone considering AT&T should NOT get their service.

Never Ever choose ATT. I have been a loyal customer for a long time only because other companies had so many issues. However, over the years other companies have gotten considerably better and ATT continues to go down hill. They have charged us multiple times for things we should not not have to pay for do to customer service errors. The store and the call in services do not match up. One says one thing and the other says another. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to Verizon and love it. Better service, cheaper bill, better customer service.
Worst customer experience I have ever had in any place of business ever. Employees are completely incompetent in their job duties, flat out lied to my face several times, and the “manager” has no customer relations skills. Period. They ported my phone numbers, then told me for the second time that they made a mistake, then the “manager” gave me a piece of paper with an account number on it even though I never signed anything in order to create an account and told me that I had to get their error resolved myself!! When I asked if that was how he was going to take care of me he responded with no remorse, “yes”. I said “really? Your employee made the mistake and now I have to correct the problem and have no working numbers?” To which he again replied “yes”. Never even an apology, an attempt to even try to resolve the issue, absolutely nothing except an “you figure it out” attitude. Never been treated so rudely in any business scenario. Left stunned by the total lack of accountability and service. I had to get the problem fixed myself.

Very rude employees. Had to put an employee in thier place a few times. Store is relatively business, dependent on times of day. ATT usually has deals, and they were recently in litigation, which they lost, for 60 million dollars for not advertising that their unlimited data could, and in most cases, would be throttled.

Staff has NO idea what they are doing. No idea about technology. Where to insert the SIM card or SD card into an Android cellphone or device. They all use Apple products. They have NO idea how technology developed from the early 1960s to today. If you dont know where you have come from, then you dont know where you are going.

Went in to pick up a phone that I had ordered online and didn’t realize my ID was expired (which I know is my fault) even though I had the account number, order number and the credit card it was ordered with they still wouldn’t give it to me. Apparently it was against their policy. They said I can go to the BMV to print a new one... but it was closed. So I added my girlfriend to be an authorized user on my account and sent her in to try and pick it up 20 min later. They didn’t even ask for her ID, she gave them my name and said she was picking it up for a friend, she called and asked me for the account PIN number and they just gave her the phone. What a Joke.

The salesperson really tried to talk me out of buying a phone and telling me, We really dont want to sell you a phone, its the plan thats the most important thing to us I went to the Anderson store and they helped me and I love my new phone! I will never go back to the Muncie, Store. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
They make you feel unwanted and has been that way for as long as I can tell.. Went in to buy a phone (not to activate it) just to buy it out right and it took 1 hr and 45 min. Then went back to ask a question and get a case and took over 1 hour and left.. They are RUDE and reminds me of High School how they have their little click and talk behind your back and or just take their own sweet time. Very RUDE talking to them also..
